11/05/2025: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

15/06/2025: Ottima pizza con ingredienti controllati e DOP, qualità del cibo davvero ottima. Posto incantevole anche se in relazione all'affollamento diventa un po' rumoroso. Nella nostra ultima visita servizio un po' distratto: ordinata una pizza ce n'è stata servita un'altra causa distrazione al momento dell' ordinazione e lo stesso stava capitando al momento di caffè ed amaro. Nessuno sconto al pagamento anche se la pizza errata costava di più e l' errore era loro...mah!! 😠 :(

A place that makes people talk about it so well that it becomes a place that finds space in the reviews of the best influencers on the Internet! The food is good, but be careful!!! When choosing the second courses, I recommend using a recorder!!! The list is so long that you need several GB of memory to remember it all!!!. The price... a surprise!

04/06/2025: An unexpected discovery in the greenery of Grignasco During a business trip, I stopped by chance at Trattoria Dal Salmet, immersed in the tranquility of the Piedmont countryside. The location, surrounded by greenery, offers a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, ideal for a regenerating break. The menu of the day offered a variety of inviting dishes. I opted for gnocchi with wild boar sauce, followed by arrosticini accompanied by a grilled tomino and a parsley potato salad. All the dishes were prepared with quality ingredients and served in generous portions. The staff was courteous and attentive, helping to create a familiar and welcoming environment. If you find yourself in the Grignasco area, do not miss the opportunity to stop at Trattoria Dal Salmet. An authentic culinary experience that will leave you fully satisfied.

Everything perfect (exceptional Alba style meat) the guy who served us was very kind. Highly recommended place

The fish-based menu proposals are very interesting and above all good. Two tasting menu proposals in addition to the à la carte dishes. 30/05/2025: Chosen almost by chance for the excellent reviews, the restaurant in the historic center of Moncalieri offers only Sicilian specialties prepared with skill and carefully choosing the raw materials, almost all of which are of island origin. The result is truly excellent, as is the service and the friendliness of the owner, originally from Bagheria. The initial skepticism was overcome immediately, as soon as we tasted the hot mixed appetizer. The wine list is also very good. Obviously all Sicilian. Absolutely worth a visit

27/05/2025: Too bad there aren't more stars available! A corner of Sicily in Moncalieri, with refined reinterpretations of the most typical dishes. The raw fish is superb. Well done guys and see you soon

18/06/2025: Great Bar Bookshop, fabulous staff, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful selection of books (with several gems worth discovering). It has an accessible entrance for those in wheelchairs :)

28/05/2025: I discovered by chance this pleasant café with an attached bookshop where you can buy books on lgbtq+ and social issues, since then I always come with friends as soon as I can. In fact we had the opportunity to relax having a breakfast with chocolate muffins, pistachio cake, fruit juice and a glass of hot pink milk😋. This place has effectively become one of my favourite places in Turin😊!!

A point of improvement is having less waste by replacing cardboard cups in the morning with glass cups, replacing individual portions of butter and Nutella with butter in strips and Nutelka in a jar

Alessandro was generous with advice on the best routes. Annalisa smiling and seraphic in every situation. Highly recommended!
