Brilliant, fresh, and never boring cuisine, constantly evolving with the advances of Chef Lele (and his team) and seasonality, combining the finest local and traditional products with a youthful and modern approach.
Daniele and Valentina attentively welcome and guide guests in the dining room, creating an atmosphere that makes them feel like they're at a friend's house. Whether you're celebrating milestones, reconciling, or simply wanting to be pampered, Terra Arsa is a safe haven for the palate.
P.S.: The cod and Chantilly cream with seasonal fruit granita (the citrus fruit of choice in the winter months) are unmissable!

Terra Arsa is a place worth exploring because you'll want to return! Attentive and friendly staff, local food showcased in every way, and a modern and welcoming location.
The prices are fair and in line with the menu offerings.

Well, there's actually not much to say. I could go on too long given the quality, but I'll be brief. Business lunch with colleagues, booked over the phone without any problems. The food was excellent, the ingredients undeniable, as was the kindness of the staff. They offered us a welcome appetizer, which you pay a lot for at other restaurants. We didn't order dessert to avoid overdoing it, but they still let us try an excellent homemade cake. I'll leave the photos for completeness, but the place is on my list of restaurants to recommend. Fair price considering the quality.
Ps. The welcome taralli are so good I bought two packets.

Every forkful was an experience, you could clearly distinguish all the flavors that made up the dish: the cuttlefish appetizer, with the crunchiness of perfectly cooked cuttlefish, combined with the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of fennel, and the bittersweetness of broad beans. The cod was amazing, both wrapped in a light and flavorful frying and baked in a gratin as delicious as the shortcrust pastry. That sweet cherry tomato was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed it. I dined alone and the welcome was kind and warm. They offered me a pre-appetizer and an additional appetizer on top of the one I had just because it "deserved to be tasted." Indeed, that fried cod will remain in my heart, and the purple cabbage pairs perfectly with it! I suggest you indulge in a meal at the osteria. It reminded me of summertime, with fresh fish dishes and the perfect way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the dish. They even offered dessert, so why not since "it's almost Father's Day"? The cream was delicious, and I found myself wiping the bottom of the plate with my finger, where a bit of cream had remained, just waiting to be eaten. A restaurant where you can be sure of a meal and enjoy every little detail of the dinner. Thank you so much again for the kind service ☺️

One of the most interesting places in the province of Foggia.
Daniele and Lele are two super professional brothers.
The service is unique; it's a pleasure to listen to the descriptions of the dishes and the ingredients they contain; they're a true "cultural treat."
Lele is a superb chef; experience, love, and dedication are evident in his dishes.
I will gladly return and will always recommend him to everyone.

The staff is courteous, friendly, and friendly, without ever being intrusive. Dishes are made with top-quality local ingredients, and are described clearly and quickly at each course without being boring. The wines are excellent, with the option to purchase bottles from their selection. I chose to buy two bottles of Aglianico Kandèa to accompany the tasting menu.
The prices are in line with the quality of the food and the beauty of the dishes.
Everything was excellent, but the broken candles with almonds and the cod with gazpacho were incredible! Highly recommended.
