A beautiful, large and quiet room.

For one night, and definitely on a very high standard compared to other airport hotels, even if not spectacular. Accordingly, it's quite expensive, but you get everything you'd expect from a Sheraton-branded hotel.

High-class hotel. If you arrive at Malpensa in the evening, it's perfect. Restaurant, spa, excellent breakfast. If possible, ask for a room away from the elevators. Very long elevators

Good to have rest before continuing traveling but the hotel is hot

Rarely do you get to say "That was completely unique," and our stay at this hotel was, in fact, that. Don't worry, not in a bad way. This review won't make sense without a little backstory. We only meant to stay one night as a brief layover at the very end of our itinerary, but some self important idiot made an entire flight from JFK to Milan turn around mid Atlantic. That exact plane was supposed to be our ride home. The next 72 hours was a non-stop scramble of late night texts, being put on hold for hours and extending room stays as the cascade of cancellations and re-bookings unfolded. We ended up staying 3 nights because we dared not leave the immediate terminal area. They say survival is minutes of terror surrounded by hours of boredom, so we explored every inch of the hotel and the airport, seeking shelter and foraging for food. Now, my review. The staff are excellent and kind. Perfect English and very professional. The rooms are clean and uncluttered. The takeout menu should be used as we did, only in great need and late in the day.(on the overpriced side) We had no real choice but to add the breakfast for the two extra days. (also on the pricey side) None of this is unique. Right? What is unique is that this hotel was designed and built to be a landmark sculpture for a specific event and everything about it is about aesthetics. Even the architect said it was to be considered an Art Piece more than a hotel. Many hotels modernize or try to be boutique in an artsy way, but this space was art and only art. Sometimes at the expense of comfort. C'est la Vie. I spent all that extra time trying to photograph the environment, and even compiled a presentation of history and the best edited shots for my architect back home. The rooms are hundreds of yards from the elevator, The hotel is connected to the airport through a tunnel bridge, the pools are on upper floors, the dining room is an art installation, the lobby looks like an art school rendering and it all sits on top of the parking garage. Good luck finding the entrance from the airport side. In conclusion, I wish our stay was as planned, but the food was good the service was excellent and they did have enough room for us and many others, including many entire flight crews, while American Airlines, cleaned up their mess.

Very friendly staff and perfect location when you have a stopover

I stayed there two nights . Room was very clean and bed is so good I slept like a baby it’s so comfortable their mattress and pillows so soft. Overall I loved . Housekeeping service is excellent .

The hotel huge and my room was a long way from the lifts With a heavy bad it wasn’t great The check in line was long and wait time the same Room service - who has both chips and potatoes with main meals - that’s just lazy Spa is extra and there’s a private members club which again is extra For the price I’m surprised at this

First time guest at the Sheraton Malpensa in readiness for an early flight. I caught the train from Milan and arrived at terminal 1 station. To my complete surprise upon the lift from the platform opening the entrance was dead in front of me! Steel doors open to a lovely BIG foyer and easy check in. I say BIG because this hotel is absolutely enormous. The walk from reception to my room seemed an eternity lugging two suitcases on carpet. A tip for all “take up the offer of assistance with luggage” The bar was nice but a bit boring/bland no atmosphere at all. The restaurant certainly decorated better and a decent selection of wines/food. The room was the biggest disappointment to be honest. Very loud A/C unit and what sounded like constant running water all night. I had a dreadful sleep and would be enough not to stay again if that wasn't attended to. For a Sheraton brand the rooms are very tired, boring and basic unlike anything i have stayed at. Other than that was incredible location.
