Fabbrica Pizza In Varese

A true Italian restaurant, which means couples, groups of friends, and families gather there and are happy to be there, and it shows. So, a word to the naysayers and grumps who don't like what they call noise, which is simply the sound of life. We had two meals at this restaurant: the first consisting mainly of pizzas, the second primarily pasta. Everything was excellent, and the portions were more than generous. I should add that the staff was very friendly, not to mention dedicated, as I don't speak Italian, and they did everything they could to make us happy. I therefore warmly recommend this restaurant and will return on my next trip to Varese.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants a good pizza. Update April 7, 2026: The pizza is always good, the staff is friendly, and I'm happy to go back every time. The only thing I've never understood is why they bring the schiacciata hot sometimes and not other times! But as I said, beyond that, I'm happy to go there often.

I went to Fabbrica Pizza and discovered a new cocoa-based dough. It's not sweet and light, enhancing the flavor and being delicious. I've never had such a good pizza. Top-notch pizza!

What can I say! Fantastic place, very clean and welcoming. I was there last week for dinner. They were super organized, the place was packed, and we were welcomed and served immediately. Delicious pizza, soft dough, and top-quality ingredients. Wide selection of craft beer. The staff was truly top-notch, taking care of every customer's need, polite, and non-invasive. We visited this pizzeria on Saturday evening with friends and had a truly positive experience. We were looking for a place that everyone could enjoy, and we were very pleased. The availability of alternative doughs (whole wheat and gluten-free) was greatly appreciated. I also ordered a takeout pizza at the end of the evening. It's an excellent choice for a group dinner. Fair value for money, and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!
