23/07/2025: This might have been one of my favorite Italian meals of all time. The photos don’t do it justice. First off, I had the mind blowing arugula salad. Never have I ever had cut arugula, for some reason this changed my life in more ways than one. For the pastas, the three of us shared three different pastas. I ordered the daily special which was a mushroom, and then we have the ravioli two different ways. To top it all off we had the tiramisu for dessert. The waiter was so nice and friendly, also super funny. He was entertaining all of the guests with his bravado voice and welcome speech. I thoroughly enjoyed his energy as a waiter. The pastas were so fresh, and SO GOOD. If I didn’t have food coma from the gluten I would have ordered a fourth one. Not to be missed !! Truly a gem and super authentic cooking.

The quality of the hotel thrives on honest simplicity and authenticity, as well as a passionate love of gastronomy and warm hospitality. 04/08/2025: The wedding cake and reception they created for our wedding were simply perfect! The cake was not only beautiful, but also delicious. A special thank you to Paolo and his team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our every request. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

31/07/2025: We decided to contact the Pitti pastry shop a little discouraged because no one could understand what cake we wanted for our wedding. Well, Paolo immediately understood our every desire and created the cake of our dreams. The cake was delicious and we really made a great impression, a professional with a capital "P", as well as a delightful person. I highly recommend him to everyone.

14/08/2025: Best restaurant in Domodossola. We visited twice, enjoying the 6-course menu once and the à la carte menu once. The fish dishes are extremely good and perfectly balanced. The service is very attentive and friendly. Plus, you have a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. My only minor criticism: I had a rack of lamb, which was unfortunately cooked thoroughly and not medium. For dessert, I had the "Chocolate Trilogy." I found the chocolate mousse too dense. Furthermore, the layering of dark, light, and white chocolate wasn't well thought out. I would have preferred the exact opposite, starting with white chocolate and then working toward the more bitter flavors at the end. But these minor criticisms don't justify a point deduction, so they still deserve full marks. And a tip for other guests: Stick to the chef's core competency, which is clearly fish!

09/07/2025: A small place, barely accommodating 10 people, half of whom eat at a counter facing the wall...the kitchen is on the other side of the table. The various dishes, mostly pasta but also salads, bruschetta, and tartare of Fassona beef, are freshly prepared, excellent, and plentiful. The service is very informal but still friendly and welcoming; during peak hours, there may be a wait. It's not exactly cheap, but every now and then a decent plate of pasta is worth it. Recommended.

The food is excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and with attention to every detail: each dish is a perfect balance of flavors that captivates from the first bite. The staff is extremely kind and always smiling, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The team's friendliness and helpfulness make the experience even more enjoyable. All this at a truly excellent value: you leave satisfied, feeling like you've spent a fair amount on a high-quality meal. A place definitely worth a try, and one I'll definitely be visiting again.

11/08/2025: It's been a while since I've been to Ninin. The atmosphere is always delightful, as are the girls serving. Unfortunately, I think it's lost a lot of its quality. I had a pistachio croissant and a zabaglione one, both of which were tasty, but putting about a teaspoon of filling on a croissant that's about a foot tall for €3 is definitely excessive. The dough isn't crispy on the outside either. I'm sorry.

04/08/2025: A wonderful experience at the Accademia, in the heart of Casale Monferrato, housed in the magnificent Palazzo Gozzani Treville: this alone would make the visit worthwhile. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they care. The owner is a genuine presence: he conveys passion and expertise naturally. The dining rooms are all meticulously designed, elegant but not overly so. The cuisine is excellent, from Piedmontese classics to more sophisticated dishes. Adequate portions, well-balanced flavors, and a focus on quality. The wine list isn't extensive, but the few available are carefully chosen. Better a few good ones than pages and pages of meaningless fare. The price was in line with the experience: fair, no surprises. The only downside, which left me a bit perplexed, was the risotto is only for a minimum of two people... I understand the logic, but from a place like this, I expected a little more flexibility. A detail that doesn't ruin a truly high-quality experience.

20/07/2025: EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. We stumbled upon it almost by accident during lunchtime, after doing a cursory Google search. Struck by the images of the location (the restaurant is located in a period building with very evocative interiors and rooms), after some difficulty locating it (there's no sign other than a plaque on the door), we found ourselves in one of the best restaurants we've ever experienced. We tried three dishes from the menu: seared scallop on onion soup, glazed foie gras, and crab gnocchi: all absolutely sublime. Creative, top-quality cuisine, excellent value. The staff was very professional, courteous, and attentive to every need. Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: Beautiful location overlooking the valley. The menu wasn't à la carte, but they brought everything from appetizers to dessert. Everything was delicious, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff was very friendly. I saw they also offered the option of buying items at the counter; we'll definitely try that next time. The price was more than fair.

The flavors conjured up here in a small kitchen are simply unique, and the wine list, featuring Italian—and French—varietals, adds to the appeal. And the service is simply lively and friendly. 03/06/2025: Il locale è molto carino il personale davvero gentile premuroso e attenti. Per quanto riguarda la cucina abbadtanza buona ma dalle recensioni mi aspettavo do più. Millefoglie di baccalà mantecato buono ma non avrei messo i pomodori secchi perché coprono il sapore del baccalà che era molto buono. Plin al ragù bianco buoni .. sono più degli agnolotti che dei plin. Agnolotti con il tartufo neri...il tartufo sebbene fossero ricoperti di scaglie non si sentiva per nulla. Tagliolini burro e alici invece fantastici ! Molto molto buoni
