11/06/2025: We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

24/08/2025: The service and atmosphere are excellent, worthy of a 5-star rating. The food is excellent and plentiful, even though the menu is heavily vegetable-heavy. If you look carefully, you can find everything you want, or ask a waiter to remove an ingredient you don't like. 5 stars is the least I can give this place.

Fin dal primo istante, l’ambiente colpisce per la sua eleganza: gli spazi sono incredibilmente ben curati, e ogni tavolo è apparecchiato con gusto e una ricercatezza che si percepisce in ogni singolo elemento, dal tovagliato alle posate, creando un’atmosfera davvero raffinata e accogliente. Il personale merita un plauso speciale: sempre attento, discreto e di una cordialità squisita, contribuisce in maniera significativa a rendere il pasto un momento di puro piacere. Ogni richiesta viene gestita con professionalità e un sorriso, facendoti sentire coccolato ma mai invadente. E poi, la cucina. Le portate sono non solo molto buone, ma anche splendidamente presentate. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro visivo prima ancora di essere gustato, rivelando poi sapori equilibrati e ingredienti di alta qualità. È evidente la passione e la maestria che si celano dietro ogni creazione. In sintesi, “La Rosa Bianca” è un indirizzo da segnare per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica completa: un luogo dove l’eccellenza si trova nell’estetica, nel servizio e, soprattutto, nel piatto. Assolutamente consigliato!

23/08/2025: I was there last night, August 23rd. It was our first time there. It's a nice place, but we were greeted a bit coldly, perhaps because we hadn't booked, as it was a last-minute decision. We were assigned a tiny table, backed up against a staircase, with several items stacked on top, further reducing the available space. This was an incomprehensible choice, as the room wasn't full, and when we left, I noticed several empty tables, even outside, which, given the mild weather, would have been perfect for us. When the wine arrived, we struggled to find a place to set the wine rack, and we couldn't even toast without knocking something off the table. The wait staff was moving around rather frenetically, making us feel rushed. The menu was written on chalkboards that were moved from table to table, further increasing the sense of urgency. The dish we ordered was good, but I was charged €28 for a bottle of non-DOCG Prosecco that I probably would have paid €5 at the supermarket. In short, I wanted to spend a quiet, romantic evening with my girlfriend, and I absolutely didn't get it. On top of that, I also paid an excessively high bill. €66 for a dish each and a bottle of mediocre Prosecco. Needless to say, that's all they got from me.

03/08/2025: Terrible experience. Chaotic place and mediocre service. Dined last night for four. We ordered two pizzas, a veal with tuna sauce, and octopus with potatoes. After a 50-minute wait, the young waitress with a helmet brought a plate full of boiled potatoes, a lemon wedge, and three slices of octopus. After I pointed out the missing octopus, she asked me if I wanted more. Actually, there wasn't any octopus on the plate! Are you kidding me?!? We left quickly without ordering dessert or coffee. After calmly paying for everything, we reported the incident to the cashier again. They apologized. Never again!

19/08/2025: The restaurant boasts a very large and well-maintained space, with outdoor tables perfect for the summer. We ordered two pizzas, one of which was created by the chef, who let us try various homemade toppings, all of which were excellent. It was perfect Neapolitan pizza! The quality/price ratio was fair. We had a great time!

04/08/2025: We dined at this pizzeria with high expectations, but unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed. The quality of the ingredients immediately struck us as poor: the tomato sauce was overly acidic, overpowering every other flavor, and the mozzarella was a single, compact, rubbery lump, far from the light, stringy consistency one would expect. The dough, then, was the final straw: raw in the center, soft and crumbly, completely lacking in structure. The result was a pizza that was difficult to eat and, unfortunately, also difficult to digest. Everyone at the table complained of severe stomach pain in the hours that followed, and the night was practically sleepless for everyone. It's unfortunate to have to write such a negative review, but we hope the management takes these issues seriously. With a little more attention to quality and cooking, they could really do much better.
