03/04/2025: Good morning, I haven't had the pleasure of taking advantage of your hospitality yet but I was intrigued by your Vittorio package. So I wanted to try to propose it to my wife and obviously, not having three stars, I made do. I didn't have pacchero at home and I used a half sleeve of Gragnano. But I was in fibrillation for the sauce. I wilted the oil and garlic of the yellow datterino, red not too ripe and peeled San Marzano tomatoes made at home. Lightly salted butter and 30-month parmesan. (Everything available at home) So, obviously it will have been a result far from the original but as good as it came out to me.... I will look for the moment to taste the original. I conclude by thanking you for the work you do.

22/02/2025: I ate at this restaurant in January on my birthday, and it was a happy choice. The dishes are prepared with care, between classic and originality, explained competently by the owner. I ate land dishes but the restaurant also offers fish-based dishes. When I return to Grosseto it will be my go-to place to try other dishes

16/02/2025: Locale bello e curato, cibo ottimo, ma porzioni, in particolar modo dei pici, di certo non generose (dopo antipasto, primo e dolce, sono uscito con la fame). In questo periodo i tavoli a ridosso della porta d'ingresso non sono piacevoli. Servizio attento e prezzo giusto.

29/03/2025: Menu with very interesting proposals. We took the lunch menu with the egg cooked at 63°, the Milanese risotto with ossobuco and the dessert, to which we added a braised meat with celeriac cream and mushrooms. As an entrée they brought us two falafel each on top of a purple carrot mayonnaise. All extremely good, I would have done an encore of everything, but it is the Milanese risotto that is illegal due to how good it is. Very kind and professional waitress, welcoming and very nice place, with the possibility of sitting both inside and outside on the square overlooking the lake. Very high quality/price, I will definitely return.

23/03/2025: @Google, please add one more star for this type of restaurant. It was a spectacular meal, delicious food, and a calm and pleasant atmosphere. As for the service, it's hard to improve. We came with a friend who's allergic to nuts, and they were super attentive and even brought desserts just for him without charging us extra. The price, without hesitation, was less than €50 per person. Perfect value for money.

23/03/2025: During our stay in Agrigento 2023, SAL8 was our absolute favorite restaurant! Although there were no tables available at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of Prosecco - a really successful start. The entire experience was first class: from the starter to the main course to the dessert, everything was excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the swordfish with pistachio crust – a culinary highlight! The service was consistently attentive and friendly, and all at very fair prices. If you are in Agrigento, you should not miss this restaurant – a clear recommendation!

06/03/2025: I've eaten here several times now as part of my vacation, which I also spent at Il Mosaico B&B, and I have to say that I haven't had better food in Italy! The appetizers and pizzas are to die for! Really a lot of choice for the unusual palate. Many thanks to Paolo and his family for the lovely stay and the great food! 09/03/2025: We went to this place for dinner. Very good quality food... me, my husband, our little daughter and a couple of friends. Perfect dinner and friendly and kind staff, definitely worth doing again.

23/02/2025: Extraordinary experience at the La Scala Restaurant in Abano Terme I had the pleasure of dining at the La Scala Restaurant and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The evening was special and the impeccable service made everything even more magical. The barman was simply exceptional, with perfect cocktails that enriched the evening. As for the cuisine, the Catalan was fabulous, with very fresh ingredients and a truly remarkable balance of flavours. The spaghetti with clams was superb, perfectly creamed and tasty at the right point and the mussel soup was delicious. A restaurant that I absolutely recommend for those who love good food and want to have a high-level gastronomic experience. I can't wait to go back!

06/03/2025: We dined here tonight and were very impressed! The manager was extremely welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of sea food items on the menu which we are not particularly fond of but upon telling the manager this, he catered for us and recommended alternatives from the menu as well as offering us meatballs which were not on the menu at a very reasonable price. The appetisers were lovely and the main meal amazing! Having travelled Italy for 2 weeks this was the best meal we've had! The restaurant has a real traditional Italian feel and the food mirrored that. We also had our 2 young children with us and again they were welcomed, even offered sweets and chocolate. We'd definitely recommend dining here!
