As always, when we go to Dronero, we absolutely must stop for lunch at Cavallo Bianco.
The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the food is always delicious.
Also recommended for the delicious pizza.

Excellent Valgranotti with Gorgonzola and tagliatelle with mushrooms, truly extraordinary bunet, Margherita pizza with oregano just so-so.
Nice place, very friendly staff.

I didn't stay at the hotel; we went to their restaurant in the evening. Fresh produce and a great variety. Excellent service and good prices. I would return!

I've tried it several times in recent years as a restaurant, and the food is excellent at very reasonable prices.
Excellent quality ingredients, traditional and non-traditional dishes.
If you're in the area for vacation or work, I absolutely recommend stopping by for something good. 😉😋
