I migliori ristoranti in Piemonte

21/07/2025: E’ una certezza. Ho pranzato almeno venti volte in questo ristorante negli ultimi dieci anni. Perfetto per un pranzo di lavoro come per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. L’ultima volta era giugno e si mangia all’aperto, nella corte piena di piante e fiori. I piatti variano a seconda delle stagioni ma con costanti deliziose. Il servizio prevede una serie di importanti amouse bouche cui seguono i piatti scelti da ogni commensale e, dopo il dolce, una elaborata serie di pasticcini. Sommeiller è responsabile del servizio di rara simpatia. Tutto il personale è in ogni caso cortese.

12/07/2025: 2 stelle per un 2 stelle. Premetto che questa recensione è in linea con le aspettative che uno ha quando va a cenare in un ristorante 2 stelle Michelin. Sabato 5 Luglio siamo andati a mangiare per festeggiare il compleanno di mio papà e di mia sorella Sul cibo niente da dire, molto buono e ben curato, forse non troppo innovative le preparazioni, però tutto abbastanza in linea con un ristorante di questo livello. Passiamo al servizio: TOTALMENTE INADEGUATO. Il servizio è stato peggio di quello che si può ricevere in una trattoria di basso livello. I camerieri, parlo al plurale, perché siamo stati serviti praticamente un po’ da tutti, per niente professionali. Il burro è quasi stato letteralmente lanciato sul tavolo anziché adagiarlo con garbo. Una cameriera che pareva quasi infastidita nel servire i tavoli, con tanto di sbuffi e bonfocchi. Inoltre quando abbiamo preso l’ordinazione, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile ordinare i secondi in un successivo momento e ci è stato detto che non c’era nessun problema. Finiti i primi, al posto di chiederci se desideravamo un secondo, ci è stato sparecchiato l’intero tavolo portando via condimenti e pane. Quando abbiamo detto che volevamo ordinare il secondo, ci è stato concesso ma ovviamente né il pane né i condimenti sono stati riportati E infine ciliegina sulla torta, quando la cameriera è venuta a dirci dei dolci, ha detto a mia sorella che non avevano dolci senza latte , mia sorella però è celiaca e non intollerante al lattosio, quando le abbiamo ricordato la cosa, ha smadonnato per ben due volte. Per un ristorante due stelle Michelin il servizio è totalmente inadeguato

28/08/2025: Beautiful place, very well-maintained and tastefully decorated. We didn't stay, just ate there. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. The prices were reasonable for the experience. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: A charming little 3-star mountain hotel, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail by Annalisa, who, together with her husband Alessandro, an expert chef (who pampers guests with local dishes and locally sourced ingredients), has, with much love and patience, collected over the years a whole series of antique objects reminiscent of times gone by and tastefully scattered them throughout the hotel. It is located in the middle of meadows, quiet and convenient for exploring the area both on foot and by e-bike. I've already spoken about the traditional dishes, but I haven't yet mentioned the varied selection of wines and beers (the latter local) to accompany dinner. We discovered this hotel by chance three years ago and returned last year for a week with great pleasure. In the meantime, the bathrooms have undergone a major renovation, now all with showers, with a focus on materials that are as eco-friendly as possible. You can also choose between hotel accommodation (individual rooms) or refuge accommodation (dorms). There's only half board, but with the option, if requested in advance, to have sandwiches or a lunch box prepared for excursions. Highly recommended, we'll leave you a ❤️.

01/08/2025: Please skip touristy establishments with unfriendly staff like All'Antico Vinaio and go here! Fantastically delicious sandwiches, freshly filled, and a huge selection. Friendly staff and an English menu. We ate it in a park; the sandwiches are neatly packaged.

31/07/2025: I used to go there when I first started college, and I still go there now, years later, and the quality is always top-notch. The sandwiches are nice and filling, and the prices are fair.

17/08/2025: I visited the Fiocco di Neve ice cream shop in Almese and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise! I tried the Nutella flavor, which truly had the authentic flavor of the spreadable cream, intense and creamy, and the pistachio, which in my opinion is one of the best in the Susa Valley: balanced, not too sweet, and with a full, natural flavor. A welcoming place and friendly staff, definitely a stop I recommend for anyone who loves quality artisanal ice cream.

27/07/2025: A traditional and meticulously maintained hotel in the beautiful setting of Traversella, nestled between a baroque church, a garden, and a verdant view of the valley floor. Spacious rooms—mine even had three arias—a small balcony and terrace, equipped with loungers, a desk, and a TV. A vanity set, toiletries bag, soap, shampoo, and plenty of parking are provided. Breakfast is generous, including fresh cakes (homemade plum cake and apricot tart), prosciutto, two local cheeses, a variety of five different fruits, high-quality packaged biscuits (grondona), butter, bread, cereals, eggs to order, and warm pastries. The venue also offers wedding rooms and furnished terraces.

24/07/2025: Second time for lunch and we had a wonderful meal. The refined dishes were beautifully presented and of excellent quality. The staff were wonderful. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

18/07/2025: Everything was very tasty, the service was very good, the place understands English, the waiter was great at explaining the dishes and helping us choose what was right for us. The prosecco cocktail and beer were very tasty on the waiter's recommendation. We sat outside, they turned on the fan, it was comfortable to sit, there were no flies, everything was great. I sincerely recommend this place, I will definitely come back again😌

01/07/2025: Hands down one of the best sushi a la carte in Turin. Very friendly and helpful owner. Absolutely try the ramen, we will definitely be back! Fair prices for the quality of the dinner. Edit: returned two months later, I ate inside. Always delicious food, but very slow service, scorching heat without air conditioning, lots of mosquitoes. Avoid in summer

14/07/2025: We went there for dinner on Sunday. Many restaurants in Turin are closed on Sundays, so we managed to find a restaurant that we could make a reservation at, but it was a wonderful restaurant. The foie gras and liver pate appetizer and the Tjarin mussels aglio e were especially delicious. The service was also excellent. For us from Sweden, it was an incredible value for money.
