14/10/2025: Really nice cappuccino, tasty barley (orzo) coffee, fun to sit outside and enjoy the square/plaza. Very, very nice lady working at the store who helped us and also explained some about Italian espresso/coffee culture!

22/09/2025: Rude waiter. I asked to move two meters into the restaurant (the door was wide open) so as not to get wet in the downpour, and he chased me away, yelling. Avoid.

22/10/2025: Terrible food and the tables inside are cramped. There wasn’t enough space for a pizza and salad. Pizza was terrible and the salad not much better. Skip this place!

13/10/2025: I don't recommend this place: the servers were rude, the pizzas (admittedly not too expensive) were bad, the Buffalo salad was disconcertingly simple. In short, definitely avoid!

30/07/2025: Primero, la comida era deliciosa y a un precio justo, y el lugar es increíble para la gente ver y simplemente relajarse. ¡Pero! Tengo que decir, que el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue la mejor parte. Mi esposa y yo viajamos mucho y a veces, en lugares como Bellagio, tienes personajes esbozados que solo quieren tu dinero para una comida sobrecara. Este es un lugar encantador con agradables pies a la tierra y gente amable con buena comida. Gracias a ellos.

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.

15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it. Friendliness is a foreign word there. The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists. We recommend giving it a wide berth!

21/09/2025: It's "eat it all" but why did you take the order form? Is this some kind of tacit pressure to stop ordering before I even order? Not at all kind. The taste is barely acceptable and the price is barely acceptable.

20/09/2025: I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The dishes arrived hot, but unfortunately there were some very negative aspects. The dragon clouds were placed directly in a plastic bag, a decision I consider absolutely unhygienic. Furthermore, the chicken rice contained only chicken and carrots: no trace of the other vegetables one would expect, resulting in a rather disappointing and monotonous meal. A real shame, because with a little more attention to hygiene and preparation, the experience would have been much better.

31/10/2025: First of all they don’t let us get a seat. Food was cold and the service was bad. They need to improve.

12/10/2025: After our boat tour, my three friends and I decided to stop by Al Lungo Lago Pizzeria Ristorante for lunch since it’s conveniently located right across from the boat rental place. When I asked about truffle pasta, the older waiter or manager made a comment asking if I was rich — which came across a bit condescending. He also insisted that black truffle pasta is “garbage” and only white truffle is worth trying (neither of which are actually served at the restaurant). He even mentioned letting me try white truffle, but that never happened. Despite that awkward interaction, I decided to order the frutti di mare spaghetti, and it was absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the dish was very satisfying. Overall, while the food was great, the service could definitely be improved.

12/08/2025: Tout était fermé, nous avons donc été jusque là.. CATASTROPHE !! - les serveurs ne voient rien, j’ai dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour qu’on vienne prendre ma commande. - les pâtes étaient basiques mais pas de fromage ou un morceau de pain pour accompagner les plats. - les spritz étaient à moitié remplis et à mon avis coupés de moitié à l’eau L’attrape touriste dans sa splendeur, dommage car le cadre est super

03/08/2025: Due pizze surgelate …. Un panino da 7 euro scongelato con due 1 fette di crudo e 1 di formaggio . Da italiano direi scandaloso far pagare 7euro un panino con dentro niente . Va bene che entrano i turisti stranieri e da italiani dobbiamo approfittarci !! A quei prezzi si può fare cibo di qualità e anche gli stranieri sarebbero più contenti di tornarci Vergognoso

28/10/2025: So I think this is my first 2 star review ever…. We stopped here on the way back of the Greenaway de Lago walk (amazing!) as per the other reviews the lady was very friendly but charged 8EUROS for an ice cream, no prices anywhere and didn’t ask for the size etc, we had 2 affragatos at 7 euros each so 30 in total. Although I don’t mind spending, the whole thing felt very ‘scammy’ and underhand. I would AVOID…. (Icecream was ok, but not the best)

11/10/2025: We stopped for coffee and a treat here. The croissants looked good and the owner advised us that she makes them herself for we bought one chocolate and one plain. Both the coffees and croissants were great and priced reasonably.
