Osteria Tajoli In Milano

Very good place! Generous and real Italian food, nice wine and service. 100% recommended

The Tajoli tavern was recommended to us by a friend as traditional Lombard cuisine and so it was. Excellent food, good quality/price. The girls at the service are really good, helpful and kind. The only flaw I found is the room, very small. Anyway, I recommend it!

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review. Atmosphere: the venue has seats inside, seats in a sort of closed veranda with panels and seats outside. They placed us on the veranda but when we booked by phone they didn't inform us of this, I would have liked to have known. We were so close together that it was like being with those at the table next to us who were Russian, so it was my first Russian Easter! Jokes aside, the tables are typical garden metal ones, small, uncomfortable, ours even wobbled. Service: friendly staff, easy-going service, normal for a tavern. Food: good risotto, good cutlet although I don't contemplate the choice of serving it with rocket and cherry tomatoes, more or less good mondeghili while I didn't like the ossobuco, it seemed boiled and the meat was stringy. Small portions in relation to the price, the mondeghili smaller than a walnut, the risotto 2 spoonfuls. Bill: €76 for a portion of modeghili, a portion of risotto with ossobuco, a cutlet and two glasses of wine. Exaggerated especially due to the uncomfortable location. Someone will say: "but it's a tavern!" Exactly! I accept everything but I want to pay less. They also work in shifts and at the time you book, your table is not ready but you have to wait for them to free it and clean it but then they are fast with the service. I wasn't happy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent quality food, prepared with high quality raw materials. Quick service and friendly waitresses. It's a strange mix of tradition and modernity, with a traditional setting and dishes, but with fresh and modern elements. Average prices for Milan. Very good quality, quantity and price ratio. The spaces leave a little to be desired, a little too narrow, with small and very close tables. Despite this I would happily return and will certainly recommend it!

Osteria davvero super, bell'arredamento, cordialità ma soprattutto ottimo cibo. Ritornato con la nuova gestione, si conferma l'osteria che era. Riviseterei un po' i dolci e gli spazi sulla e tra i tavoli, in 4 si stava un po' stretti. Prezzo nella media milanese. Guancia con polenta e gorgonzola superlativa, la consiglio!!!! Alla prossima!

Sono stato diverse volte e sono andato a colpo sicuro (pensavo) per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Ordiniamo più porzioni di mondeghili: fredde e dure (forse scaldate dalla sera prima). Risotto con funghi buonissimo e molto saporito, come pure quello alla milanese. Ossobuco invece molto gommoso e freddo all’interno. Stinco di maiale anch’esso freddo e con sapore un po’ di bruciato. Le patate al forno evidentemente riscaldate; fredde, mollicce, insipide. Ho trovato inoltre il servizio un po’ approssimativo e poco professionale. Prezzo onesto, 40€ a testa però questa volta è rimasto l’amaro in bocca.
