16/02/2025: Eccellente serata gastronomica in un ambiente classico,raffinato, illuminato sobriamente e con gradevole musica di sottofondo anni 70/80.Il servizio è curato brillantemente con facezia,verecondia e premura da Yudi,Vittoria e Francesca.Il nostro desinare;2 antipasti,insalatina di gamberi al brandy con carciofi e parmigiano e polpo arrosto con purè e polvere d'olive.2primi,gnocchetti di patate con ragù di gallinella,scorfano e pomodorini e maltagliati con baccalà,pecorino e cavolo nero.Come secondo, cotolette d'agnello con caponata e maionese.2 dessert,una pav love e un autunno nel cesto con gelato fiordilatte e cestino croccante.Con frenetico entusiasmo asserisco che tutte le portate sono state apprezzatissime.La parte beverina è stata affidata ad un ottimo gerwuztraminer,una bottiglia d'acqua potabile e 2 caffè.Conto totale di 138 euro spesi con la consapevolezza di avere regalato un memorabile orgasmo all'animo ed allo scilinguagnolo.A Dio piacendo arrivederci e grazie...

The waiters are very friendly and helpful, they are very friendly. They have sung happy birthday to us without having asked, because they had found out from talking about the subject, a great detail. They speak English and Italian

Andrea's restaurant, chef and owner, is a true gem for those who love good food, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a creative touch that makes them unique. We started with a trio of delicately flavored ricottas, followed by two traditional Roman classics: the Giudia-style artichoke and the Roman-style one, both nothing short of crazy. The vegetable meatball with pumpkin cream and Taggiasca olives was a real surprise, while the crunchy potato chips added a delicious touch to the starter. The first courses were the real triumph: the gnocchi with gorgonzola, walnuts and 'nduja were creamy and full of character, the ravioli filled with aubergines, scamorza and pine nuts a perfect balance of flavours, while the gnocchi with clam and artichoke cream were a delicate and refined mix of sea and land. As a second course, the chicken cut with lime, saffron, honey and crumbled Taggiasca olives surprised us with its combination of sweet and citrus, with very tender and juicy meat. The grand finale was the crumbled cake with pistachio and hazelnut Chantilly cream: a dessert that alone is worth the visit, with a velvety and irresistible cream. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. All with an excellent quality-price ratio! 13/03/2025: We arrived without booking and were seated immediately, the wait staff was very kind, 2 raw appetizers with exceptional oysters, linguine with clams and scialatielli, which to say is exceptional is an understatement. It's a shame for the little time available due to work problems, but I will definitely return with more calm to enjoy the seconds too. Thank you

26/11/2024: My partner and I were in Ischia for a week, and sadly only had the chance to visit here once (many restaurants in Ischia Porto close down at the beginning of November). We stopped for drinks and live music and have a lovely time. The musicians were fantastic, and we enjoyed our Hugo Spritzes, as well as the aperitivo snacks that we received to the table. Our servers were friendly and everyone seemed to be having a fantastic time. We wanted very much to go back, but sadly the timing didn't work out. We didn't order any food when we were there as we had just eaten, but the food we saw come out looked appetizing. Definitely give this place a stop if you're in Ischia Porto area.

22/12/2024: The professional service and a few "free" things you get at the beginning and at the end are impressive. This overshadows the food, which is simply good and nothing more - typically aimed at tourists and not real Italian flavors worthy of a 5 rating. I would give it 4/5, but as a dessert I got the first tiramisu in my life which I didn't eat, it was bland in taste, dry and looked like an old dessert from the cheapest chain stores. I can't give a better rating than 3.

17/12/2024: I had the best tortellini in truffle sauce there ever! Absolutely recommended. The service is excellent. There was pizza bread on the house as a starter, as well as a schnapps and a mini dessert at the end. Really great!

29/10/2024: I had an extremely disappointing experience with the event management at this location. After 25 emails exchanged and an inspection, I had to contact them again for clarification, as I was no longer receiving any replies. Only at that point did I discover that it was not possible to organize the event for the evening, even though they had initially confirmed availability. It would have been sufficient to inform us from the beginning of the lack of options to satisfy our request. This lack of clarity and professionalism has caused a significant waste of time and energy. We would have expected more honesty in communications, instead of false reassurances regarding availability on weekends. I cannot attach the contents of the emails as they are protected by regulation 195/2003. Attached is the second photo, where you can see the discomfort after having proposed yet another date which they said was available and ultimately rejected.

25/10/2024: We went to dinner. Breathtaking location, very well looked after, incredible view and beautiful settings. The presence of the white donkeys, which are willing to be petted, is very beautiful. They gave us a table in front of the window, overlooking the bay. We ordered oysters, mussels all'algherese, spaghetti all'algherese and culurgiones seasoned with ovinfort (Thiesi cheese) and walnuts. All heavenly. Impeccable and friendly service, with great availability, and a very welcome pet welcome. The seadas and assorted Sardinian sweets are excellent. Excellent value for money. What can I say? Great evening and place to absolutely return. Thank you!

06/03/2025: Week end lungo in direzione Pistoia con la mia compagna e venendo a conoscenza di questo viaggio da Roma, mio figlio mi fa...devi assolutamente andare da Guinceri...è una esperienza! Mai consiglio e commento fu più veritiero!! Mi aveva anticipato che il luogo non è di "taglio" economico e/o medio ma come riportato nella scelta del titolo, laddove possibile questi luoghi vanno visitati, gustati e goduti a 360 gradi. La location intesa come locale è molto affascinante ed arredata con gran gusto al punto tale che chiudendo gli occhi ed affacciandomi alle finestre, non mi sarei sorpreso di trovarmi in contesti tipo St. Moritz, Courmayer o Cortina (forse perchè in parte mi sono sentito in uno chalet moderno). Oltre all'accoglienza del personale, trovo sempre di alto gradimento il saluto del proprietario che, come in questo caso, è passato in ogni singolo tavolo. L'esperienza si è basata in gran parte sulla presenza del tartufo che sia sugli antipasti che carni, è stato un perfetto abbinamento legato alle materie prima di altissima qualità (comprso il vino)! Come mia abitudine prima di andare in un locale, leggo le recensioni (anche se non sono mai una bibbia) e mi hanno incuriosito quelle negative che miravano soprattutto ai prezzi alti. Ripeto la mia opinione già espressa in situazione simili...per delle occasioni speciali o coccole extra come le chiamo io, esperienze di questo genere che ti portano a spendere quasi 100 euro a testa, ci possono stare perchè nel prezzo concorrono tanti fattori che molti clienti, non sanno o fanno finta di non sapere. Per fortuna l'Italia è piena di luoghi dove è possibile pranzare dai 30/35 € a salire... Quindi si sceglie, perchè nessuno punta pistole alla testa di nessun cliente! Quindi complimenti a tutti, dalla proprietà all'intero staff, aggiungendo una piccola nota a margine che sicuramente nel mio caso sarà sfuggita, avendo chiacchierato molto con il cameriere durante il nostro pranzo. Ho pagato ricevendo il dettaglio del conto, solo post pagamento. Forse colpa mia perchè sono andato direttamente in cassa? Non lo so e non ha rovinato assolutamente questa bellissima esperienza che ho goduto con la mia compagna. Daje sempre...
