09/10/2025: The hotel is historic which I like, location was excellent, rooms and food were terrible. Service was good. They gave us a water kettle and tea bags when we asked for them.

08/10/2025: Friendly and keen to serve staff, fantastic location and a nice breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by frequent cockroach visitations in the bathroom!! It would have been at least a 4 star....

06/07/2025: Posto molto carino . Strada per raggiungerlo purtroppo davvero impervia soprattutto con moto da strada . Servizio attento e piacevole . Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione . Tutto buono tranne il vitello tonnato che era crudo e lo abbiamo avanzato . Ci è stato prontamente chiesto se volessimo sostituirlo, ma eravamo sazi . Un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente .

06/07/2025: Il posto è molto carino immerso nel verde. La strada per arrivare e un po' stretta ma percorribile. Il posto ha il potenziale, ma non è sfruttato al massimo, anzi neanche al minimo. Arrivati alle 20.30.... gli antipasti sono arrivati abbastanza in fretta, il prosecco è arrivato dopo che avevamo mangiato gli antipasti. I primi sono arrivati tutti separati. Tra l'altro abbiamo chiesto la pasta per i bimbi di 1 e 2 anni e ci hanno fatto i paccheri, va beh, nulla di grave in confronto al resto. Carbonara buona, risotto menta e burrata immangiabile, scotto, insipido..... La carne buona ma.... L'abbiamo chiesta più volte... Alla fine è arrivata alle 22.50, non capisco questa lunga attesa per una carne al sangue. I tavoli non sparecchiati. C'erano tre camerieri ma effettivamente uno solo era super operativo. Boh. Peccato.

16/02/2025: Ho messo una stella perché non si può mettere di meno per scrivere la recensione! Ci siamo fermati a pranzo e il fatto che il locale fosse deserto già ci aveva fatto insospettire. Il menù però sembrava invitante e comunque ormai avevamo chiesto la disponibilità di un tavolo: ordiniamo una porzione di spaghetti con le vongole (completamente privi di sale e totalmente insapori, tanto che per poterli mangiare abbiamo dovuto condirli con sale pepe e olio al peperoncino) da 13 euro, una porzione di fritto misto da 15 euro, una di patatine, un tè freddo e un caffè. Totale: 52 euro!!! Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi e stato fatto un riepilogo velocissimo - da cui ho capito che la bottiglietta di tè freddo da 500 ml costa 4 euro! - dopo il quale mi è stato buttato sul bancone un foglietto scritto a mano con l'ordinazione ma non i prezzi. Oltretutto per mangiare in un posto vetusto, freddissimo e maleodorante. Da starci alla larga! Peccato perché da fuori sembrava una vecchia trattoria di campagna. Non avevo voglia di discutere, quindi ho pagato e ce ne siamo andati ma ovviamente l'ho segnato nella lista nera

08/02/2025: A place that I thought was Italian but instead there are foreign girls cooking, let's leave that aside, practically the prices are sky high, I ate the carbonara, it was disgusting, I also ate the pizza with all the ash underneath but a lot of it though, and lastly the Florentine tart which still makes me vomit and they only charged me for a price of raw meat 45 euros, a place that even if I die I will go back and many who have eaten here know that everything is disgusting, without flavour or salt, 600 grams of meat for lunch 45 euros but not even what I earn in a day and yet still frozen inside enough to vomit

16/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Vichy Beach. The pinsa was generously topped with cheese, and the service was super friendly! The ambiance is perfect—especially in the evening, the lighting and music complete the atmosphere!

15/10/2025: I think this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life... I never leave a negative review, but honestly, the management needs to do something... Arriving for a McDonald's coffee in the morning around 11am, you have to queue up for your drinks, then queue up a second time on the other side of the restaurant if you've decided to get a bite to eat. No one is in place, you wait, wait, wait, the manager goes around in circles with the tickets, but nothing comes out of the kitchen, even though there aren't many of us... We're not talking about friendliness, OK, we don't speak Italian, but no one speaks to us at all. The toilets are disastrous, the door doesn't lock in the women's toilets, and the men's toilets are locked, and even if you enter the code, you can't get in. No one seems to care. In short, a very, very bad experience. There's work to be done to get things back on track.

14/09/2025: Manager not willing to hear out our inconvenience! It’s just money in their heads! We ordered food for 3, we pay but no receipt came out of the ordering booth! Card was not charged, so we considered the order has not been processed! We order from app, took the food and eat! Once we finished, we observed that money were payed from account for first order too! We went to staff to explain, but they say they can not do anything, because they already waste the food to garbage! We left with 28 euro spent on Mc Donald’s process failures, and no competent people to speak to! Disappointed about the treatment from the stuff from this branch! Food was the same delicios Mc!

04/09/2025: Really good pizza. I've grown fond of it. The owner makes the pizzas and delivers them. He's basically a jack-of-all-trades. I can't deny the slight delays in takeout, but you have to consider the man's commitment. He's also friendly, nice, helpful, and polite. It's always a pleasure to see him again (sorry if I make you go back and forth once a week, but it's because your pizza is really good 😁🫶🏻). The ingredients are high-quality. The toppings on the pizza could, in fact, be a bit more generous, and the size of the kebabs could be a bit larger. Otherwise, a real guarantee.

23/08/2025: I had a kebab pizza but it was not good. The kebab was raw. I would never go back to eat pizza again because even the general cleanliness of the counters and the shop was not fixed.

09/12/2025: We had a table reservation. We showed up a little early, and the staff kindly seated us. We ordered three burgers, a salad, and drinks after several attempts... No bread, no beer... In the end, only the fries and drinks arrived. There was an extra portion of fries we hadn't asked for, and the waitress pointed out that if they arrived, we'd ordered them. Obviously, that wasn't the case, so they sent them back to the kitchen. In the end, we waited two hours for three sandwiches. By the time we got up, exasperated, to leave, two of the three sandwiches arrived, but by then, patience was at an end, considering that people who had arrived after us were being served. While we were complaining to the manager, one of the waitresses accused us of not wanting the sandwiches, which had arrived anyway (after a good two hours). I feel sorry for the guys who work there, but disorganization reigns supreme. There's a lot of confusion and a lack of professionalism. The excuse of a holiday doesn't hold water. If you have a place in the center of Como, you have to know how to make it work, otherwise forget it. Better to focus on other, better-organized venues in the center.

08/12/2025: Terrible place, poor and late service, not very clean, and unfriendly staff. Highly not recommended. Terrible experience.

08/12/2025: We went yesterday afternoon for a snack. The guy who took the order was very kind and friendly, but when we went to the cashier we found a very grumpy and sulky girl. A smile wouldn't hurt.

07/12/2025: Terribly rude waiters. I hadn't been here for two years because the last time the service was terrible. Today: same.

19/07/2025: L'accueil est gentil mais ni le lieu ni les plats ne méritent vraiment le déplacement. Des pizzas et quelques plats sans grande saveur sur une terrasse sans vue sur le lac. Grande déception compte tenu des avis.

12/06/2025: Absolutamente una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido. Maravillosa ubicación al otro lado de la carretera del lago de Como. 4 platos que pedimos fueron limpiados. Prueba la Lasaña Boloñesa, Atún con verduras y el risotto - eran todos impresionantes.

19/10/2025: I saved myself by getting a really cute birthday candle; it looked like it was made entirely of tiny glitter. Needless to say, there are tons of sweets and so many options for gift-giving.

16/09/2025: A unique shop with limited staff, it offers a good variety of products at reasonable prices. At Christmas, there are a wide variety of panettone, and Easter eggs. It's well stocked with confetti and party favors, lots of candy, and gift wrapping. Plenty of parking.

29/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcome. Upon arrival, we were neither greeted nor were the pastries explained to us in a friendly or helpful manner. This made our visit very disappointing.
