30/05/2026: I had high expectations. The food wasn't bad, the place was nice, and the beer was good. The service was pretty fast, but the staff we were served were awful, very aggressive, and unprofessional. I don't think I'll be back.

29/05/2026: A must-visit spot in Biella, next to the factory dating back to 1846, and still run by the founder's family. In addition to a selection of Menebrea beers, the menu offers everything from a snack to a full dinner. A very welcoming atmosphere and a diverse clientele, from businessmen to couples, families with children, and groups of young people. Compliments to our waitress. She handled twice as many tables as the other waiters. Well done.

23/03/2026: Beautiful vacation home in a truly lovely setting. There's a small restaurant nearby with quality food. Parking is limited, especially in winter.

13/05/2026: I'll start by saying I know the place and was expecting something different! They seated me quickly, and I ordered a seafood salad, a baby focaccia, and water without looking at the menu. Everything arrived promptly. The seafood salad wasn't very varied, but it was good (squid, lots of crab meat, and a few shrimp). The focaccia was served cut into different wedges. It's a shame the cooking was so uneven, with some pieces almost burnt and some undercooked. I still suspect they were leftover pieces... I ate it, paid for it, and left with the thought that for a focaccia, the review isn't good, and I'll probably change places next time.

13/05/2026: I'm at the Hotel Terre dei Salici, my favorite hotel in Caramagna Piemonte, and I'm looking for a pizzeria where I can eat well and affordably. No sooner said than done.... I find this place 10 minutes from the hotel. The photos you see here are from before; the interior has been renovated, everything is modern. Beautiful style, everything is clean, modern, and functional, including the bathroom. Welcoming, professional, and kind staff.... Everything is excellent... I had an excellent pizza, exceptional dough, thin and light yet delicious, made with quality ingredients, and an exceptional babà with the addition of quality cream. You can see the passion behind what they do... besides, they welcome you with a thoughtful touch that speaks volumes.... The photos speak for themselves.... And as I always say, Marchigiano never disappoints.... 11/05/2026: I absolutely don't want to argue about the quality, even though we're not ice cream wizards, but what really bothers me is having to pay €3.80 for a cone with three flavors, which in other places maybe costs €2.80 at most. And anyway, it would be fine if at least the cone exploded, but instead, this is a meager ice cream that's already gone with just a few licks. You artisans, using the excuse of rising costs, are exaggerating the prices, so don't complain if people start disappearing.

11/05/2025: We went to dinner downtown after a conference. We found the restaurant by searching on maps. The staff was young and friendly, and the menu had a limited selection. We had the mixed antipasto, tajarin with ragù, and agnolotti with roast beef sauce—tasty, traditional dishes in generous portions.

It's not a grand building with any frills or decorations, but rather a country estate that served as the headquarters for the family winemaking business. The fascinating tours illustrate rural life and the history of wine and truffles. Every window offers priceless views of the surrounding landscape.

29/12/2025: An enchanting site, one of the most prestigious in the Langhe, with a rich and captivating history. The green area surrounding the fortress offers extraordinary panoramic views. Inside, there are courtyards, halls, and visitor areas.

13/04/2026: A very pleasant dinner, featuring a well-executed traditional Piedmontese menu. We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.
