30/05/2025: Trattoria La Grencia was a wonderful discovery. The setting is welcoming, rustic and authentic, with a family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is friendly, attentive and truly passionate about their work: every suggestion on the menu or wine was spot on. The food is simply excellent. Traditional dishes prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, cooked with skill and served with great care. The homemade pastas were fabulous, the main courses tasty and well presented, and the desserts… unforgettable! Excellent value for money, generous portions and an attention to detail that makes the difference. It's the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic Italian food experience!

31/05/2025: Il locale è accogliente (al di fuori dei circuiti della movida cittadina, seppure a due passi dal centro), unitamente ad un contesto che richiama lo stile e la cultura indiana. Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile a consigliare con accuratezza le portate (consiglio il "menù gamberi"). I tempi di attesa sono brevi; la qualità del cibo è ottima. Il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità e quantità degli alimenti ed all'ambiente. Un luogo confortevole per condividere una serata sia tra amici sia in famiglia, adatto anche ai bambini.

10/06/2025: A superb restaurant and all round dining experience. The food was exceptional, the host/owner charming and informative. Stuffed courgettes to start, followed by delicious pasta and a sublime Zabajone accompanied by a fabulous dessert wine. Highly recommended.

Modern venue, friendly and professional staff and good choice of wines. I went for dinner during the week with friends and it was a fabulous experience. Do you want advice? 03/06/2025: This is the best restaurant in Trento we have visited so far. With so many dishes to choose from, the menu makes deciding easy. The service is friendly and polite. It is a good idea to call and reserve a table.

02/06/2025: We went for lunch this Sunday guided by reviews and the advice of some tourist site and I must say it was worth it. We arrived half an hour early and they welcomed us well and kindly. We took two tasting menus and tagliatelle with ragù and blueberry. Excellent and well presented dishes, some of the Trentino tradition. The restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the Buonconsiglio Castle reflects the Osteria of the past with a family run business and is easily visible. There is the possibility of eating outside. Recommended.

23/04/2025: Siamo stati un gruppo di amici x il pranzo di Pasquetta, tutti molto soddisfatti x qualità e quantità. Abbiamo ordinato come dei dinosauri e ovviamente non abbiamo finito quasi niente, la cameriera ci ha impacchettato tutto x la nostra felicità del giorno dopo. Tagliere, giardiniera, fritto misto e un sorbetto al limone bello grezzo tutto veramente ottimo

22/05/2025: I highly recommend it. Great place for dinner. Good prices. Abundant. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. The polenta with cheese is exquisite and abundant. And the desserts are delicious! We ordered polenta, lasagna, and agnolotis. And for dessert, tiramisu, flan, and a delicious zabaglione cream!

22/05/2025: Excellent restaurant located at the exit of the funicular, where you can eat typical Piedmontese dishes. Everything very good, honest prices and fast service. It is recommended to book a few days in advance to secure a place.

13/05/2025: I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with my boyfriend. What can I say? The food is excellent, everything was delicious and perfectly plated. The girl who served us was very knowledgeable and kind and managed to make this experience unique! It will be a pleasure to return!

02/06/2025: Locale con cucina tipica piemontese gestito da un giovane cuoco con tanta bravura e volontà. Abbiamo pranzato con il nostro labrador. Materie prime di qualità e piatti ricercati. Simpaticissimo anche il cameriere. Da consigliare!

29/05/2025: Un'altra ottima esperienza grazie alla mia inseparabile guida Slow Food che mi ha portato a Grignasco. Competenza e passione, la ricetta perfetta per una ristorazione vincente. Locale arredato modernamente in modo elegante, personale cordiale ed attento; comodo parcheggio a pochi metri dal locale. Pochi coperti ben spaziati. Basta scambiare due parole con lo Chef Matteo per captare la sua pasione per la cucina e la sua conoscenza della materia. La carta è ricca di ricette della zona ma ci sono anche contaminazioni con ricette di altre regioni dovute ad esperienze fatte dallo Chef nel corso della sua carriera. Per antipasto, primo piatto, dessert, caffè e acqua (niente vino) conto di circa 40€ a persona ampiamente giustificato dall qualità dei piatti. Degno di nota un risotto spettacolare dai sapori estivi molto freschi. Spero di tornare presto.

01/06/2025: It's hard to find the words to describe how wonderful the weekend was... Absolutely peaceful... A beautiful inn, very well-kept, and the hosts are very attentive. The food included in the half-board package is excellent, fresh, and plentiful. A true haven of peace with magnificent hikes nearby. We will return without hesitation.
