Pizzas with excellent ingredients, so I can justify the price. The wait is excessive, and the €3/person cover charge is too high, adding to the final bill, which isn't exactly light. Unfortunately, the restaurant also suffers from its location in a run-down part of the city, making it a bit scary to get your car back.

Excellent experience, the pizza was very good according to all my guests—a calzone in my case—and the dessert was also very good. Good service, very friendly staff. Prices are a little above average, especially the beers. Second experience, again, and I'm still satisfied with the rating. The pizza was truly excellent. The only additional note: the dessert was good, but too sweet for my taste. Lemon curd tart with mint-flavored peaches.

One of the best artisanal pizzas I've ever eaten; if you ask for a little garlic-infused olive oil to put on the pizza, it's even better!

Excellent central location in Gallarate. Total for two people €100. The meat was truly well-cooked and of excellent quality, all accompanied by two glasses of good wine.

A traditional Italian restaurant. Pizzas made in a wood-fired oven, some of the best I've ever had. Super friendly and pleasant staff. Visit, you won't regret it.

09/07/2026: Back in 2014 we found Fabbrica Pizza restaurant and their pizzas have set the benchmark for every pizza we've eaten for the past 12 years. They were excellent then and today (12 years later) they're still excellent. The base is perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings are generous and flavoursome. Today we ordered the Regina Calabrese and the Che-Meraviglia. I'm in pizza heaven.
22/06/2026: My wife and I stopped at this pizzeria in downtown Varese. The place is clean and bright, and the staff is very friendly. The pizzas are very good and easy to digest, and the first courses are delicious. We highly recommend it!
