12/01/2025: Questo non é fare ristorazione. Vai da Peck una domenica. “Siamo nel tempio della gastronomia” dico agli amici rassicurandoli che il gioco ( $$$$$$ …la spesa!) varrà la candela. Entriamo: il locale non trasmette buone emozioni né si avverte il calore aspettato. Un cameriere ci intercetta quando ormai siamo arrivati al banco gastronomia. Il locale è semivuoto ( 4 ragazzi impellicciati nei pressi dell’ingresso e un tavolo da 4 nella sala). Ci sediamo. L’acqua è già sul tavolo (?!) …continuano le sensazioni già percepite in ingresso. Chiediamo di voler consumare un aperitivo e invitiamo la cameriera un po’ “svogliata” e poco coinvolgente a farci presente le possibilità offerte. Si consideri che il menù ha pochissimi piatti e poca varietà. Non vi sono indicazioni per stuzzichini da aperitivo (ad esempio tagliere di affettati, formaggi, etc.). Chiediamo un tagliere misto per 4, senza ahimè chiedere di specificare il contenuto ed il costo, e 4 calici fi franciacorta. Ci portano il tagliere con affettati, formaggi, una coppetta di insalata russa, una con confettura di fichi, una con 4 carciofini e un vassoietto con alici e burro. Presentazione molto misera e triste. Il Franciacorta è passabile ma non viene affatto presentato nè esibita la bottiglia. Tutto insomma ammantato da ordinarietà e anonimato; siamo nel Tempio della gastronomia e nel tempio è obbligo celebrare ed attenersi a una ritualità. Da Peck a City Life questo non succede. Il vuoto dietro tutto. Esperienza molto sterile che non lascia nessuna sensazione da ricordare. Alla cassa infine di ricordano di essere il Tempio della Gastronomia ( o averne la nomea!!) e si scopre uno scontrìno dettagliato molto meglio del menù…addirittura con i prezzi e con il coperto ( si!! Il coperto anche per l’aperitivo). Lasciate perdere … non è nemmeno fico!!

22/05/2025: I'm only giving two stars to the pizza because for a few months they've been serving me pizza that's not overcooked on the bottom and with little oil, your pizza has always been delicious, crunchy on the bottom and with oil, since foreigners have been making it, it's not like that anymore

We're not really there, we've returned to a very poor quality, taste, etc., too bad Below you will find the review from a couple of years ago. In any case, I've returned to base and I must in all sincerity change my opinion from 2 stars, let's go straight to 4 stars and then I'll also give some advice to get the 5 stars. In my opinion the quality has increased a lot, there is no longer the acidic effect and the pizza is finally crunchy at the base even if it still needs a little to reach the levels of the parent company. The double mozzarella version is also excellent although I would use more :-) in short, guys, if you pass through here, you are guaranteed a visit also due to the kindness and attention that the guys put into serving I'll give you the 5 star when you reactivate the satispay service with cashback! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amici di Spontini the "Spontini is a guarantee" effect is ending! Run for cover by reviewing the cooking dough (you missed Spontini's trademark fragrance along the way) and ingredients (especially the tomato which is increasingly acidic)... it's not just my impression but I assure you that the virus of the fact that the pizza leaves something to be desired is spreading. And don't say I didn't warn you 😂👍

16/07/2025: I ordered a takeaway and they served me a plate of fried noodles with scallion oil. I was really speechless. If you can't cook, just say you can't cook. Don't do it blindly.

28/07/2025: Extremely competitive prices, in a prime location in Milan. Whether it's justified to charge five euros per small scoop is a matter of debate and should be left to each individual to decide.

16/08/2025: Rude staff, undrinkable drinks. The music is ear-splitting, and the owner seems like a loser. Overall, the place is unlivable.

30/08/2025: If I could give it zero stars, I would! I was with two friends and we stopped at this bar. If I could go back, I wouldn't! Rudeness is standard; you can't sit down even if you're drinking, and the "owner" forces you to get up for no apparent reason, considering they have tables and chairs inside and outside, since it's a bar. The temptation to kick out people who paid you part of your salary seems really excessive to me. You're not capable of working with the public; it's better if you close down.

11/08/2025: Tourist trap. Extremely low-quality products. I asked for the menu, but the waiter pretended not to understand. He gave me random prices after a few seconds of thinking. I later found a real café just a short walk from the Duomo — better quality, cheaper, and far more authentic. Leave. Run away.

09/08/2025: Disgusting bathrooms, no toilet paper, water in the soap bottle, a bathroom where you have to be a contortionist to bend over to pee, all topped off by a bartender who doesn't even smile at the customers, yuck.

16/07/2025: I never thought I'd eat so badly in a place like this. For the modest sum of €65, we got: - frozen potatoes - frozen chicken wings - FENNEL SALAD - polenta - a below-average first course - 3 bottles of wine for 6 Plus, it all smelled like shit because we were next to the bathroom and the smells were constantly wafting in. I honestly can't understand how some people are willing to spend money to eat like this. I can understand going there after dinner and maybe listening to some music at the piano bar (spoiler alert: the singer doesn't play, he just sings, not very well), but paying that much for such bad food is truly disrespectful.
