20/07/2026: I was pleasantly surprised. At first, we weren't sure whether to go in. It was completely empty. We received incredibly friendly service and the food was good.

11/06/2026: Very nice location. Tidy, clean. Perfect anti-COVID measures. Friendly and professional staff. Open kitchen. Fast service. Food preparation and presentation: excellent. Taste: absolutely the best I've had so far. Location: In front of the Punto bus stop on the corner of Via Sacco and Veratti. In the center of Varese. Reservations are recommended. I recommend it to everyone. Very popular with students at lunchtime.

04/06/2026: The takeout poke was truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients. The place is small but cozy, clean, and has a pleasant Japanese-style atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: It's a very informal Sicilian pastry shop. Friendly staff and fabulous desserts, especially the cassatas and cannolis, but also much more. The place is spacious, but in the summer there are also tables outside. Parking can be a problem if you're unfamiliar with the area. But ultimately, it's convenient to get to, right on the roundabout, in the former slaughterhouse area. We go there for large family breakfasts or snacks, because Dad pays... It's not a particularly formal place, which is appreciated.

04/08/2026: A bar steeped in Sicilian traditions. The granitas weren't like the ones you find in the typical bars in the Messina province, and the brioche was just a little different. I went with some friends, and I encouraged them to try the granita. They make different flavors, but not the one I was interested in... coffee. I passed because I didn't want to be disappointed... I opted for a classic breakfast. The staff, however, was kind and helpful.

18/08/2026: The food is okay, prices are average. As for the staff, except for the tall, younger waiter, the atmosphere is rude and unfriendly. At a certain age, if you no longer want to work (understandably), you should retire. We won't be returning.

14/08/2026: Review 1 on a quiet lunchtime: Just a short distance across the border, you're already in the heart of Italy. We were here on a Tuesday at lunchtime and were very satisfied. Food, drinks, service, ambiance, prices – everything was wonderful. We also easily snagged one of the (rather few) parking spaces. The food was not only beautifully presented, but it also tasted excellent. The service was attentive and efficient – ​​perhaps a little reserved, but still acceptable. Since it wasn't very busy, we got a great table right by the window. On busier days, a reservation is definitely a good idea… The prices are moderate compared to Switzerland. For €100, we ate and drank like royalty. Conclusion: We'd gladly come again! Review 2 on a busy evening: They try to cram in as many guests as possible. The three of us got a table for two. It was right by the lake, but extremely cramped. The service wasn't exactly stressed, but it was rather impersonal. It felt like they were thinking, "Hurry up, then we can give the table to someone else." And yet, we had a good meal, with appetizers, a main course, a bottle of wine, etc. The food was a mixed bag. It ranged from uninspired and salty to excellent quality. Overall, it was nothing like our first two visits. Our conclusion: We won't be coming here again in the evening.

18/07/2026: How could we not thank you so much for making our little girl's day truly enchanting? Beyond the truly delicious food, there's a rare, elegant, and rustic atmosphere here! We had lunch outside, surrounded by the sound of cicadas. A special shout-out to the waiter, Mr. Rocco, who was professional, kind, attentive, and welcoming. A real gem for this restaurant! Thanks again to the owner, who was helpful and attentive. We'll definitely see you at future events.

27/07/2026: We had dinner here last night with our motorcycle club. Vito and his partner and the staff welcomed us very friendly. The service was quick despite our large table, and the pizzas were truly excellent! Highly recommended!

04/07/2026: Terrible pizza, cooked like a nightmare. Cooked in a wood-fired oven lit daily with tons of charcoal with a very low fixed carbon content. This charcoal, as you can smell from the train station smell the pizzeria spreads when they light the oven, has a very high content of PAHs, (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), which are mutagens and very potent carriers of tumors in the upper respiratory tract and beyond. LEAVENING: • Poor or at least incorrect. This factor, which not only affects the quality and digestibility of the pizza, hides another important element to consider: the presence of the "IMPROVEMENT AGENTS." In fact, by using flours from modified grains that are difficult to ferment, which force the owner to use them, this latter product (composed of over 40 ingredients) forces the leavening but, degrading even at temperatures below 150°C, produces a VERY HIGH amount of acrylamide (a genotoxic and carcinogenic substance). The quality of the toppings is not worth mentioning.

22/08/2026: I'd like to give it a -1, but I can't. Shameful... no savory breakfast in the morning... but... absurd! Also, NOT EVEN ONE, I repeat ONE piece of toast before 10:30... thank goodness it's a McDonald's... but with a lowercase m and d. How shameful. Never again, I hope I've never given a good review in the past because I would have made a huge mistake. Not even a piece of toast... they might as well close tomorrow. In fact, I went to the Mac in Magenta. There really is a wide selection of breakfast options there.

16/08/2026: The perfect place to spend a few hours with friends! There's something for everyone, from those looking for a delicious sandwich to those looking for a dessert or even a simple coffee! The staff is friendly despite the sheer volume of work!
