01/04/2024: Really a nice gem. Large and spacious rooms, super attentive and always kind and smiling staff, excellent restaurant. Beautiful view along the entire hotel. Excellent spa, large spaces and equipped with every service. 100% pet-friendly. We will definitely be back.

31/03/2024: Beautiful small hotel with 12 rooms. We stayed with the family in 3 rooms and had a fantastic time. Great service with all the staff being immensely helpful & friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent Spa facilities. Great place to come and relax with lovely food and great views. Can't wait to return!!

I would add that this restaurant has 4-star rooms, one more beautiful than the other, with all the comforts one can imagine. I highly recommend.

23/03/2024: How many times have we passed by it and never noticed it, then the astral conjunction leads you to discover it. Read and re-read reviews and finally decide: let's try it. You enter and find the old and beautiful entrances of the tavern and then..... what a thrill you find yourself catapulted into a dimension made of good taste and class, every detail taken care of down to the smallest terms. And it doesn't end here, if you let yourself be led with both hands on this journey of gastronomic and oenological emotions, you will only be able to say at the end of the dinner what emotions I experienced this evening. You really don't expect such a particular cuisine made of research and passion in one's work. It was worth it to close your eyes, trust and be accompanied, come and try. One last final word, very good.

16/03/2024: Locale bellissimo nel nucleo del paese un po' discosto ma questo é anche il bello. Noi abbiamo optato per il menu di degustazione piú importante e posso solo dire di aver mangiato magnificamente. Ogni portata eseguita in maniera impeccabile con gusti ben decisi ed intriganti. Faccio notare il fatto di essere uscito molto sazio e soddisfatto. Le fotografie allegate parlano chiaro. Servizio attento e competente. Una stella piú che meritata. Complimenti a tutto il team.

17/03/2024: Stati oggi a pranzo in questo ristorante. E’ stata una bellissima esperienza, posto curato, cibo altrettanto, i piatti oltre che buoni, raffinati e belli da vedere, persone gentilissime. Peccato che non abitiamo vicino, ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

10/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Alessandria, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Definitely my favorite at the moment. I had dinner with foreign colleagues and I asked for a tasting (55 euros) with a triptych of quality Piedmontese wines... Alta Langa di Serafino, Timorasso di Massa, Barbera di Ratti, Barolomdi Gaja... Total... expensive but not exaggerated. Around 100 euros. But it's worth it all... just for the numerous interludes such as amuse bouche, pre-dessert and coffee with sweets... in short, here you are in the high range. Nel.resto.di alessandria, excellent quality and service but of a slightly lower range.

29/03/2024: Pizza made to perfection, great knowledge of every single procedure, raw materials of the highest quality. The owner and pizza chef Stefano is a wonderful person. Calzone with escarole, lard, Taggiasca olives the icing on the cake. In short, do yourself a favor, go and eat pizza at his place!
