I was there for a business dinner. The place is very comfortable and the service was impeccable. The lady was very welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed the food, and the value for money was excellent!

An excellent restaurant right in the center of Dronero, our 40 choir members appreciated the generous and varied menu served on plates despite the late hour after our concert, perfect!

Recommended by friends, we booked a table for four at this lovely restaurant for lunch.
We ordered three "Tourist" set menus (€20) and one "Tasting" menu (€35).
The service was quick and efficient, the waiters were very friendly, explaining the dishes upon request, even in French!
The dishes were all beautifully presented and, above all, delicious! We loved our visit and highly recommend this restaurant. 😋
In short, this is a restaurant not to be missed if you're in the area, thanks to its traditional atmosphere, excellent value for money, and superb dishes.

I had a wonderful time. The owners and staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was elegant and served excellent dishes at truly reasonable prices.

As always, when we go to Dronero, we absolutely must stop for lunch at Cavallo Bianco.
The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the food is always delicious.
Also recommended for the delicious pizza.
