Saw the good google views and thought I would give it a try while in Milan. Love to support LGBT places when we travel. We had such a great time! They welcomed us like we were regulars, with genuine kindness. The food was amazing and memorable and the drinks strong! If you are in the area or looking for a place that is welcoming and fun, give Milleluci Trattoria Pop a try, you wound be disappointed

Good food, typical of a typical Italian trattoria!
The operating tables are knowledgeable, kind, and patient;
the atmosphere is quiet and fun!
If you don't want to waste time parking, there's a garage nearby.

A very special venue in the heart of Porta Venezia.
Excellent dishes served with enthusiasm.
The atmosphere is deliberately kitsch, inspired by the '80s.
Singing (and often dancing) starts at 10:00 PM. Reasonable prices make this a great venue for groups of friends.

Fantastic place to spend an evening with friends! The atmosphere is truly stunning, well-kept, and engaging, perfect for having fun. The best part is the atmosphere: you easily end up making friends even with those at other tables, over drinks and a few dances together. A lively and super enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We started the diner with a cheese-and-charcuterie board and plums rolled in lard which were absolutely delicious. The quality of the products was very good. For the main course, we were 7 and tried the risotto, pasta, and octopus. All super good as well. We shared some dessert and really enjoyed the tiramisu and over all the cheesecake.
On top of the very good food for an affordable price, what makes this place truly special is the atmosphere. After dinner (or even during !), the whole room gets up to dance to Italian tunes, a pure joy. I had friends visiting from France and Belgium, and we had a lot of fun, this moment will stay in our memories for long !
Special mention to the staff as well who was very friendly and speaks english. We felt welcomed.
I strongly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and a great time with a touch of joyful madness. I think you need to book in advance, because the place was full.

Now a Milanese institution.
A lively and convivial place, where people gather to sing together, close together, as they used to do, around fires and guitars on summer evenings (the good old days).

I celebrated my birthday there a few days ago.
The atmosphere, music, and atmosphere were super fun, perfect for a light-hearted evening.
Plus, we ate and drank very, very well.
The prices were fair, and Riccardo's kindness deserves a special mention.
I felt at home even though it was my first time, but I'm sure there will be many more.
Update February 2026
Months later, I can confirm my very positive first impression.
It's no coincidence that since July, I've been back several times, always with a group, both for the festive atmosphere and for the excellent value, with food that's decidedly good for a city like Milan.
Don't miss their cuisine.
Last time, we were a large group, and we tried practically all the appetizers; not one of them went back!!!
In particular, I loved the fried anchovies and prunes, which rained down on the table like there was no tomorrow. Be careful, they're addictive: we kept ordering more...but luckily they're legal🤣
Tip: Also try enjoying the more relaxed atmosphere on weekdays, when it's not as crowded as on weekends but it's still a lot of fun.

Milan's historic trattoria, with good food and a very interesting wine list, and attentive and helpful staff. Come with friends, it's very lively, and at the end of the evening, you can dance among the tables.

I wasn't familiar with Mille, and now, after trying literally the entire menu (and a good portion of the wine list, which I highly recommend, too), I couldn't live without it. The lively, singing atmosphere is a MUST-try.

What can I say? A lovely place to enjoy an alternative dinner without worrying about your outfit. Very informal and pleasant, yet never sloppy or shabby. It's a trattoria with singing, where 1970s and 1980s Italian music reigns supreme. The food is good, tasty, and anything but ordinary, as we find Italian cuisine well-crafted and satisfying, even for those who are skeptical like me. You can tell there's so much refinement and care in both the flavors and the presentation. Unfortunately, I'm neither Lombard nor Milanese, otherwise I'd be eating at Milleluci more often, but every opportunity is a good one to return, and I can't wait for another.
Thank you all for the wonderful evenings we had. I hope to return as soon as possible to eat and drink well at this osteria, with its spicy and authentic flavors, without sacrificing the jovial spirit that distinguishes it.
