Osteria Tajoli In Milano

Great place, very good service and nice atmosphere, i found the rice of the risotto to be a bit undercooked after that I got used to it and liked the ossobuco.

The friendliest in the neighborhood! The casual atmosphere is perfect for both lunch (with a workers' menu) and dinner.

Had a delicious meal among the local Milanese. The restaurant and the service make you feel at ease quickly. The food arrived promptly, but not too fast.

I'll get to the point without further ado: A rough-hewn but very good place! The Milanese elephant ear was crispy, flavorful, and overall not at all heavy. If you can make a reservation for lunch on a spring afternoon, the outdoor seating (not too pretentious, mind you) is truly a gem. (Perhaps during the height of summer, it's better to sit inside with the air conditioning.) The interior has room for several tables, well-spaced out. The place is welcoming enough and not too noisy. But what I find amusing and interesting are the posters, paintings, and some of the furniture. Funny, irreverent, and ironic. While we waited for our appetizer, we searched/selected/hunted for the posters to read them all. If they don't make you laugh, they'll certainly make you smile. Bottom line? I recommend it if you want to eat well in a laid-back place with a hint of hipsterism, atypical of the Milanese scene. Aren't you tired of reading? I'll stop writing, but you can book 😁🤣

Great dinner with family, excellent food, but service could be improved. They didn't bring a spoon for the ossobuco (the next table did). We asked if there was a chocolate dessert and they said no, only to find out near the cash register that we were bringing chocolate/chocolate salami for another table. It's a shame, with a little more attention, they would have all been 5 stars.

We had lunch at Tajoli in Milan and had a fantastic experience. The staff is very polite and attentive, and truly cares about their customers. The atmosphere is small, cozy, and friendly, with a warm feeling reminiscent of grandma's house on Sundays. We immediately felt at home and will definitely be back!
