16/06/2025: The hotel could also be rated higher, but one must take into account the difficulty of access from terminal 2. We landed at 2:40 AM and attempted to take a taxi. Unfortunately, the taxi driver refused to take us, citing the low profitability of the ride as a reason. We then had to wait for the shuttle that passed at 3:30, arriving at the hotel at 4:00.

15/06/2025: My family and I had the privilege of staying at this hotel during our vacation in Northern Italy. Every aspect of what you would look for in a hotel was covered. Location: 10/10 Located literally across from the airport and connected to one of the terminals, this hotel was great for us because the car rental (Hertz) was 25 feet away from the entrance. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and saved us a lot of time getting to the plane. Food: 9/10 Most people don’t associate 5 star dining and hotels. Our dinner was at the restaurant located on the first floor. Everything was presentable, clean, and tasty as well. The staff was friendly and responded to every command we gave them. Recreation/Free time: 9/10 To our surprise a fitness center and pool were walking distance from our room. Sheraton really stepped their game up another level with the amenities and things guests could do to either exercise and relax. This is the kind of pool/lounge you would find in a Ritz Carlton type of place. Rooms: 10/10 Well I gave this a good review for many reasons. First, we had stayed in other places during this vacation. The other places were not as spacious. The rooms here were spacious, clean, luxury material, luxury soap brand in the shower, etc. The TV is perfect and the beds were too and had enough room between them. We were able to plug in our cell phone chargers through the USB outlets by the beds. Plus they gave us two complimentary bottles of water. Everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Overall, the Sheraton at Milan MPX airport is the most ideal place one would stay if they are using the airport. Even if not, there is access to public transportation for guests who want to see the city. Highly recommended.

16/06/2025: As a curious and slightly wary customer, before dinner, I went to ask if the stracciatella was made with real chocolate pieces or melted chocolate. They confirmed that yes, there were chocolate pieces inside. So after dinner, all happy, I ran to the ice cream shop. Unfortunately, as soon as I tasted it, I immediately understood that it was liquid chocolate (produced by them), the kind that solidifies when it comes into contact with ice cream, creating a consistency that is very different from the classic crunchy and crunchy one that I expected. Furthermore, the general consistency of the ice cream was a little too soft for my taste. On the reception front: out of three people present, I only managed to get a half smile from the one who served me. The welcome was cold and serious. Of course, it was almost closing time (9:00 pm) and perhaps after a long day you are tired, but the fact remains that a minimum of warmth should never be missing. When I asked to put the cream underneath instead of on top, they were still kind and understanding. A small disappointment also for the free melted chocolate under the cone, which is on the menu but in practice you can't see it. In the end I brought the ice cream back, explaining the difference in consistency between what I had been promised and what I found, and they refunded my money. If you are looking for the classic stracciatella with real pieces of chocolate and a welcoming atmosphere, this place might not be the right one.

17/06/2025: I voted this restaurant 5 stars a few years ago, having been deeply amazed by the quality of the food and the beautiful environment. Unfortunately, I now find myself having to change my mind and revise my rating. The ordering system has been changed from paper to digital, with the following problems: - they do not provide a tablet to order, so everything must be done from your own devices - the elderly are obviously excluded from the system - there is no data network inside and the wifi connection is slow. Once this problem, which I would not underestimate, has been overcome, the best part comes: times, instead of being improved with this digital "revolution", have worsened and more pieces are being lost than before. I have also noticed a decline in the quality of the food. In short, they also want to be modern, and do not realize that they are going back to the stone age, with poor service and poor organization. Put a nice waiter to take orders, and you will only gain customers!

08/06/2025: I passed by during a long tour, visiting small pastry shops from Estonia to Spain. Dolce Lonate is among the best in Europe. The brioche technique is perfect, the coffee is excellent, and I just wish the waitress would marry me so I could become a citizen 🥲 Cheers

14/12/2024: Excellent pizzeria behind the square of Caronno Varesino. Interesting that they do not only classic pizzas, but also pinsa, pan pizzas and panuozzi; all excellent to the palate. They are often precise and punctual, both for take-away and home delivery We should point out the promotion, on weekdays: every three pizzas a free margherita.
