29/12/2024: Una de las cenas más mediocres de nuestra semana en Sicilia. Habíamos leído buenas críticas pero la realidad es que ha sido una de las peores experiencias de nuestro viaje. Ya al leer la carta nos costó Dios y ayuda decidirnos por algo que nos sedujera mínimamente. Platos poco atractivos, con mezclas que no parecía (como así fue) que pudiesen funcionar.Probamos 5 platos y ni uno solo levantó pasiones, más bien al contrario. Un bacalao fresco, no incomible, pero demasiado salado y del montón; unas sepias a la plancha que tuvimos que dejar en el plato, duras como una piedra, crudas y quemadas; una pasta rellena que no sabía absolutamente a nada y unos macarrones grandes con una crema de patata infumable. Salimos de allí lo más rápido posible y lo que había sido un recibimiento amigable (el dueño se sentó en nuestra mesa para hacernos recomendaciones y hablarnos de sus vacaciones en Canarias) se tornó en una despedida fría sin ofrecernos ni postre. Obviamente él también se había dado cuenta que no nos había gustado la cena y optó por no hacer ningún comentario al respecto. Creo que él también era consciente de que nos había dado gato por liebre y que no nos la había colado. Comida sin personalidad ni sabor, cara para la mediocridad de lo recibido. La peor experiencia de nuestro viaje.

15/02/2025: Scoperto grazie al consiglio di amici di Perugia, è un ristorante fuori dai circuiti turistici umbri. Anche la cucina di distacca dai classici “ salumi tartufo e torta al testo”. Ottime materie prime abilmente cucinate, presentazione classica, ma curata. Servizio attento, senza essere lezioso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dei vini in carta. Da ritornare sicuramente

The place is welcoming and with attention to every detail, the service is courteous and efficient, the fish is very fresh and in general the food is excellent, from starters to desserts. The menu offering is broad and interesting. This place has had a notable evolution over the years, despite starting from an excellent base, the managers have still managed to further improve every aspect, from the care of the rooms and tables, to the innovation of the menu, the result is a classy restaurant where it is always a pleasure to return.

10/03/2025: Ogni volta che varco la soglia di questo ristorante, mi sento subito a casa. L’accoglienza è sempre calorosa, il servizio impeccabile e la cucina semplicemente straordinaria. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura e passione, utilizzando ingredienti di altissima qualità che esaltano i sapori autentici della Romagna. Oltre al cibo eccellente, quello che rende speciale questo posto è l’atmosfera: il personale è attento, premuroso e ti fa sentire coccolato dall’inizio alla fine. È il luogo perfetto sia per una cena rilassante che per un’occasione speciale. Se siete in zona, non potete assolutamente perdervelo! Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano una vera esperienza gastronomica, fatta di gusto, calore e professionalità. Ogni visita è una piacevole conferma della qualità e della passione che si respira in questo ristorante. Complimenti!

26/03/2025: I loved the raw materials in the dishes, treated with so much love and respect, as well as the technique of the very talented chef. The flavors were all perfectly enhanced and balanced. One Michelin star, but some dishes deserve even more! The staff, professional and friendly, is an added value of a restaurant where it is worth returning to discover other dishes that certainly will not disappoint.

25/03/2025: Simply amazing. It was a show for all my senses. The food tasted, smelled and looked incredible, the staff were so polite and welcoming. From opening the door and serving complimentary delicate pastries as I chose from the menu, to offering a beautiful custom box for the desserts and helping with my jacket, at the end of my dinner, an impeccable experience! Must order: beef tartare, pork belly and the pear tart for dessert. I will come back (this means a 15+ hours flight and I wouldn’t mind it at all for another dinner like tonight’s)!

01/04/2025: Ristorante elegante sul lungomare di Lido di Camaiore con ottimo cibo e un servizio davvero efficiente e gentile. Noi eravamo in tre e tutti i piatti, dall'antipasto al dolce erano davvero buoni. Menzione particolare per i tagliolini alla trabaccolara. Prezzo nella media, vista anche la qualità e la freschezza del pesce servito. Da tornarci senza dubbio.

16/02/2025: We had a fantastic meal here. Gamberoni starter and then a seafood risotto. Then a semifreddo that was also delicious. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good food: if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely eat here again.

07/01/2025: I was in this restaurant on the last evening of the year for the New Year's Eve dinner. I had a really good impression of this place. Excellent food and all fresh.. Excellent service especially from the girl who served at the table... very nice and professional. I can certainly recommend it.

06/04/2025: Lunch beyond expectations. Excellent, very fresh cold and hot starters. Equally appetizing first courses. Not having tasted the second courses we will have to return with great pleasure. Finally, the owners: a competent and above all welcoming couple! See you soon!

30/03/2025: We went for lunch today, nothing to say except that we were more than happy. Restaurant in the center of Trieste just 7 minutes walk from Piazza Unità D'Italia, excellent service with attentive, kind and very knowledgeable staff, all fish food and excellent quality. Average high price but more than fair. Definitely to return.

The restaurant service is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. The girls at the reception were very kind and professional. The spa is very nice.
