Every forkful was an experience, you could clearly distinguish all the flavors that made up the dish: the cuttlefish appetizer, with the crunchiness of perfectly cooked cuttlefish, combined with the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of fennel, and the bittersweetness of broad beans. The cod was amazing, both wrapped in a light and flavorful frying and baked in a gratin as delicious as the shortcrust pastry. That sweet cherry tomato was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed it. I dined alone and the welcome was kind and warm. They offered me a pre-appetizer and an additional appetizer on top of the one I had just because it "deserved to be tasted." Indeed, that fried cod will remain in my heart, and the purple cabbage pairs perfectly with it! I suggest you indulge in a meal at the osteria. It reminded me of summertime, with fresh fish dishes and the perfect way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the dish. They even offered dessert, so why not since "it's almost Father's Day"? The cream was delicious, and I found myself wiping the bottom of the plate with my finger, where a bit of cream had remained, just waiting to be eaten. One of the most interesting places in the province of Foggia.
Daniele and Lele are two super professional brothers.
The service is unique; it's a pleasure to listen to the descriptions of the dishes and the ingredients they contain; they're a true "cultural treat."
Lele is a superb chef; experience, love, and dedication are evident in his dishes.

The staff is courteous, friendly, and friendly, without ever being intrusive. Dishes are made with top-quality local ingredients, and are described clearly and quickly at each course without being boring. The wines are excellent, with the option to purchase bottles from their selection. I chose to buy two bottles of Aglianico Kandèa to accompany the tasting menu.
The prices are in line with the quality of the food and the beauty of the dishes.
Everything was excellent, but the broken candles with almonds and the cod with gazpacho were incredible! Highly recommended.

On Sunday, my family and my brothers-in-law went to lunch at this modern and welcoming Osteria, listed in the Slow Food Osterie d'Italia guide with the highest quality award, the snail.
Osteria Terra Arsa is in Foggia, far from the city center, but parking is easy to find nearby.
The sincere smiles of the entire expert team led by chef Lele Murani welcome you into a well-furnished, clean, comfortable, and bright restaurant.
The beautifully plated food is locally sourced and cooked with professionalism and skill. We savored and praised every bite of every dish.
The wine list reflects the authentic Puglia.
We savored the delicious desserts prepared by the chef with artisanal liqueurs from Gargano.
In one corner of the tavern, various artisanal local delicacies are on display for sale: bottles of Carpino extra virgin olive oil, Slow Food Presidium Carpino fava beans, Slow Food Presidium Gargano orange and lemon marmalades, fruit jams, preserves of all kinds, bottles of tomato sauce, and packets of biscuits and traditional taralli.

My partner and I happened to be in Foggia for work, and after a quick online search, we were pleasantly surprised to discover this place. The staff is young and knowledgeable, attentive but not intrusive.
A Slow Food Presidium, they promote a concept of clean cuisine that pays attention to the quality of products and ingredients.
The dinner was tasty and completely satisfying, from appetizer to dessert.
It will definitely be a regular stop on future trips.
