27/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant, historic and rustic, spacious both inside and out. The dishes are delicious, plentiful, and carefully crafted, very unique with deliciously balanced flavors. Unfortunately, the staff was sparse, and the wait between courses was noticeable. There are some details that could be addressed to avoid appearing "sloppy." Like the insects found on the tablecloth under the one that's regularly changed (meaning they never clean or change it), cobwebs in the corners, wires dangling from broken crates... Let's just say it's scenic at first glance. But if you look closely, you'll find imperfections.

06/11/2025: I've been coming here with my family since I was born, and the food always tastes amazing. Even after 20 years, the dishes still warm your heart and lift your spirits. The atmosphere always makes you feel at home, and the staff are always attentive and helpful. It's impossible not to be happy after lunch or dinner at Chekiang. We thank Lia and her family so much for always welcoming us with such warmth and kindness. ❤️

14/11/2025: 11:25 AM Delicious brioche. Excellent pastries. The coffee is also good (€1.50). 3:25 AM I confirm the brioche's deliciousness. It's nice to have a proper filling. The cream is very good. Wide selection of brioches. The one I had with zabaglione cream was very good. Excellent pastries. Prices are high (like Marchesi in the Galleria), but that's okay every now and then.

27/11/2025: I came from Paris, but six years ago I lived in Milan and was a regular at this restaurant. Today I returned as a tourist, eager to relive some fond memories. I had an Italian-style mixed fry, which was really good and well-made, but I was disappointed with the pizza: nothing like the ones I used to eat here, and not even better than the pizzas I've had in fast food restaurants in Paris. The prices have gone up considerably, which I can understand, but the fact that the quality has deteriorated is sad for a famous Italian pizza place in Milan.

The owners are incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is that of a true trattoria, yet incredibly refined and welcoming. The cuisine is varied and traditional, yet always with a touch of originality that makes it superb. Reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
