The meat is objectively good, but the portions are a bit stingy, as is the management which we will have the opportunity to delve into further on. Merely by way of example, the raw meat in 2 variations was minimal, however the caper and sauces covered the delicacy of the raw material. The steak - which arrived cold - was good, but not very filling. The hamburger was good, but also cold. Furthermore, some fried potatoes could have been added. Despite the complaint they could have perhaps given a few € discount, not that it was necessary, but usually when faced with problems we should deal with them. This is obviously weighed in the judgment. Next time I'll send it back. The answers for the owner. 1) the discount you advertised is €1. So if mathematics is not an opinion, €1/50 is 2%, ridiculous. 2) I know the chips are separate, in my opinion they should be served together as almost all places do. It is not a question of greed, but the outline should be understood. 3) it is indisputable that it was cold. Both hamburger and sliced. Rare means lukewarm on the inside and hot on the outside, that was COLD. In fact, not sending it back should have been something to be welcomed, you deserve people who send everything back at the first problem. 4) the small portions were also in the bread. 3 thin slices and some breadsticks. Of course, then the basket is changed, but I'm sure that the portions were small overall. And indeed, there is someone who hates overflowing plates. 5) opinionated and arrogant tones lead to the loss of the customer. We would have been happy to return and then give a higher rating, but given the content of the responses we will not return. Good luck!

24/05/2024: It's not easy to work as well as the three Dellaferrera brothers. I've known them since 1998 and I think I've had over 200 dinners with them! . They have grown day by day and have reached heights that the unanimous opinions of their customers unequivocally consecrate. What I appreciate in them is their ability to always be absolutely professional (the service is fast regardless of how crowded the place is, the food is always cooked to the top. The doses are generous, the quality-price ratio is always excellent). If we compare them to a car they could be a 911 Porsche. A machine that works perfectly in any weather condition, bold, one of a kind and which has constantly evolved and improved.

01/05/2024: Having lunch or dinner at the Convivium is always pleasant! The atmosphere is intimate and familiar. The service is always impeccable. Mrs. Mariangela always pays attention to the guest and takes care of every little detail, making the experience special. In the kitchen, Enrico's careful hand prepares his dishes with care and the excellent ingredients of the highest quality make the difference when they arrive at the table. One of my family's favorite restaurants... once you know it, you can hardly miss it. Congratulations as always.

30/04/2024: Villa Prato is Poetry. When you cross the threshold, the customer is king and begins the experience of care and taste that will accompany him for his entire stay. I had dinner for the first time in one of the elegantly frescoed rooms and I savored every single dish with curiosity and enthusiasm. The flavors are sublime, the materials of extreme quality, the presentation of the dishes elegant and refined. The dining room staff, very discreet and kind, professionally guides the succession of experiences. Congratulations to the chef, the assistant chef and all the staff for the art and passion they transmit.

The place itself is very beautiful, elegant but without frills, the veranda outside is extremely pleasant and also quiet, you can converse peacefully in a relaxing atmosphere. As for the menu, the imprint is the classic Piedmontese cuisine but with various original and different proposals from the usual. We liked everything we ate: fantastic bagna cauda, ​​and the plin stuffed with onion on parmesan fondue were also greatly appreciated; the Fassona fillet was also delicious, buttery from how tender it was. Of the desserts, we were particularly struck by the Canavesana cake, excellent to end the meal. Friendly, calm and efficient service, without rushing. The prices are high, there's no doubt about that, but all in all I find them justified by the quality of the raw materials and the care put into every dish. What can I say, highly recommended and we hope to return!

Service staff was very young and gave their best (much respect) but was lacking of training and support while a real passionated host/manager giving the place a “soul” was missing. the terrasse in summer is surely a positive game changer.

The staff were extremely courteous and professional, adding a touch of hospitality that made the evening even more pleasant and familiar.
