25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

02/09/2025: We were in the area for a short one-night stay at the bed and breakfast above the trattoria, where we decided to have dinner. We felt pampered right away; the wait staff was always kind and smiling, and the service was prompt. We were thrilled by all the dishes, from the appetizers (Fassona tartare and bruschetta with butter and anchovies) to the desserts (like the bônet). But it was the Castelmagno gnocchi with honey and hazelnuts that left us most ecstatic. Since we share the bed and breakfast with the same owners, we also enjoyed a hearty breakfast featuring the trattoria's products, all of which were equally delicious and of the same quality. We'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: We were greeted with courtesy and kindness. Homemade cuisine made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the nettle gnocchi with gorgonzola and speck and the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms. The house wine (a Barbera) was excellent, as was the venison steak. Finally, we also appreciated the homemade desserts. An excellent experience in a family-friendly atmosphere. Recommended.

11/07/2025: Our waiter was Sara and she did a very good job. Dinner outside was an amazing vibe. I went for the steak tartare and ribs. The menu said the ribs were slow cooked for 10 hours but they weren't. Still, a great experience 4/5

10/07/2025: Renovated a few years ago, the venue is very beautiful, especially the choice of furnishings. The cocktails are very good, and the food is also really high-quality and offers a wide variety. Recommended for aperitifs or dinner.

05/09/2025: A welcoming place, you feel right at home, the staff is very attentive and kind, each dish was explained perfectly, very clean. The food was excellent and the reinterpretations were excellent. I would recommend it to everyone.

03/08/2025: I gave it 5 out of 5 because the appetizer had a pig-shaped piece made of mortadella with a cracker with pistachio cream underneath, a fake tomato with mozzarella inside with basil and tomato sauce, and a mini taco with veal in tuna sauce that was too good. The pasta with creamed shrimp and yellow tomato and basil 💯. For dessert, a revisited Sacker with apricot sauce 💋💋 And finally, they give you unlimited desserts like meringues with peaches, a biscuit with a fake raspberry with a lampione jelly inside. It's so good, I recommend it to everyone. And the chef is super nice.

30/07/2025: Well... Average. Very limited menu choices, with prices all around 16-18 euros. We had tagliolini with fish (not very flavorful) and a mixed fried fish platter, which was neither good nor bad. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

17/08/2025: My assessment can only be negative. Let's start with the farinata, which was flavorless and undercooked (also due to the thickness of the center). In my opinion, farinatas are prepared in advance and then reheated when needed. As for pizzas, the menu doesn't include the classic ones, such as diavola, margherita, and marinara. Upon request, however, we were served the ones I wanted. However, the lack of listing on the menu obviously creates some drawbacks: first, there's no way to know the price in advance; second, there's no precise list of ingredients. This last aspect, in particular, I find "critical": in fact, the marinara, in addition to the usual tomato base, had a "green sauce," a sauce of parsley, garlic, and anchovies. To my knowledge, parsley is not listed among the ingredients (even in its variations) of a marinara. That said, one of the pizzas was ordered with a Margherita base and prosciutto, but it was delivered to the table without it. Sorry, but we won't be returning to this place.

The ingredients are high-quality; perhaps not all sandwiches are well-balanced, and some ingredients overwhelm the flavor of the rest, but that certainly doesn't detract from the deliciousness. Wide selection, and a sociable place, given the atmosphere and music events. Given how popular it is, parking outside is hard to find.

09/08/2025: La seconda volta a Tortona e, a distanza di molti anni, ho trovato un gradevole centro storico con molti bei negozi. Ma la sorpresa più gradita è stata la cena alla Vineria Derthona. Ambiente che coniuga una storica locazione molto ben ristrutturata e una gestione giovane, attenta, cortese. Proposta gastronomica impeccabile mirata alle specialità piemontesi locali. Merita sicuramente una visita.

22/06/2025: Piedmontese restaurant a stone's throw from the central market of Porta Palazzo. The restaurant is rustic, the decor is modern and welcoming with original details. The à la carte menu has excellent proposals, they also offer Bourguignon and Raclette upon reservation at least a few days in advance. The dishes are all tasty and well made.
