Tocco D'oro In Comiso

We went on a Saturday evening, in the middle of August, returning from Comiso Airport. We ate very well, the best dishes being the octopus and artichoke appetizer and the cannoli to finish. The rest of the food was also very good. The service was excellent: fast and good quality. Beautiful location with a stunning outdoor courtyard. Prices are low, especially compared to restaurants in the more touristy areas (Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata). It's clear that we're not on the seafront, but the quality/price ratio is excellent.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and we were lucky. It's a charming place. Expertly prepared food, very friendly service, and amazing desserts. We'll be back soon, and I recommend it to everyone.

Recommended by a Comisano resident with a passion for antiques, we had lunch at this 1970s-style restaurant, with a true, elegant charm that is now on the verge of extinction. "Tocco d'Oro" ... truly the golden touch on the gateau of this pleasantly surprising morning. I compliment the lady who served us with care and discretion dishes that exuded quality and passion. A second course of braised sea bass with seasonal vegetables, rich in flavorful delicacy. Dessert was a true delight, a stunning creation conceived by the lady, consisting of a rum baba, custard, ice cream, and figs... Here, the flavor surpassed our imagination. And we're still enjoying it! The quality is evident; well done to the whole family who puts their heart and soul into their work, and the results are there to see!

Chef Cilia's "Tagliolini with lobster" is simply the best in Sicily... Michelin-starred! A must-try dish to enjoy in a setting that sublimely blends ancient and modern. The freshest ingredients and aromas of the Mediterranean Sea are condensed into fine dishes and wines, served with professionalism and kindness. DON'T MISS!
