28/05/2026: We came in for a quick two-course meal, but the experience was disappointing. The dining room had a strong musty smell and felt unclean. The staff was cold and unprofessional. The food was flavorless and the portions were poorly served, with the rice pasta served in a dish that was too small and uncomfortable. Not recommended.

29/03/2026: AUTHENTIC CHINESE restaurant. We've ordered 3 or 4 times at home, and today we were here for the first time and we'll be back! If you love authentic Chinese cuisine and atmosphere, go HERE!!! Small and intimate place 😍 I'm Italian and I've been eating Chinese food since I was in my mother's womb. The food here is good. High quality. Authentic flavors. More than fair prices. Friendly staff. Typical place. SUBLIME Chinese dumplings. A flavor you won't find anywhere else these days because almost all of them are closed. Think before going to modern places with inauthentic flavors and acting like a bad boy with a burnt palate. The superficiality that's worthless will only bother you. By the way, most of those who criticized don't even know their spelling. I'll open and close a parenthesis for the know-it-alls who left negative comments: - about the style, which they consider old: the place is typical, true to its style and origins, and that's a virtue, not a flaw. Here, you can feel and experience the culture. You'll never see a real Chinese person eating traditional food and drinking a cup of Kai Shui during their meal in a modern dive. If you like new, cold, and apathetic copycat places, go there; they don't serve uninformed palates. - about the fact that there are children doing their homework: real Chinese restaurants will always be like that; they're family restaurants, and people work and live in the workplace from birth to the moment they pass management on to their children, and criticizing a cultural style is rude and stupid. - about the fact that the lighting is dim: this is called atmosphere and is created both by the lights and by the typical Chinese-style walls, which, I repeat, is a must. The icing on the cake would be playing Chinese music. I strongly recommend this to the owners: preserve and protect your traditional cuisine, culture, and style, which are YOUR strengths and are worth GOLD!!! I would come and wrap up ravioli for free to learn your traditional recipe for how you make them so good, because these recipes MUST live on for generations! Losing them would be an insult to your tradition, which is special because it is authentic, delicious, and so heartwarming! P.S. Kudos to the lady in the dining room; she's probably our parents' age, and I know what it means to do this job, how physically and psychologically demanding it is. Congratulations for your kindness and tenacity! Full steam ahead!!!

19/08/2025: The pizza was okay. The wheat beer was great, though very expensive. The service was pleasant. The only downside was that after eating, I discovered a sign on the register saying: "No credit cards." However, I didn't have enough cash on me, and when I mentioned I needed to get cash from the parking lot to my car, the lady suggested paying by card...

31/10/2025: Great place for bikers to stop for ice cream, coffee, or sandwiches. I'm giving it 4 stars because €2 for a coffee outside is too much.

23/10/2025: The lady at the cash register is truly rude! Coke in a can costs €4. We asked for two plastic cups, she gave us one, and for the second she said no because "she has to save them for the others." Just look at the responses to the many negative reviews... and she'll respond to this one too... but it's clear she has nothing better to do... and that says a lot about the place. 🤣🤣🤣

28/10/2025: So I think this is my first 2 star review ever…. We stopped here on the way back of the Greenaway de Lago walk (amazing!) as per the other reviews the lady was very friendly but charged 8EUROS for an ice cream, no prices anywhere and didn’t ask for the size etc, we had 2 affragatos at 7 euros each so 30 in total. Although I don’t mind spending, the whole thing felt very ‘scammy’ and underhand. I would AVOID…. (Icecream was ok, but not the best)

11/10/2025: We stopped for coffee and a treat here. The croissants looked good and the owner advised us that she makes them herself for we bought one chocolate and one plain. Both the coffees and croissants were great and priced reasonably.

14/05/2026: €12 for two Spritzes paid in cash, €20 for two Spritzes paid by card. Also, the Aperol isn't original. The local police and NAS have been notified.

02/05/2026: Poor service, 4 euros for a coffee and a bad attitude for asking to use the bathroom.

07/12/2025: I've never encountered a more unwelcoming and rude person than the lady who works at this establishment. I hate to pass this judgment on the entire establishment even though we didn't order anything, but quite simply, we dared to approach two tables in the outdoor area (there were six of us with a stroller) and, after being ignored, when we asked to order, she rudely told us it wasn't possible, even though we'd saved them the trouble. It's incredible how some people work with the public.

08/04/2026: No courtesy, but €13.50 for a soy cappuccino (terrible), two lousy croissants, and a fruit juice. Not even a goodbye and thank you when you paid; I'll let you draw your own conclusions. AVOID!!!

05/04/2026: I visited this place two weeks ago and was thrilled. We ordered four pizzas: Capricciosa, Napoletana, Quattro Formaggi, and Quattro Stagioni, and were pleasantly surprised by both the price and the taste, especially the Quattro Formaggi. The coffee also had an extraordinary aroma. ​If we ever visit Como again, we will definitely stop at this restaurant again; it perfectly complemented our experience of the city. The service was also very pleasant; the waitress who served us was smiling throughout our stay. ​The only downside was that we couldn't try the affogato because they had run out of gelato. :( ​I highly recommend this place!

31/03/2026: One star because and I must believe that when dealing with customers, courtesy and kindness are fundamental because it is with customers that such a renowned shop makes profits. It costs so little but nowadays it is a rarity!

06/03/2026: Good desserts, but really unpleasant service. We bought several sweets (some expensive ones) as gifts and simply asked if it was possible to buy another paper bag from the store. I completely understand that it might not be possible to sell them, but the clerk immediately became irritated, repeatedly repeating that it was "impossible" and continuing to ask me, "Do you understand?" in a very rude tone. She could have simply said no politely. Instead, she offered "anonymous gift bags," without even the name of the store, which makes little sense for gifts. Furthermore, she made impolite gestures while explaining the matter. Too bad: when dealing with the public, a minimum of courtesy—especially with tourists—should be the foundation.

28/04/2026: Discusting! This is for suing, I am still thinking about suing the owner. We came for a tea the other day and we didn’t even came in the owner probably russian or ukraine started yelling at our group (people od 50 plus btw) and we were in shock, something about toilet and how we need spend 6 euros etc, then we ask what kind of tea they have and owner threw a basked with tea at me and my friend swearing at russian language why we even ask for that. We complained and owner and probably her daughter yeelled and sweard at us kicking us from bar, we thought she will kick us in face and we were scared. I am still in shock, please don’t go there and I hope this bar will one day be closed by police. First time this ever happened to me wow what a bad people.

11/05/2026: Now, I came to get a coffee, there was a foreign guy (Asian) who was really rude, I simply asked what was in the dessert and he answered very badly then I asked to stain the coffee with lactose-free, he answered me in a rude way telling me either normal or soy, but what the hell am I paying for, he's not giving me anything, my husband was shocked, really a badly educated guy, I'm a barista so the same job and I know when you are badly educated and when you are not

20/04/2026: Pizza and good sandwiches all from the oven. Leo Italiano is nicely positioned in the mall and offers a dining option, and a takeaway option.

15/12/2025: We're regulars, but they charged us full price for a 10-year-old. Even though the menu says a child pays 10/15, today they charged us €25.90 for three, excluding drinks.

05/11/2025: If you come to consume an all you can eat menu, it is the worst place to come and spend your money, almost 2 hours sitting at a table for 4 small courses... a disgrace!
