Extreme care in the quality and preparation of culinary offerings

Visited during a weekday lunch for work. It's a luxury restaurant, not a trattoria. Trattoria should mean a place with simple, informal dishes. Perhaps with a set lunch menu. Here, however, it's a true gourmet restaurant with small portions and still high prices for the area. Obviously, I went over the company budget, even though I ordered only one dish that wasn't satisfying. Not recommended for those who, like me, thought the name trattoria reflected the Italian context of the term itself.

A wonderful experience, everything was perfect, from the excellent food to the impeccable, super-friendly service in the dining room to the very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it. See you next time.

A very local and authentic spot with friendly service. A great representation of Piedmontese cuisine, offering traditional flavors in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Good service and a cozy ambiance make it a lovely place to visit. Panacotta is truly the top here!

Excellent food and ingredients. I ate really well in a beautiful and well-kept restaurant. The staff was very kind. I hope to return soon. The artichoke was excellent and unexpected.

Conveniently located near a square. The menu is short but features fresh, seasonal produce. The atmosphere is refined, as is the service, but the menu, and especially the wine list (with creased edges), could use an update, as could the table settings. Excellent and well-presented food, although the layout would be appreciated.

Everything perfect and delicious

For us, it's a constant, a guarantee. When we want to feel good without experimenting, we come here. It's located in the town center, with parking in the square in front. The restaurant is on the first floor. I don't know if it has wheelchair access. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the square, but the interior is also well-decorated and well-maintained. The dishes are carefully prepared and of excellent quality, and the wine list is very extensive. The table is carefully set, with cotton cutlery and tablecloths. In my opinion, red wine in August should be served at room temperature, not at room temperature, with temperatures around 30 degrees.
