16/06/2025: Chef Sabina, squeezed us in last minute - we got to sit at the bar and watch them work their magic. It is alittle daunting not knowing what you will be eating - but “fortune favours the brave” the best meal we have had on our trip to Lake Orta. Sublime, beautifully presented dishes, a taste sensation. Would highly recommend, and suggest booking in advance

16/06/2025: Had lunch here with friends didn't know much about the place before my visit as was booked by friends. I got a little shock when I heard the menu was a surprise but it was an amazing experience. We had 5 different courses and each one was as spectacular as the next. The host was the sweetest woman who does all the cooking along with two other women. You can see straight into the kitchen from your table and she explains what each course is as it's brought out. The decor in the restaurant was stunning and it was by far my best food experience in many years. I would most definitely return and I highly recommend anyone to try it as it's a unique experience with amazing food.

08/06/2025: When I entered the Accademia restaurant in the heart of Casale Monferrato, I felt as if I hadn't just landed in a historic palace, but in a mysterious chapter of a novel that Dumas never finished. The Palazzo Gozzani Treville not only preserves frescoes and stucco, but perhaps also an ancient legend… For how can this strange coincidence be explained? Here, the estate of the Italian Gozzani di Treville family, there, the honorable de Tréville, Captain of the Musketeers? I took a seat by the window and watched the ancient streets of Casale Monferrato sink into twilight. I ordered risotto to accompany it—a dish as elegant as the manners of a French nobleman. The cuisine? Precise as a sword stroke: refined, regional, with a touch of French finesse. Who knows, perhaps one of the descendants of the great de Tréville has actually found his second home here? In any case, Accademia is not just a restaurant, but a gastronomic duel between history and taste – and the guest is the winner.

24/05/2025: Fantastic and very original place located in the center of Turin. In the photo there is an appetizer with goose breast, which as it should be, was very fatty and good, mocetta d'alce, accompanied by a butter cream, sweet and sour sauce and caramelized onion. The first course was a long grain rice with lamb, pumpkin sauce, currants, cooked to perfection and very tasty, strong from the combination of the sweetness of the lamb and the sourness of the berries. You can also do various tasting menus accompanied by multiple vodkas. The service was quick, very kind and excellent in explaining the dishes and recommending the best pairings. The location speaks for itself as it is very representative. Absolutely recommended for a gourmet dinner.

14/06/2025: Excellent meat restaurant. They follow you from start to finish explaining in detail all the cuts of each meat chosen. Possibility of making a selection to taste more cuts and meats. Very prepared and kind waiters. Fair prices for the quality they have.

10/06/2025: We ordered 1.5 kg of Florentine steak of Italian Trentino breed meat. The dish arrived with the meat already separated from the central T-shaped bone. The meat was very good and the cooking was excellent. Unfortunately the thickness of the meat was much less than the bone itself (as seen in the photo) and the quantity of meat we ate was definitely almost half of what we ordered. In short, the price was very high compared to what we ate.

31/05/2025: The four-cheese and Neapolitan pizzas are amazing, but unfortunately their pizza variety is very limited. They used to have half-meter pizzas, which were very economical, but now they've removed them from the menu.

25/05/2025: Excellent pizza, perfect dough and good quality ingredients. Small and informal environment, perhaps more suitable for takeaway and pizza a portafoglio, but also for a stop. Fair prices. Good welcome. What more could you want? A great treasure hidden in a small street
