01/04/2025: Freshly picked gluten-free pizza, I have to say exceptional, the dough is high as I like it, the sauce is not at all acidic and you can really smell the basil scent. I'm pregnant so it's all very difficult for me to digest but this pizza absolutely isn't, no problems, no heartburn! Congratulations indeed

05/04/2025: The place itself is beautiful: in the heart of Gallarate, a small outdoor loggia that is appreciated...then🤦‍♀️ ...then I order a Spritz and they ask me if they can bring the cutter, I say ok, you can make it vegetarian as I'm vegetarian, of course they answer me. I order radicchio lasagna. I ask if they are vegetarian. They tell me yes. I ask if they are meatless etc, they answer yes... then the spritz arrives... the platter arrives twenty minutes later with some cured meats. I point out, they take it away...I wait another 20 minutes and finally after reminders it arrives...(I think they went to the garden to get aubergines and courgettes...the reason for the delay...three slices of courgettes and three of aubergines (unseasoned) 1 small wedge of cheese and 1 I say 1 piece of focaccia and three small pieces of bread (I'm curious about the price of this interesting cutting board). Then comes the lasagna....I see there are some strips of speck on it, I ask the young lady again, pointing it out to her (different young lady, thin, long hair, not the young lady who took the order and quickly tells me it's radicchio and turns her back on me...). I move it aside, look at it and beyond all doubt there are strips of speck on the whole lasagna...I get up, take the plate and bring it to the waitress who took my order, she apologizes saying the kitchen had guaranteed there was no meat. I ask them to change my plate, possibly with pasta alla Norma and to make sure there is no meat in any case. I sit down, I see the thin waitress with long hair, I call her and tell her look, there was speck on the lasagna... she replies that it wasn't her fault and turns her back on me. I waited for her to finish with the other table and I called her attention again by kindly telling her that in reality if I had an intolerance or any other type of problem it would have been her fault since she had told me it was radicchio without even looking at what I was pointing out to her...she takes offense and responds inappropriately by saying she had a lot to do with the customers (forgetting I myself was). The young lady with the kind and smiling chignon brings me the pasta and... finally we are there... even if no bread had been brought to the table. Sin. The venue is beautiful. Good for some employees: kind, smiling, respectful of the customer and ready to patch things up when something doesn't work... and bad for others, inexperienced and at times arrogant... Bad communication between kitchen and dining room... Everything can be improved.

14/12/2024: Excellent pizzeria behind the square in Caronno Varesino. Interesting is the fact that they make not only classic pizzas, but also pinse, pan pizzas and panuozzi; all excellent on the palate. They are often precise and punctual, both for takeaway and home delivery Worth noting is the promotion on weekdays: for every three pizzas a free margherita.

06/04/2025: I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the airport. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious.

04/04/2025: It’s a perfect hotel if you need a stay near Malpensa Airport. The rooms are big and clean, they have shuttle bus that cost 5 Euro between 5AM - 10 AM and 6PM-11PM hours. Out of this hours is 25 euro. I advise you to book at the reception the shuttle bus for the following morning. They have a good restaurant where you can have decent food and no need to look around for restaurants.

See picture 1 plate Glassy Noodles with prawns-€ 8.5. The owner and the servers are extremely polite and attentive to customer requests. you can have a complete dinner for 25 Euros (drinks excluded).

15/12/2024: We didn't know him. It was a pleasant surprise. The risotto was a true Lombard risotto with fontina and spinach, delicate and freshly made, while the bruscitt was tasty and plentiful. There was also mixed boiled meat, but we'll try that next time. Excellent service and friendly staff.
