26/07/2025: The food is excellent, but the service is consistently worse. Despite the staff, there are always problems with ordering and at the register: during lunch today, we had to ask several times for our order to be brought back; despite this, we still didn't receive some parts of our order. At the register, we repeatedly asked for the bill to be split in two, but instead they charged the entire amount to only one of us. The person who cleared the register was talking to other colleagues about his own business and therefore didn't pay the proper attention to us customers. Furthermore, we weren't told what we were paying, and in fact, with receipt in hand, we were charged for all the requests we made but didn't receive. Having worked in retail myself, I know that you have to be especially careful with customers at the register. It's a shame because the food is excellent, but the quality of service is terrible (and has been for a long time). The treatment was shameful and vaguely arrogant.

26/07/2025: The restaurant is closed!!!. We booked a reservation. They took 80€ and our reservation and when we arrived, the lights were off and there was no one there. They have hidden all comments on instagram, they won’t answer their phone, and are still advertising as if they are open. Do not book as you will not get your money returned!!!

11/07/2025: BEWARE- Terrible Experience – Possible Scam, Be Very Careful We booked a dinner at OTIVM and were asked to pay €40 per person to confirm the reservation. The restaurant looked legit, so we paid €80. When we arrived, it was completely closed—dark, empty, and seemed non-existent. We called and emailed multiple times, but never got a response or a refund. Avoid this place. They took our money and disappeared. TOTAL SCAM

27/08/2025: As a non Italian, only English speaking tourist, the waitress was so rude and in such a hurry to take the order, her behaviour was so weird that she didn’t even offer our table with napkins, and took 0 interest in taking care of our needs.

23/08/2025: Everything was perfect! The food was sooo delicious, the service was very good, greeting to Domenico, and the atmosphere calm and topically Italian!

18/08/2025: As always, you read everything and its opposite because a review is often based on a single experience. It's sometimes funny to read "1 star" because it was closed... or something like that. Oh well. Here's my experience with this bar: Very clean and tidy place. A very well-prepared cappuccino and a warm croissant. Nothing homemade or anything, but more than decent. The sales assistant was very nice and friendly. A pleasure to talk to. The prices were absolutely average. I don't know anything about the menu.

24/07/2025: Let's start with the fact that the pizza was good, light and tasty, like any other pizza... The service and atmosphere were a little less so. The young waitress immediately started hitting on my boyfriend with flirtatious smiles and slightly goofy giggles. From the moment we walked in, she started staring at him strangely. She followed us everywhere we went, and asked him for a drink first, then asked me (and I don't think you'd behave like that in a restaurant; having worked there, it's unprofessional). Then, from the counter, she kept staring at us, making me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable. I don't think we'll be back again 🥴🤣 uncomfortable. I repeat, the pizza was good, but being stared at the whole time was a no-no.

31/05/2025: Torniamo da Nonna Maria dopo un anno: l’atmosfera è la stessa e simile il menu (che, del resto, risente della stagionalità). Questa volta scegliamo purea fave e pecorino, tortino di pecorino, tonnarelli alla carbonara + cacio e pepe e porchetta con patate: tutto ben preparato e gustoso, ma non del tutto all’altezza della scorsa volta. Ovviamente anche lo chef può avere a volte qualche piccola defaillance, e dunque lo perdoniamo gustandoci un amaro Nerone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e sempre buono il servizio con personale cordiale e disponibile.

28/05/2025: Prenotato per 4 ( 3 adulti e un bambino), ristorante piccolo ma curato, lo valuto molto negativamente per dei punti secondo me imprescindibili. Abbiamo richiesto del vino in calice, ci viene portato via il calice e versato chissà dove, senza che ci ci venga comunicato quale vino fosse, al costo di 6€.. al momento del pagamento ( effettuato in contanti) il titolare si “dimentica” di emettere scontrino, ma stampa solo il promemoria. Il conto comprendeva 2 bottiglie d’acqua ( io ne avevo richiesta solo 1 ), acqua micro filtrata, senza che venisse menzionato da nessuna parte. Poi vista l’età di mio figlio ( 4 anni) ho chiesto se era possibile un piatto più piccolo, al momento dell’ordine mi è stato comunicato che non ci fosse nessun problema, il problema l’ho trovato al momento del conto visto che mi è stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno. La qualità dei piatti nella media ma non può essere tollerata una così mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente.P.s: Attendo risposta

23/07/2025: A restaurant in central Milan. I went there for a company dinner, but the menu prices are in line with the area. A very cute restaurant with large fluorescent 3D paintings and modern decor. We had an appetizer of octopus, smoked salmon, shrimp, and cannoletti. For the first course, paccheri with zucchini flowers and a light pesto. For the second course, fillet of sea bass and asparagus. Finally, mandarin sorbet and brioche with cream and chocolate (a house specialty they make every evening). I must say all the dishes were beautiful, both to look at and to eat (the portions are a bit small, but that's more than enough for a menu like this). Super polite waiters. Highly recommended if you're in the area of Milan!

06/07/2025: Beautiful and well-kept location, attentive and prepared staff. Worth mentioning is the truly excellent raw fish. Grand finale with brioches with cream and Nutella served very scenically. Average prices.

17/06/2025: The restaurant is located in Garbagnate in a residential area, parking is relatively easy to find. The restaurant has tables both inside and outside. Let's say that the style that characterizes the restaurant did not particularly impress me in a positive way, posters and sports memorabilia and even the outside is very spartan. The menu is very varied between pizzas (without any extravagant alternatives), panzerotti appetizers and various. We had some appetizers but we were not crazy about them, the fried pizza dough in my opinion should be accompanied with a sauce, the croquette was enormous, smaller portions are better. The water in small plastic bottles... The pizza was very good, the sauce tasty and the tasty cheeses well melted and the salami not excessively spicy, in the end I did not even manage to finish it, it was a bit of a shame. I read that the dough has changed compared to the past (maybe even the management?) this could have confused both old and new customers a bit since here you can still see the old photos and old reviews.

16/06/2025: I called for home delivery and it was the first time, we took two margheritas and I must say, very good The pizzas are not big (just right) and the baby was really small, but my daughter was happy and at least I saw her eat it all! I will definitely call back. Very very good, congratulations!

17/07/2025: A very small place with a few tables outside during the warmer months. The cuisine is typical of southern Italy, featuring excellent quality fish and more (mainly from Campania). The owners are very kind and helpful. The prices are perhaps a bit high, but unfortunately, that's the price tag for the city. Definitely worth a try.

21/06/2025: The most poorly managed place I have ever seen. Managed by RUDE AND RUDE people! We started by wanting to have a karaoke night but the lady decided what to sing. Definitely difficult cocktails to drink, the barman (if you can call it that) rude and arrogant if you are not capable you do not get angry but immediately change jobs. Small place and a hallucinating mess it is okay for a karaoke night but this is out of the question. Someone asks for a type of beer and precisely they bring something else. The only ones who can be saved in that place are the waitresses who never smile but at least try to manage the situation, but then we understood why how can they smile if they work for rude people?! The real flaw is an elderly blonde lady at the cashier who instead of being happy and friendly because in her place there are quite a few people treats everyone badly, people of that age so rude never seen! It's annoying even if we want to say with her rudeness she is the main reason why we will never set foot in there again but then at the cash register when you pay (because she is happy to earn) she smiles at you as if nothing had happened. Rude is perhaps a compliment because she is much more rude but on the other hand it is enough to see the people who frequent the place perhaps she gets along well with a certain type of people, among other things it remains to be seen if all those kids who look at everyone badly can actually drink they didn't all seem to me to be adults. In any case DO NOT GO THERE!

09/06/2025: Well, I started to drink a smoothie, the waiter poured me an African smoothie, I was surprised. I thought it was expensive, but I looked at it with my fingers. I saw the price list, the pussy is not even worth printing, no matter what you take, you pay the same for everything. The food is worse than from a school canteen. They don't hide the microwave at all. Otherwise, I don't remember the name of the soup, but it was a plague, I know why Africans starve, I would be hungry if I could eat it again. You're overestimating yourself, it's the only thing that even deserves it. I'll be honest, I thought I'd run after the smoothie, I didn't want to stoop to that level. I ate it, I was hungry, I went back to the kitchen, it was pretty similar to what I went in for. I usually come back for a baubau or when I'm told, but I don't hold it against you, I eat it at home

03/06/2025: I came back here today after being there a few years ago because of my positive memory! Rice dish with meat and vegetables fantastic and abundant; special mention for the juices they offer, really very good!
