The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! 04/01/2026: On the main road to the Formazza Valley, in the hamlet of San Rocco di Premia, lies this special pub. This establishment has made the decision to offer completely gluten-free food, so all its dishes are gluten-free, some even vegetarian. For celiacs, it's a kind of oasis of happiness; they can order everything, I believe only the beers are gluten-free (in addition to the gluten-free ones). Some of the food pairings are unusual; there's always a soup, risotto, and homemade gluten-free gnocchi. The atmosphere is quite rustic, and the outdoor bathroom in the summer doesn't help. I recommend booking ahead, even the day before during peak season, as they often get fully booked for lunch until generally 3:00 PM.

31/12/2025: An incredible, authentic place with an exceptional atmosphere. Just reaching the osteria offers the pleasure of splendid views of the valley. The place is truly fantastic. The cuisine, deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition, is a tale of flavors: rich and generous traditional appetizers, an extraordinary variety of game cured meats, surprising stuffed pastas... An experience so difficult to describe and so impossible not to recommend.

26/10/2025: We can only give it a high rating. It was a pleasant surprise, returning to Sicily just 10 minutes from Savigliano. Excellent ingredients, priceless thanks and courtesy. We'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: I visited it during the weekends with free museums and historic buildings. The palace has wonderful rooms where you can experience the history and life lived within. I recommend everyone visit it if they're passing through Turin. It's centrally located near Piazza Castello, where there are other historic sites to visit.

09/11/2025: A magnificent palace that impressively demonstrates the power of the Savoy kings. You enter unassumingly through a small entrance and ascend the stairs to a world of opulent splendor. A guided tour isn't necessary; there are explanatory panels throughout in Italian, French, English, and even German. From the palace, you can even see Turin Cathedral. While you can't see the Shroud of Turin, you can certainly sense its presence. The palace also provides direct access to the Museum of Antiquities and the Sabauda Gallery, which houses paintings by artists such as Rembrandt. Entry is free for children and €15 for adults.

04/01/2026: Excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Fixed-price menu, €34, for four appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, three desserts, water, and coffee. Worth noting are the Russian salad and the tagliolini with mushroom sauce. Informal atmosphere, attentive, if somewhat chilly, service. Three small dining rooms on different levels, clean bathroom. Some interesting views of the surrounding hills, carpeted with vineyards. Parking on the road nearby, but impossible in front of the restaurant. Book well in advance.

30/12/2025: A great find just outside Turin. Simple, expertly executed dishes, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

30/11/2025: We had lunch today, but we've been there several times before. Being in the business, I can say the food was excellent. The lady, her husband, and all the staff were very kind and professional. The prices were fair. We've never spent more than €40, and I assure you, it's delicious. Thanks to the lady for finding us a spot for lunch today.

31/12/2025: The atmosphere is very beautiful, intimate, and well-kept. I've been there a couple of times, both for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast: a wide selection of products, truly delicious and all vegan. The breakfast room is truly beautiful with a large table for sharing. Dinner: truly delicious, dishes with attention to detail in both flavor and appearance, a truly special place. (You can let us know about any allergies when booking.) The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
