23/11/2025: Excellent value for money, beautiful location next to the Renaissance Collegiate Church. We were greeted with old-world courtesy by the manager and his son.

20/10/2025: We went there on Sunday for lunch to celebrate my son's birthday with the family. Everything was perfect. Alberto had set tables both inside and outside, giving us plenty of choice. Given the beautiful day, we sat outside. We started with a selection of very good and generous appetizers, followed by an excellent first course and an equally excellent second course. It's a shame about the dessert; I couldn't finish it because I was so full. I recommend it to everyone. The only flaw is the garden; it could use a little more care, but it's most likely been somewhat ruined by the recent archaeological excavation campaign.

03/01/2026: What can I say? A decent experience. We spent an evening with friends: good pizzas and generally acceptable service, although the evening wasn't the best for a few reasons. In particular, several ingredients were unavailable, and most significantly, a simple pistachio pesto pasta arrived completely without salt. We politely pointed this out, but they didn't offer to remake it; to avoid waste, we didn't insist. All in all, however, the evening was pleasant, and we hope this report will help us improve in the future.

This evening, I ate very well, as usual, and I felt compelled to promote this business. So, I give it a 5-star rating.

15/10/2025: A simple café, good pastries, and excellent coffees and cappuccinos, but what makes the difference is the people behind the counter. They're truly kind, friendly, and very polite. I often stop by before school, and they give me the calm I need to start the day off right. Recommended.

22/12/2025: My favorite pub in Gallarate! Excellent beers and fantastic sandwiches... if you don't believe me, try the bacon burger and we'll talk again! The guys who run it are friendly! Perfect place after a hard shift at work or to hang out with friends. Welcoming atmosphere and top music! On the right nights, you can even catch a game on TV or on the big projectors! The outdoor seating is great for the summer! What more can I say, highly recommended! 💪🏻

11/12/2025: It wasn't a great experience, neither for the atmosphere, nor the welcome, nor the food (just okay). At 7:35 pm when we arrived, they seemed annoyed by our presence because they were still preparing the room (booked for 7:30). They did, however, seat us near the fireplace. It was really cold in the room (waitress wearing a WINDBREAKER!). We ordered a land and sea menu. The appetizers were banal to say the least: 2 slices of salami, a slice of smoked salmon with a sliced ​​blueberry, ricotta (good), seafood salad marinated in rice vinegar, and a cold pate with jelly (nothing hot). Two first courses: orecchiette with Apulian ragù and turnip tops. Good. Second course: creamed cod with pumpkin cream served on a COLD plate. Dessert: crema catalana, not sugar, a little caramelized, a little not. A bottle of water, a glass of wine (no choice!). 108 euros. Not exactly an unforgettable experience.

01/12/2025: A Sunday lunch that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, and the young staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere itself is quaint and very welcoming, and a roaring fireplace and Christmas decorations created a truly delightful atmosphere. Thank you!

10/01/2026: We're not there yet, the food is mediocre, the service is poor, many of the waiters didn't understand what we were asking for, they didn't bring all the dishes until we asked several times. When it comes to dessert, I order a chocolate cake (usually warm with a melted center), and at the first bite, it's cold and not soft, with no center. We tell the waitress, who goes to heat it in the microwave and she still gives me a laugh, still lukewarm and without a soft center. I don't recommend it.

27/12/2025: Christmas 2025: AWFUL €80 for a menu that was worth maybe €30. Appetizers were counted in slices for the six of us at the table, namely six slices of salami, prosciutto, and salmon...the first course was supposed to be lasagna with truffles (they said on the phone they'd grate them on the spot), but instead there was truffle oil...sadness...five ravioli...undercooked suckling pig for the second course...and to finish, a 5x5cm slice of discount panettone and six more counted squares of nougat. Can we have some more lasagna upon request? No!...This is trying to make money without any sense or professionalism...goodbye, dear future customers, stay away.

13/09/2025: Superb pizza, focaccia, mini pizzas, and focaccias at great prices, delicious brioche. The owner, Alain, and the sales assistant, Sabrina, who's always there early in the morning when I go, are delicious and very friendly. Top, top, highly recommended.
