Le Striatelle In Milano

A real hidden gem in Milan's Navigli district. The food is delicious and of outstanding quality. Excellent value for money and top-notch service!

Very good lasagna, the pasta is homemade

Fast , good efficent serviced and good dishes

Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The only downside is that they close early.

We decided to come to this restaurant based on the reviews and the fact it was a couple of streets back from the canal and somewhat more local. We wanted to sit on the outside table along the street (more space) but were told we could only sit on the tables on the footpath. We were seated fairly close to other tables. Unfortunately the tables we wanted filled up, perhaps they had a booking, but didn’t look like it. The service was fairly slow but friendly. My ragú was really tasty, however the meatballs were room temperature and not very flavourful. My partners lasagne verde was delicious. The bread was not warm and appeared to be old. It had no butter on it. I would suggest warm bread with garlic butter. The Messina beer I had was very good. I enjoyed the fact the menu was only in Italian.

The best pasta we had in Italy. Highly recommended: the carbonara.

Very welcoming staff Very tasty food

The place and staff are welcoming, and the food options are varied and leave plenty of choice, so you can easily find something to your liking among the various dishes on the extensive menu. I'll have to return to try the rest of the menu (especially the Striatelle). So far, the various pasta dishes, from gnocchi to spaghetti with clams and carbonara, have been completely satisfying.

Amazing! The food is always delicious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I've lived in Milan for years, and it's always a guarantee. Highly recommended.

Several people had recommended this place, but we were disappointed. It took ages for our drinks to arrive; we reminded them again, and another 10 minutes passed. Finally, they brought our food and asked if we hadn't ordered drinks. They apologized, but the service could have been better. The food was good, though not the best we had on the trip.
