26/06/2025: La comanda arriva incompleta…può succedere, e il cameriere si scusa …poi al posto del baccalà arrivano i fiori di zucchina…e il cameriere questa volta oltre a scusarsi mi dice che il baccalà mi verrà offerto per scusarci dei disguidi…ringrazio…poi vado in cassa e il co to non mi torna ma penso di aver sbagliato, ho fretta e non controllo…poi mi siedo e controllo…il baccalà arrivato tardi e dopo i fiori di zucchina é nel conto…ho pensato di tornare indietro e chiedere perché fate lo splendido per poi far sentire il cliente preso per il c…lo…ma poi ho pensato che una recensione fosse meglio…

12/06/2025: Oggi altra esperienza Ferrari...ma questa volta a linate. Comune sia, qualunque sia la location, il servizio é sempre al top, Qui non abbiamo trovato le ragazze di malpensa ma comunque splendide ragazze, la Stefania e l'Andrea. Gentilissime, solari e molto preparate. Come sempre tornerò in questo luogo di decompressione lavorativa! Alla prossima

17/06/2025: I bought a tub of ice cream. The lady was very kind, but it is really difficult to describe the poor quality of the ice cream. The consistency is terribly rubbery; the hazelnut flavor has a stale, past taste; the cost of €32 per kilo in relation to the quality was outrageous.

04/09/2025: A scammer. I got an espresso and a small piece of dessert. He charged me 74, not including the price on the menu. They ask you where you're from and lend you money so you don't pay attention.

12/08/2025: It's summer, it's 40 degrees in the shade, but in the Trenitalia carriages it's 10. Are you kidding? Is it possible I had to travel from Salerno to Milan between two carriages because there's no air conditioning there? You're hilarious.

15/05/2025: Locale che si presenta molto carino e ben arredato all'interno,ma prezzi dei piatti non adeguati a quantità e qualità ...assurdo pagare così tanto per un hamburger che costa molto meno della metà nei locali adiacenti dello stesso centro commerciale,inoltre locale non climatizzato e d'estate è un problema

12/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo loro ristorante nel centro commerciale di Assago, siamo in 4 con un bambino di 7 anni ore 20.40, locale mezzo vuoto mille tavoli liberi....la ragazza al bancone ci accoglie dicendoci dovete aspettare 20 minuti e per noi nn sarebbe stato un problema ci saremmo seduti e avremmo iniziato a bere qualcosa ma noooo e qui viene la sorpresa ...dovevamo aspettare in piedi li davanti con il locale mezzo vuoto !!!! Pura follia e sicuramente mancanza di professionalità.!!!! Ovviamente ci siamo recati altrove e sicuramente nn torneremo mai più.

Ok, never mind, we were hungry and we took a chance. Dirty table, dirty in the sense, all greasy. Filthy restaurant. And here using this adjective I'm actually paying a compliment. Even the bathroom door was greasy. We practically ate on napkins. Know, and I write and declare this, that tomorrow I will report the conditions of your restaurant to the NAS. A disgrace. I hope to see you closed soon.

06/09/2025: The staff probably doesn't care about the customers because of the location... First they tell you to change the place, then they don't want to bring your order, and then they serve you old desserts... It's a tragedy, I don't recommend it for its laziness and slyness.

11/04/2025: The boy at the counter doesn't understand anything. Not even had time to look at the menu and he was already complaining. Plus we asked for juice but were told the machine "had just been cleaned" and couldn't do that. What are you open to doing then if you don't feel like doing anything?

23/07/2025: Horrible experiencia vine a este restaurante hace 6 sños y tenia un buen recuerdo de la comida y del servicio en esta ocasión la.comida igual excelente, pero el servicio dejo muchísimo que desear Llegamos 7:30pm, pedimos de cenar y empezó a caer un poco de lluvia, pedimos el cambio de mesa y nos dijeron que no estaba lloviendo tanto (teniendo mesas disponibles en otros lugares del restaurante) literal nos ignoraron aún y cuando volvimos a solicitar el cambio de mesa Empezaron a acomodar a loa.comenzales qué llegaban en mesas techadas y nos dejaron porque "no está lloviendo tanto" no vuelvo...

22/07/2025: Sarebbe potuta essere una bella serata. Eravamo un gruppo scolastico con circa 30 persone, tra adulti e bambini, pronti a concludere una giornata speciale con una pizza in compagnia. Avevamo prenotato con anticipo, avvisato tempestivamente di un ritardo di 10 minuti, e ci siamo presentati puntuali a questo locale... o almeno così credevamo. Ad accoglierci non c’è stato un sorriso, una parola cortese o almeno un po’ di comprensione. No. Ci ha accolti il proprietario, che ha ritenuto opportuno cacciarci in malo modo, rifiutandosi di farci accomodare pur con il ristorante praticamente vuoto. Il motivo? Il nostro imperdonabile ritardo di pochi minuti. Nessuna considerazione per la presenza di famiglie con bambini piccoli, nessuna proposta alternativa, nemmeno una sfumatura di educazione. Solo un rifiuto secco, sgarbato e privo del minimo tatto. Non pretendiamo tappeti rossi, ma un briciolo di umanità sì: ci si aspetta che chi lavora nella ristorazione abbia almeno la capacità di gestire situazioni impreviste con intelligenza, educazione e rispetto. Invece qui abbiamo trovato solo rigidità e un atteggiamento ostile, che ha messo in difficoltà 30 persone, tra cui bambini affamati e genitori disorientati. Un consiglio per chi ha bambini, per chi crede ancora nell’ospitalità, o semplicemente per chi non vuole essere trattato con sufficienza e arroganza: voltate l’angolo. A pochi passi troverete locali molto più accoglienti, dove la cortesia non è un optional e dove 10 minuti non bastano per perdere il senso dell’umanità.

07/08/2025: Pranzo pre estivo dello studio, prenotato per le ore 13. chiediamo due taglieri misti formaggio e salumi, ma senza marmellata e giardiniera come indicato sul menù alla carta. Ci arrivano con marmellata e giardiniera entrambi, il cameriere sente il mio commento e viene a toglierle e ci portano a parte un piattino con due ricottine, una mozzarellina, patate lesse e cotto. Fino a qua ci siamo, anche se alcuni salumi erano troppo salati e le mozzarelline poco saporite. Ordiniamo alla carta dando anche un occhio ai piatti del giorno che ci vengono proposti. Ordine alla carta: due paccheri con crema di melanzana, datterino giallo, pane croccante e menta e tre fusilloni di gragnano IGP alla trapanese con stracciatella di burrata del loro caseificio. Arrivano tre fusilloni con sugo di carne e due paccheri al pomodoro e basilico (cioè i piatti del giorno). Lo segnalo al cameriere che si scusa e dice "c'è stato un errore in cucina". Ci presentano su un piatto i dolci del giorno dicendo che uno è finito (toglierlo dal piatto no?). Ordiniamo un tiramisù e una mousse (sottolineo "Mousse") al pistacchio. Arriva il tiramisù (giusto) e una mezza cupola di cemento verdina dove la collega tenta di infilare forzatamente con due mani, perché era durissima, la forchetta. Ci riesce, ma non esce più la forchetta. Chiamo il cameriere e chiediamo un coltello e se per caso è stata tirata fuori dal freezer perché una "mousse" (lo dice la parola) dovrebbe essere morbida, al cucchiaio. Il cameriere risponde che viene dal frigo/freezer, poi dubbioso si allontana e chiede, ritorna e dice "c'è stato un errore" viene dal freezer, ma se vogliamo la sostituiscono con una da frigo, ma ormai la mia collega ha rinunciato a mangiarla. Ci propongono i caffè ma, onde evitare altri "errori" rinunciamo. Mai più grazie.

02/08/2025: Arrivati alle 19:30 io mio marito insieme a nostro figlio di 5 mesi, andati via alle 21 senza aver cenato. Un’ora e mezza di attesa andati via senza cena mentre tutti gli altri tavoli mangiavano nonostante varie sollecitazioni . Nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto pagare le due bottiglie d’acqua e calice di vino . Molto poco consigliato solo per la correttezza dimostrata.

01/05/2025: Very friendly staff, we didn't eat, we had drinks that were served quickly and efficiently. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious but a bit pricey. We enjoyed the time we spent there.
