15/10/2024: A place that has changed management and cuisine several times over the years, despite this it is undoubtedly now the best cuisine. Quality welcome at the table and very courteous and friendly staff with customers Girocarne menu for dinner with appetizers of 3 types of delicious tartare, very tasty Brazilian meat and a varied choice of side dishes I highly recommend the place, the food is very good 💯💯

16/03/2025: We returned to this place after it was renovated, the smaller and more confusing environment disappointed us a bit. However, we appreciated the table service. We were perplexed by the choice of truly alternative pizzas, sometimes perceived as the death of pizza (why tartare, or polenta and wild boar morsels?), perhaps it would be more appropriate to increase traditional tastes, but evidently someone appreciates it. Our pizzas were decent, not excellent, we would have liked to organize a celebration with friends later but we were a little disappointed and we won't do it. In the past we had recommended the place to others, now perhaps we won't do it again.

13/03/2025: This is a great spot for a quick casual meal. The restaurant is near a variety of hotels, a shuttle boat stop and a gondola station. Whatever brings you by, it's worth popping in for a panini and a spritz or a pastry and an espresso. The staff were energetic and nice to speak with, a great chance to try out some Italian. There is a wide variety of food and drink options available. A great chance to try out a spritz that I kept seeing everywhere. There isn't any space to sit but enough room to stand inside, or a bar outside along the window to stand under the awning and take in the atmosphere. It's a pretty main corner, lots of people watching options and the gondola staff are fun to watch going by. This restaurant is nestled nicely into a busy spot as an island of relaxing fun. Worth a stop on your days adventure.

05/12/2024: Trenta, anzi di più, anni che ho pranzato da Rubin: quando lavoravo ed ero in zona mediamente una volta alla settimana, ultimamente una volta all'anno, verso la Commemorazione dei Defunti, poiché tanti miei Cari riposano nel Cimitero di Fagnano. Trenta, anzi di più, anni che sono stato seduto a tavola, accudito, più che servito, dalle gentilissime signore, in ordine alfabetico, Anna, Luciana, Marisa. In cucina, fino a qualche anno fa, c'era la mamma, ottima cuoca, che ora cucina ottimi manicaretti Lassù... Alla cassa, e di tanto in tanto, d'aiuto anche in sala, il Titolare Antonio, che ha deciso di porre la parola fine, questo Dicembre, a tanti anni di attività, che hanno visto sempre affollato il suo ristorante. Mi spiace moltissimo. Voglio che il mio grazie ed i miei saluti amichevoli li raggiungano e che restino scritti in questa recensione.

29/09/2024: I have stopped several times for lunch, both for work and with the family, always found it excellent, from the typical trattoria cuisine to the service and hospitality. Then we decided to celebrate my son's Confirmation with relatives: excellent choice, unparalleled quality-price, generous portions and excellent food, and the usual kindness of the staff.

24/08/2024: We stopped today for lunch, there were four of us. We ate four first courses (cacciato ragu and matriciana), four second courses (2 roast pork, vegetable crispy, cheese platter), 2 side dishes, three desserts, two coffees, two bottles of water, 1/4 of wine. They welcomed us with a smile, the service was fast, the bill very honest. The quality of the raw materials is very good. Congratulations, keep it up!

24/02/2025: Simple place. If you're lucky, you can park in front of the entrance but there are very few spaces, otherwise there is a car park a few minutes' walk away. I ate a fry and I liked it. Friendly staff! We were in a hurry, we knew we could be a pain in the ass when we asked for fast service, but instead they served us in a short time. We'll come and eat more calmly next time. Thank you! 👍🏻 I recommend it.

04/03/2025: Super friendly, fast and tasty. We came by unexpectedly with 10 hungry bikers and were immediately served in a very friendly manner (tables pushed together, etc.) the language barrier was bridged with the help of the cell phone and the translator and even the request to have a pizza that was half vegetarian and the other half with salami was no problem at all. We enjoy going there every year. The food is varied and also suitable for vegetarians. There are also kebabs and great salads. We can only recommend it. Very warm people
