Absolutely perfect. A very warm welcome and attentive service throughout the meal (a bonus for us: the waiter spoke French!). And what can I say about the food? A delight, a pure pleasure! Excellent fish, seafood, and delicate sorbets for dessert. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

On Friday evening, we had a wonderful experience at this seafood restaurant in Trani. We relied on the owner's advice, who guided us with great professionalism and passion throughout the dinner, offering us a truly exceptional appetizer tasting. Each course was meticulously prepared, featuring the freshest ingredients, authentic flavors, and refined pairings. Exquisite and delicious dishes allowed us to savor the best of seafood. Special praise also goes to the attention given to our child, who made us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the evening. To conclude, carefully selected and truly delicious desserts. Impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and great hospitality. An experience we will fondly remember and highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy excellent seafood in Trani.

We just returned from a fabulous holiday in Trani and dining at Osteria Veronique certainly contributed to our experience! We enjoyed both the starters - grilled octopus, pieces of swordfish in pancetta, and main dishes - "square" spaghetti with clams and orrechiette with monkfish and broccoli.For desserts we had sorbets, mine being the most unique fig& cactus sorbet which was very refreshing and like nothing I had eaten before. Friendly yet professional and informative service. Thank you for a special evening!

I celebrated my son's baptism and we had a wonderful time. Superb customer service, wonderful management of my guests' allergies, excellent food, flawless flavor and impeccable pairings. Ivan was a wonderful host in every way. We will definitely be back, and thanks again to all the staff, and especially to him, for making this event unforgettable.

We stopped here rather spontaneously for lunch and were incredibly lucky to get a table at all. The restaurant was packed, including a huge Italian family party of about 20 to 30 people. An elderly nonna spotted a free spot for us and promptly ushered us to our table – a moment that immediately created an authentic and warm atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being full, the food arrived surprisingly quickly. The quality of the dishes was all the more impressive. The appetizers were a resounding succession of highlights. The almond-crusted shrimp were wonderfully crispy on the outside. What was particularly nice was that the coating consisted of real almond flakes, which made the almonds a perfect match for the shrimp in both flavor and texture. The octopus on bean purée with pistachios was equally outstanding. The octopus was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, the bean purée pleasantly creamy, and the pistachios added a delightful crunch. The absolute highlight of lunch, however, was the tuna tartare on tarallo cheesecake with beetroot and citrus fruits. One of the best tuna tartarees we have ever eaten. Each component was excellent on its own, but it was the combination that made the dish truly exceptional: creamy, fruity, slightly sweet, fresh, and perfectly balanced. A dish that will stay with us for a long time. For our main course, we shared a grilled selection of fish and seafood, including octopus, shrimp, and a small whole fish. Everything was superbly prepared and bursting with flavor. The small fish naturally had a few bones, which is perfectly normal with this type of preparation. Although it was quite noisy due to the large group, there was a lively and typically Italian atmosphere. The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and remarkably efficient. Given the number of guests, it was impressive to see how smoothly everything ran. Even the dishes served to the other tables and the large group looked absolutely fantastic. You could tell that the food here was prepared with great passion and skill. For us, it was a culinary highlight of our vacation and we wholeheartedly recommend it. If you'd like to eat here in the evening, you should probably make a reservation.
