09/08/2026: ​The cutlery was the first thing I noticed. It showed significant wear and tear, covered in visible dents and scratch marks. The attached photo isn't even the worst example from the evening—there were far worse pieces. While I haven't been to many fine dining places, I've honestly never seen tableware in such bad shape even at ordinary restaurants, which is disappointing given the high price point. ​On the plus side, the service staff were attentive, efficient, and well-trained.

05/08/2026: I had high expectations for Davittorio, but it was a bit disappointing as it was far from the classic style I was familiar with.😭 Still, I'm glad I got to try the signature Paccheri.. (Above all, the wine prices are outrageous. Searcher is at least 2 to 3 times higher.)

22/06/2026: I went to this restaurant on Saturday night because it was recommended to me, and I must say... I ate wonderfully! I was greeted with a smile by the girl who served us and the restaurant owners. They brought us some truly fabulous appetizers, which were greatly appreciated! We ordered some first courses that I dream about at night, truly delicious! The place is very well-kept, and you can see they put their heart and soul into their work. I'll definitely be back! 🫶🏻

01/06/2026: Yesterday at Quantum we had an incredible experience. Quality, service, innovation, professionalism, and genuine passion: everything you'd expect from a great seafood restaurant. But the most surprising thing is discovering that behind all this are three extraordinarily talented young people, capable of transforming their expertise and dedication into a top-notch gastronomic experience. I'm happy to have eaten so well, but even more so to have found confirmation that there's still great hope for the future of the restaurant industry...Great job, guys!

12/08/2026: I really enjoyed my time at this trattoria near Tivoli. High-end cuisine with excellent ingredients. I ordered chickpea and shrimp puree, shrimp-filled ravioli, and, as an off-menu option, pan-fried mushrooms, all preceded by a small gift from the chef. I finished with coffee and a small pastry. Everything was delicious. Little gems, like the extensive olive oil list. I tried two, both truly excellent. The wine list is comprehensive, with a price range to suit all tastes. The atmosphere is refined, tasteful, and without frills, with truly pleasant furnishings and table settings. The welcome was professional, yet also very empathetic. A wonderful discovery that I recommend.

11/08/2026: Everything was amazingly perfect, both the food and the service. We walked by the terrace a couple of times and kept saying that we had to try it, and it was the best decision ever. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, and you can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the house. The food was excellent, but what made the experience even more special was the wonderful service. All the waiters were incredibly attentive, friendly, and pleasant, and we truly appreciated all the little details that made us feel so welcome. Very professional staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back!

A delight, a pure pleasure! Excellent fish, seafood, and delicate sorbets for dessert. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

12/06/2026: The staff were excellent, and it's a romantic spot tucked away from the city. Getting to the restaurant was a bit confusing, so we recommend calling ahead to learn about the restaurant's parking (which is very spacious, by the way). The food selection is varied, from meat to fish, and there's also a wide selection of wines. If you'd like to try the Ischia-style rabbit, you'll need to call ahead to reserve it. We had a mixed antipasto that included both meat and seafood. As a parmigiana lover, I can say that the shrimp with mayonnaise (made by them) was almost tastier and definitely delicious. Everything was excellent!!!

08/06/2026: We spontaneously walked up to the restaurant and were lucky with our table. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful view over the island and the adjacent sea. The second was the friendliness and competence of the service. We had already tried several beach restaurants in Lacco Ameno, and they mainly focused on the expensive bottle of wine, the large fish, and the quality, which didn't live up to the waiters' eloquent descriptions. In short, a great table, a great view, excellent service, a house wine that got better and better as the evening progressed, and a truly harmonious meal. The house wine had a wonderful nose, with fruit and nuts, which was a bit more understated on the palate, but still good. It complemented the dishes perfectly. The appetizer platter was all very tasty and well-balanced; we shared it. My wife had a pasta dish with squid for her second course, and it was very good. I had the fish of the day on creamed potatoes, and I didn't regret it. It was perfectly prepared and cooked to perfection. ... For dessert, I enjoyed a wonderfully crisp tart with cream and crunchy crumble topping – absolutely delightful and not too heavy. My tiramisu was very light and creamy. I would have liked a bit more of the typical coffee, cocoa, mascarpone, and amaretto flavor. But overall, it was a wonderful evening. I would recommend this restaurant.
