I reiterated that it was the same wrap as before. After you came back again, you told me it was still the right one. I showed the photo of what I wanted to order, but they told me that the piadina wasn't there and that it couldn't be the same as the photo, insisting that they were right. But this doesn't match what I ordered or what was shown on the menu.

Atmosphere is amazing, food was good, drink was fair, bill was ridiculously expensive but the real kicker was when time to go we asked them to get us a taxi and that’s when things got bad. Should be easy right, not with this place. A Maserati shows up not a taxi, thirty minutes late and they forced us to pay 160 Euros. A Uber was four minutes away and would have cost half that. We got hosed by a really fancy hotel concierge and his counterpart at the hostess stand!

03/01/2026: 1 because you can't put zero. New Year's Eve dinner, where to start... Appetizer, nothing special, but all good. First course: there are 6 of us adults, four paccheri and two ragù pasta dishes (from the children's menu) arrive. We ask for an explanation and are rudely told by a waitress, "Oh, gentlemen, that's how it went." After complaining, another plate of paccheri (I had to keep the ragù pasta) arrives with a side dish, "Here's for CAGACAZZI's table." While clearing the first courses, they order us to keep our cutlery because they don't have any for the second course (good practice everywhere), and the same waitress replies, "Don't complain, it's been like this for 12 years." The second course of fish arrives, we politely ask for lemon, and they reply, "Do you see lemons on other tables?" - none arrived. There is a basket of dried fruit and mandarins on all the tables, but it didn't arrive for us, so we ask for an explanation. The explanation: they brought their own (not even from the tourist information office). Dessert: passed the test without any particular insults. Coffee time: a waiter arrives with five coffees as ordered, but a man from another table approaches us while he's serving them and takes one away. Besides having eaten the pasta with meat sauce, I never received the missing coffee. When we said goodbye, the same waitress replied: GOODBYE AND NEVER AGAIN. If you ever find yourself at this restaurant, try to avoid the blonde waitress, who's definitely in the wrong profession, because not even animals are treated like that. If, on the other hand, you get the crazy idea of ​​booking a table at this restaurant, change your mind while you still can. The only positive note: the band. Happy 2026 (not to the waitress)

24/02/2026: I write this review with deep regret, being a regular customer at "Capriccio" in Grandate. Unfortunately, last night's experience (February 23, 2026) was so negative that we'll never return. We were greeted rudely upon arrival, but the most serious incident occurred at checkout. Despite not having been given a slip with our table number and order (a lack of organization on the part of the staff, not ours), the cashier reacted with unjustifiable arrogance. When we asked to pay by card, the response was an irritated exclamation: "Ehhh with card!!!! What!!!?" Such a tone and attitude are unacceptable in any public setting, especially towards those who frequent the establishment regularly. Despite my willingness to return to the table to verify the absence of the slip (which, in fact, had never been brought), the employee's rudeness continued. I would have expected this behavior from one of the young women working there, but instead these responses came directly from the only older woman working there. It's a real shame that the professionalism of a place is compromised by such unhelpful staff. You've lost two regulars, and if this is the standard approach to customers, I fear you'll lose many more.
