A trolley with a selection of cheeses I've never seen in the area.

It was a memorable dinner, not only for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the exquisite presentation and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This former factory producing unique glassware, such as test tubes and laboratory equipment, has been professionally renovated, making it modern, elegant, and welcoming.
The knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly staff.

Family-run, the daughters, along with the longtime waiter, take care of the dining room service with attentiveness and genuine kindness, the father is the chef. Our expectations for the Grissinopoli were high, given that it's one of the most famous dishes, but it far exceeded them. 😊 The fried artichokes were another confirmation, and to finish, a spectacular Tarte Tatin. Thank you so much!

30/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant, everything was fine, but there was a mistake in serving the tagliata, which was then returned to the kitchen.
When it was time, it was served again, but it was reheated and the meat was definitely overcooked. What a shame.

07/01/2026: Dinner at the restaurant with traditional Piedmontese dishes, reimagined with Silvia's imagination.
Pumpkin muffins, Fassona beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, vegetable agnolotti with butter and rosemary, a fantastic boiled meat, and mandarin sorbet—like the wine, a locally produced Nebbiolo. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and they pampered us from the moment we made our reservation over the phone. The service is attentive, thorough, and punctual. It was a pleasure to chat with them at length at the end of the evening. They are special people.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we're sure you'll return.

Perfect menu with quality ingredients.
And finally, the bill met expectations. We spent a lot, but that's because we drank a lot.

The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the rooms were beautiful with a breathtaking view. The restaurant is the highlight; we had the best vitello tonnato, congratulations. 19/01/2026: I dined and stayed at Villa Crespi for a special event and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The unique, historic location is truly evocative, and the rooms have been beautifully renovated while maintaining the period style. As for the cuisine, as with other Michelin-starred restaurants I've had the pleasure of dining at, I found some dishes incredibly delicious and balanced, despite the unconventional pairings. Others, however, were less impressive, and I may not have fully understood them. Overall, I can only give them 5 stars. There were a couple of service errors, but the staff handled them well after I pointed them out and corrected them appropriately.
14/01/2026: The hotel is simply fantastic: the villa, the location, the rooms, everything is top-notch.
As for the restaurant, we haven't noticed any difference between when it had 2 stars and now it has 3.
Very scenic, the food is good but not spectacular.
