I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was very good, despite the limited menu. The place was clean and we were served in less than 5 minutes.

Convenient because it is located inside a small shopping center and has 2 gaming tables, despite being small the service is not always optimal

10:30 PM, after having a great meal with my six friends and spending about €60, I approach the counter. The divorced woman with two children throws away two slices of cake. My slightly "larger" friend wanted a slice of cake. Seeing her throwing it away, I approach her and ask if she can give me a slice. She arrogantly replies, "They're for sale, pay for it." I'm disappointed and pretend nothing happened. My "larger" friend had a low blood sugar and fainted. We're waiting for the ambulance. If only the frustrated woman had given us the cake, none of this would have happened.

Today (January 24), I encountered a somewhat awkward situation: when I ordered through the Deliveroo app, more than half of my order was missing. I contacted customer service and they refunded me, and the McDonald's employees also apologized for the mistake. After about an hour, I decided to reorder through Deliveroo and, immediately afterward, called the restaurant to politely ask them to check that everything was in order. The girl on the phone (unfortunately, I don't know her name) was very kind: she asked me for my order number and again apologized very kindly. After 10-20 minutes, the delivery driver arrived, and I also found a beautiful written message apologizing. It was a simple gesture, but one I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your kindness and attention to customers 🫶🏼

I give 5 stars for the service. The blonde Anastasia, smiling and very attentive to all customers, impressed me with her kindness. I give 5 stars for her service.

This was our first time at the McDrive. The guy who took our order was really good, positive, and kind, and he really put us in a good mood.
