20/08/2025: I went there on August 8th around 10:30/11 PM with my thirsty son to ask for a glass of water (I had left my wallet in the car), and they didn't give it to me, saying they don't have this policy. It's the first time something like this has happened to me, what a shame! I work at another McDonald's chain, and if customers ask us for a glass of water, we happily give it to them!

25/07/2025: I ordered a €70 delivery order. They didn't even add any sauces. I ordered a dessert and it wasn't delivered. I also ordered 20 mixed nuggets, 10 regular ones and 10, and the package only contained regular ones. To top it all off, the fries were cold and soft, so not only did they take a long time to prepare the order, they also managed to get it wrong. Rating 0. Not recommended.

08/09/2025: awful. we came here for lunch, service was unfriendly and even hostile at times. we ordered 3 sandwiches which took about 30 minutes to come out (the sandwiches were dry and not tasty), ate our food in 10 minutes and were asked to leave as they wanted to close our table (even though there were plenty of empty tables there). would absolutely not recommend, go elsewhere.

15/08/2025: Horrible, cheap food, just to attract customers, they charge three times more than other cafes for drinks. The restaurant smells bad and the food is poor quality. I really don't recommend it.

03/06/2025: The place itself is nice, the products are of good quality. However, there is no decalogue of the good customer, which unfortunately is becoming more and more necessary nowadays, there is too much rudeness: customers who shout, endless swearing, those who are on their cell phones at high volume without headphones, in short... it is not a problem of the bar obviously, but I think that the operators should raise awareness on these increasingly frequent issues, as proposed by the government through this decalogue of good behavior, an initiative precisely, on a voluntary basis for the operators. Another issue is that we are in Milan, where it is forbidden by law to smoke outdoors where ten meters of distance from others cannot be guaranteed, a measure that I believe to be of great social consideration given that the freedom of an individual ends where that of another begins and I do not see why I should breathe poison because of someone else and their need for self-annihilation. Too bad there is an ashtray on every table.... In 2021 without the "QR pass" you could not even enter, and it was a decree. Instead this is a law that probably makes much more sense than the one above. And they don't respect it. Why? Because it wasn't induced with fear. A little more critical and civil sense would be appreciated.

13/07/2025: I ordered three kebab dishes for a total of 30 euros, the meat was completely burnt and disgusting, I called to report the situation and the answer was that perhaps the meat was overcooked, how DISGUSTING, I do not recommend it 👎

02/09/2025: We went in for an aperitivo. Nice, elegant bar right in the city center. Too bad the appetizers were very, very modest. The usual French fries, fried vegetable balls that tasted only of fried food, gherkin skewered with spring onions—how shabby!! But it doesn't take much: little pizzas, small canapés with tuna and cheese, and so on. The owners were also rather sad. Poor Milan! What a state it's in!

11/07/2025: Don't go there. The prices are unjustified for the quality. A takeaway sandwich (Panama bread) with less than 80 grams of cooked ham costs €8... shameful.
