27/08/2025: The food, and service were absolutely amazing! William waited on us hand and foot, and made our first dine out experience on our honeymoon a night to always remember. The prices were a bit high, however for the atmosphere and memories it made, worth it.

27/08/2025: The service was friendly, the location was good, but the prices were high for the small amount. My boyfriend ordered a meat dish that cost almost 30 euros, and it wasn't filling at all because it was so small. We ordered a water that cost 3 euros, and the Sprite (soft drink) was double that at 6 euros... we thought it was a rip-off.

20/08/2025: Inside the mall, so no parking problems. The place is clean. The girls at the counter are polite and quick. Trust me, it's not a given. I don't think I'll go back because I'm not a Burger King person. I went there for the Naruto partnership and was curious to see what the puppet was like. P.S. I found Rock Lee 🙂😉

15/08/2025: Ketchup for 11g and 50 cents? That's a complete disgrace! Especially when the fries are barely seasoned. The prices are very fair, and the food was decent.

02/06/2025: It's been closed for a month without knowing why. Inside and full of cookies and pastries. The tables are in their places. Can someone tell me if it's closed only on Sundays or always?

25/06/2025: Cold and dry chips sandwiches totally different from the photos tasteless and badly made, and better if closed

13/06/2025: incompetent!! Too bad they are inside a shopping mall, it is not possible that people are there waiting to pay for half an hour and when they get to the cashier they tell you that it is almost 9:00 pm so they are closed! Thank you very much, but if instead of staying inside laughing and chatting you had had the decency to go out half an hour earlier you would have seen that there were people outside in line. With the ordering computers still on outside: which means that anyone could have arrived and ordered again… To be clear 32 minutes counted. With 1 family and 1 couple in front of us. In total 9 dissatisfied customers!

07/07/2025: So, I ate here on April 30th, I just wanted a kebab piadina. First of all, he gave it to me with dirty tinfoil (with grease, meat, etc.), the kebab while I was eating it, was dripping with OIL (not sauce). And it was the FIRST time in my life that I couldn't eat a kebab completely. I threw away the remaining 1/3 because I couldn't take it anymore, it only tasted like oil. Exactly 30 minutes later I got a stomach ache that I wanted to throw up. And I don't have a very fragile stomach, stomach ache (due to something I ate) happens to me like 1 time every 3 years when I eat really rubbish. The gentleman was very kind, but personally I will never go there again

28/06/2025: ZERO hygiene. Dishes and utensils rinsed (not even washed) by hand. Mediocre food.

07/09/2025: A 600-square-meter space with ONLY 3 kiosks for ordering, and they're all right next to each other. My compliments to whoever designed this space.

25/05/2025: Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore da questo locale date le recensioni, il locale era mezzo vuoto quando siamo arrivati e nonostante ciò sono stati capaci di servirci con mezz’ora di ritardo , vedevamo la gente che arrivava dopo di noi e veniva servita con regolalaritá , la qualità del cibo è buona ma questi episodi li reputo fastidiosi, considerando che ha il prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto alla media ( 36 bevande escluse)

30/04/2025: Sono stata ieri sera per il mio anniversario, perché conoscevo il posto da tantissimi anni e mi ha veramente deluso: quando sono arrivati i primi piatti volevo già alzarmi e andarmene. A prescindere che non amo la formula all you can eat, e in passato non lo era, comunque i piatti avevano una parvenza di somiglianza con quelli del menu: da ieri invece ho scoperto che hanno introdotto il tablet e che i piatti sono veramente totalmente diversi da come sono rappresentati e anche di qualità pessima. Non tornerò mai più.

26/06/2025: Il peggior frappe che abbiamo mai provato nella nostra vita , I gelati erano di colori fluorescenti e abbiamo optato per un frappé . Costo 12 e , non ci hanno dato lo scontrino ed era acido

26/06/2025: Maleducati ed incompetenti abbiamo mangiato il peggior gelato di Milano . Non ha più nulla a che fare con la vecchia gelateria del signor Rossi .se potete evitatela oppure preparatevi a morire di mal di pancia

16/03/2025: I left this place nauseated!!! There is absolutely NO knowledge of cleaning! I wonder if the NAS doesn't do an inspection. We left the various orders we had placed because the dishes had traces of dried up food from previous customers🤬clearly we will never go back after such a sad experience🤷🏻‍♂️

19/07/2025: I can accept anything, but today there were several flies on the pizza, and none of the three employees present removed them. Pigeons live inside the shop, and the cleanliness is truly lacking. Frozen products, and friendliness is unknown. But they should shut these places down... a good round of the NAS... if I could, I'd give it a -2.

16/07/2025: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo deciso di provare la nuova proposta di menu ispirata alla Corea, a seguito dell’uscita di Squid Game. Sul gusto sia dell’hamburger che delle alette di pollo (piuttosto piccanti), nulla da dire, ma prezzi decisamente troppo alti per l’effettiva offerta. Inoltre il panino è stato schiacciato durante la preparazione, quindi quando sono andata ad aprire la carta per consumarlo, mi sono trovata davanti uno spettacolo non tanto invitante. I tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi e l’organizzazione è carente. Non lo consiglio se non per il gusto dei prodotti.

20/06/2025: Diventa sempre peggio! Abbiamo preso 2 busket. La carne era fredda e cruda vicino l’osso! Le bibite tutte calde! Il te freddo sembrava acqua sporca, non aveva nessun gusto! Questo era l’ultima volta!

07/09/2025: Very kind! I'd like to thank the owner for not charging me for the shaken Campari that I clumsily spilled on myself. Anyway, it was delicious, a super-rich aperitif served on a huge plate, all for €15. Absolutely fair for Milan.

16/08/2025: Horribly overpriced! A nasty surprise when paying. €12 for two 33 cl cans of Coke. AVOID IT AT ALL TIMES! Much more expensive than buying directly at the Duomo... It's a shame we didn't read the reviews beforehand.
