13/03/2024: I order by phone and collect directly. The pizzas are often oversized, and I say that with appreciation. Really tasty even if they stay in the carton for a few minutes longer until they get home, they don't become "rubbery" and if it happens (rarely!) that I don't consume it all, I freeze it and once I've heated up an oven, it's still good. My "good pizza test" is the margherita, simple and "clean" ingredients. I find that mozzarella and tomato sauce are very balanced and have a delicate taste. The dough too, rather thin and without excessive edges. Small flaw, it happens that you get your hands "too much" dirty with black because the edges or underneath are too burnt and this creates a "bitter" taste... Cooked is fine, but not burnt 😁🍀 maybe take better care of the times. However I highly recommend!
