19/09/2025: The place is well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The service could be improved (we had to call the waiter 3-4 times, hopefully just today since we were there for an event). A word of advice, unfortunately, if you want to use a wooden cutting board, as beautiful and eye-catching as it may be, you need to make sure the various cured meats/cheeses don't come directly into contact with it (as they're difficult to sanitize and wash). However, for certain products, you can't buy lower-quality than the original. The glass bottles for Coke, Fanta, etc., however, are appreciated. A little effort on certain details is all it takes to reach the top...

18/05/2025: Bought some Sicilian cannoli and babà to take for dinner, the cannoli were inedible, the wafer soft and the ricotta cream dry, the babà were quite good. After this experience, I don't think I'll go back to shop there.

14/07/2025: Despite our time of great grief, with my dad hospitalized in intensive care, the welcome they give us every day here at Amalia Bakery is incredible! Beautiful rooms, wonderfully fragrant, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming! Great staff...attentive to our every need and offering great moral support! Ideal location...across from the hospital and just steps from the city center and all amenities! We feel right at home even though our home is so many regions away! Coming here was a gift from heaven! Thank you to all the Amalia Bakery staff!

15/07/2025: Locale caratteristico interrato (non consigliato a chi soffre di claustrofobia) anche se ampio. Personale preparatissimo e cordiale, piatti ultra buoni... Prezzi mediamente elevati ma ci sta per la bontà degli stessi.

21/09/2025: The villa that houses the restaurant is very pleasant, and the service is fast and attentive. The oysters are excellent, and the salmon is a worthy seafood appetizer. The menu offers simple dishes and won't appeal to those who appreciate sophisticated cuisine. The bill doesn't list the dishes consumed, but rather the total cost; unusual and discouraging behavior.

20/09/2025: Milanese cutlet for €20, about the size of a pork chop, with an unpleasant-tasting breading, half broken off so we had to remove it to eat the meat; tagliolini with scampi and zucchini flowers was flavorless, it felt like eating plain pasta. The fillet with green pepper was soft, but too salty. The place is old, with completely bare walls. The service is inaccurate; they forgot to bring wine while we were already eating, the dishes all arrived at different times, and the wait was long: we waited about 50 minutes for the first dish to arrive (with the place half empty). The only positive note: they immediately brought out bread and small samples of pecorino cheese (the best thing we had tonight), but when we paid we realized the cover charge was four euros per person! Absolutely not recommended.

15/10/2025: We opted for the €20 deal with two cocktails and a platter. Absolutely avoid: stale, rancid cured meats accompanied by stale, toasted bread, dry chips, and, to top it off, sour olives. The funny thing is, when I mentioned this to the girl at the cashier, she replied, "Thanks for letting me know... avoid, folks."

12/10/2025: We often go there for an aperitif and it's top, we tried breakfast and it's a little bit lower in my opinion, the desserts aren't top notch, I tried the tiramisu and the white Nutella brioche, the brioche was too sweet and the tiramisu was insufficient
