It's perfect for those who want to celebrate an occasion in style, but also for those who want to feel pampered at home and relax with good food, excellent wines, and excellent service. 09/11/2025: Everything was delicious and top-notch. Gorgeous location and very large and convenient parking. The bagna cauda was excellent, with a wide variety of vegetables. Unfortunately, the day we were there, there wasn't a single meatless dish on the menu, and the baked potato side was tiny. A wide selection of desserts, all of excellent quality!

05/11/2025: The location and food were truly excellent. The staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint [but probably more of a personal preference] was that I wasn't crazy about the braised beef, but all the other dishes were top-notch!

27/11/2025: This cozy café near my house is one of the best places you can ever go. From breakfast to brunch, everything is excellent, as is the impeccable and friendly attitude of the staff. For almost four years, every time I've come here, the first thing that strikes you is the respectful attitude, warm welcome, and constant smiles of the employees, which truly brighten your day. The warm croissants, in every possible variety, accompanied by delicious coffee, are a real pleasure. The fresh sandwiches and all the other options are made in-house. Even though the café is often crowded, you can always find a seat without waiting, so you can sit in peace and enjoy the moment. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, a huge plus. And above all, the owner is a very respectful, kind, and professional young man; the staff is always polite, helpful, and very welcoming. I highly recommend visiting this café. 🫶🏻😊👍🏻

16/11/2025: Extremely long waits and small portions. The place is called an osteria, so you'd expect generous or at least normal portions, but instead they serve small, upscale restaurant-style portions. Some recipes are described as "grandmother-style," but I don't think grandmothers serve such small portions: the ravioli del plin were very small, and the tajarin were smaller than the portion prescribed by my dietitian while I was on a diet. They weren't in a hurry, but it also doesn't seem normal to wait an hour for an appetizer and three hours for an appetizer and a main course. The dishes are good, but not exceptional, and the price is definitely too high for what you get.

11/11/2025: In order: - Extraordinary location, run by the same family for years - Exceptional food on a set menu with waiters serving second helpings - Their own wine, which you can taste both in the cellar and during lunch If you're looking for a genuine place with serious customer service, excellent food, and wonderful hospitality, I'd say Agriturismo Pianbosco is the place for you. Incidentally, we had a vegetarian at our table, and they were kind enough to prepare a menu for her. A special thanks to the waiter Tommaso, who has the patience of a saint. One of the best places I've ever tried in the Langhe. See you next time!

09/11/2025: A successful surprise birthday party, thanks in part to the owners' complicity: always cheerful, helpful, kind, and professional. Excellent, simple, and homemade food, with special attention to dietary needs. Their wine is also excellent. The location is simple, welcoming, and very clean. If, in addition to a culinary experience, you want to enjoy the typical Langhe hillside landscape surrounded by vineyards, I recommend lunch. Wine and grappa tastings are available. Disabled access. Reservations are recommended. I highly recommend.

07/10/2025: A charming restaurant/shop near Domodossola, where you're immediately struck by a vast and carefully curated selection of wines and spirits, the hallmarks of the restaurant's atmosphere. You can order several bottles, with a wide selection of local and Italian wines, as well as wines by the glass, served with a pump system to prevent oxidation of the remaining wine in the bottle. The cuisine is very good, with simple yet well-prepared and beautifully presented ingredients; the main courses are pleasantly generous. The desserts are unique and excellent. The bill is a bit high, reasonable for the main courses and a bit high for the appetizers and first courses; I would avoid the €2.50-€3 cover charge. I would have offered a couple of extra amaros on a bill of over €500 that included the purchase of a large bottle of whisky. You can also purchase local cheeses, jams, and other products. For those who want to treat themselves every now and then, this is an excellent place that is worth a visit for both the food and the good drinks.

03/10/2025: Currently there’s no sign for the restaurant so appears it doesn’t exist and/or not open. Feels like a true local spot… trust me one of you be brave and go to the door up the short flight of stairs off the main road & you won’t be disappointed! Lovely service even if a language barrier sometimes, great selection of wine and yummy fresh food, recommend if you’re in the area :)

10/11/2025: I’ve traveled all across Italy, and this place is easily in my top 3 restaurants. The risotto was the best I’ve ever had, and the pastas were truly unique and full of flavor. I’d come back to Italy just for this restaurant!

21/11/2025: Delicious pizzas, light yet substantial, with a lovely crispy, puffy crust. Quality ingredients. Nice t-shirts and lots of pictures on the walls featuring pizzas, ingredients, and the characters they're inspired by! Today we ordered takeout pizzas: they were ordered exactly as we wanted, all fresh, tasty, and available. Farinata wowwww

22/11/2025: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The menu offers a wide variety. We chose the mixed antipasto, which featured excellent local specialties, the classic tajarin with artisanal butter and the addition of truly fragrant and delicious white truffle. Then we chose the Fiorentina steak (the meat is truly excellent), cooked on the stone with its own vegetables, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade desserts were excellent... we paired the dishes with an excellent 2022 Ruchè. The experience at this restaurant was also very pleasant thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We will gladly return and highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: Went to Alba for the White Truffle Festival and found this amazing family run restaurant for some lunch. Wine choices were excellent (obviously) and enjoyed the best pizza of our trip. We look forward to returning one day!
