When it's said that a company or restaurant isn't built by walls but by people/staff, this place proves it.
Maurizio and his team are incredibly hospitable and kind. He spent time with me, explaining the area and offering me a fresh rabosello. Venetian hospitality is always a hallmark.

I had made a reservation on the way up, saying they'd save a spot for me even though everything was already full.
Sunday lunch while I explored the Po Delta.
I arrived and found my spot outside, as agreed.
Everyone was very friendly.
I chose a first course: spaghetti with clams, which was very good; it was thick and decidedly flavorful.
For the second course, the mixed grilled fish with eel. There were two large shrimp, a little cold but good, the sole was also a little cold, the eel was okay, and a scallop au gratin was the best of the bunch.
In short, it had a certain "pre-prepared" quality, but it was okay.
I'd go back!

A small, isolated restaurant on the Po River. Reservations are essential because it's really small; more than one person came in and was turned away because there wasn't enough room. Delicious traditional seafood cuisine and friendly staff.

In a remote location in the lower Polesine, the Crepaldi family stands out for its quality of service and hospitality. With its fish tourism business, it offers guests fish-based menus. Michela artfully manages the dining room. Maurizio Roberta and her dynamic collaborators are active in the kitchen. I recommend taking a gastronomic and bucolic break in these precious places in the delta.
