Very welcoming property, the room was a picture worthy of a frame, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. Wonderful welcome and a super convenient location for those transiting through the airport and train. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. Extremely friendly staff.

I had such a positive experience at the Sheraton, made all the more memorable by Diego and Evelyn. Diego, who checked me in, was incredibly professional, warm, and reassuring at a time when I had just missed my flight and the day felt rather mad and stressful. He immediately put me at ease and turned the situation around with his calm and thoughtful manner. Evelyn at the Club Lounge was equally wonderful. An absolute delight. She was so warm, positive, and welcoming, and made the experience feel even more grounded. Together, they transformed what could have been a very trying day into a genuinely enjoyable stay. I’m very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality.

The hotel is in a good location, connected to the terminal. The rooms are of a high standard. A minus is the hairdryer and lack of shampoo in the bathroom. At this standard and price, this is unacceptable.

The hair dryer is difficult to use and doesn't provide good sound insulation.

Very convenient, just one floor below Milan Airport, and you can walk directly to the hotel. The hotel's decor is modern and very beautiful.

I had originally planned to stay at the Sheraton one night before my flight. Unfortunately, my Qatar Airways flight was cancelled due to the current situation. After a brief email exchange with the hotel, they were kind enough to cancel my reservation. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding; I'm looking forward to my next flight from Malpensa, and I will definitely choose your hotel again!

Strategically located hotel within the airport. Quiet and well-insulated rooms. Excellent service, as at all Sheratons. The only thing to note is the airport's P3 express parking lot, which is almost always full and not easy to find on peak days. The gym is also very nice. The breakfast is extensive and well-organized. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try the spa and restaurant.

The water pressure was very low, the shower temperature fluctuated, I was assigned to a very remote room that was a long walk away, there were no slippers, no trash can in the bathroom, and the kettle wasn't clean and had tea stains. Aside from being close to the airport and having a large room, it had no other advantages.

Conveniently located right at Milan Airport, the Sheraton is perfect for a quick overnight stay or early flight. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is professional and helpful. The on-site restaurant is decent, though a bit pricey. Overall, very practical for travelers needing easy airport access
