Caffe Rivoli In Milano

08/05/2025: My second experience at Tannico was slightly less positive than the first. The restaurant is still lovely, even if it never seems truly full. The wine list is very nice and varied, with very reasonable prices. The food is pleasant, though the menu is perhaps a little short. The service is efficient but just average for Milan (service is generally excellent in Milan). The downsides: on my first visit, the wine I chose was limited to one bottle in stock. A shame. On my second visit, neither of the two wines I chose was available after a rather lengthy search. And the wine offered as a replacement also only had one bottle in stock. In short, it's time for a well-known wine bar to manage its inventory better! Another major drawback: the red wine is stored on a shelf and is therefore served too warm… Overall: a nice place, but it could be better!
