24/05/2026: Welcoming location, but I can't say the same about the staff. The food is a bit subpar and the price is a bit high for the quality of the products. I wouldn't go back!

06/05/2026: I'd been here before and enjoyed it so much that I recommended it to my group. This time, however, since there were so many of us and it was a holiday, the experience was very different. I understand the difficulties of the service (I've been doing this job for years), but we were treated unprofessionally. We had booked for 10 but only 12 showed up: it was our mistake. I thought we could easily add seats at the head of the table, but the table already set for 10 was small and very narrow. When I politely requested (not a demand) for an extra chair to give us a little more space, I was rudely told that we needed to be patient. When ordering the set menu, there were errors despite our reports, resulting in annoyed responses from the waitress. A wrong dish was also delivered, and when we asked for an exchange, we were told we'd have to pay for it separately, even though we'd ordered eight bottles of wine, cake, and sparkling wine. Finally, the bitters were served in plastic cups, one of which had a hole in it, and initially they didn't believe it, they didn't even bother checking. It's a shame, because the place is worth it, but the service was terrible, and I won't be returning.

20/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant. The waiter was dismissive and rude throughout our visit, with no sense of basic hospitality. The food arrived lukewarm, which made the experience even worse. They also enforce a minimum purchase requirement to use the restroom. We saw staff refuse restroom access to a passerby unless they bought something. That policy is unusual, unpleasant, and worth knowing before you go. Overall, poor service, disappointing food temperature, and a customer-unfriendly atmosphere. I would not recommend it.

22/03/2026: An hour and twenty minutes for a first course, which was repeatedly requested. The rudeness of the owner is incredible. More people were returning the dishes which arrived late. Tables were drinking coffee on one side and waiting for the first courses on the other. I will never return.

03/01/2026: 1 because you can't put zero. New Year's Eve dinner, where to start... Appetizer, nothing special, but all good. First course: there are 6 of us adults, four paccheri and two ragù pasta dishes (from the children's menu) arrive. We ask for an explanation and are rudely told by a waitress, "Oh, gentlemen, that's how it went." After complaining, another plate of paccheri (I had to keep the ragù pasta) arrives with a side dish, "Here's for CAGACAZZI's table." While clearing the first courses, they order us to keep our cutlery because they don't have any for the second course (good practice everywhere), and the same waitress replies, "Don't complain, it's been like this for 12 years." The second course of fish arrives, we politely ask for lemon, and they reply, "Do you see lemons on other tables?" - none arrived. There is a basket of dried fruit and mandarins on all the tables, but it didn't arrive for us, so we ask for an explanation. The explanation: they brought their own (not even from the tourist information office). Dessert: passed the test without any particular insults. Coffee time: a waiter arrives with five coffees as ordered, but a man from another table approaches us while he's serving them and takes one away. Besides having eaten the pasta with meat sauce, I never received the missing coffee. When we said goodbye, the same waitress replied: GOODBYE AND NEVER AGAIN. If you ever find yourself at this restaurant, try to avoid the blonde waitress, who's definitely in the wrong profession, because not even animals are treated like that. If, on the other hand, you get the crazy idea of ​​booking a table at this restaurant, change your mind while you still can. The only positive note: the band. Happy 2026 (not to the waitress)

23/12/2025: I'm very angry. I ordered an €8 wrap, but the one you gave me is absolutely not the same as the photo. I made this clear to the staff. Then you came back into the store and brought me the same wrap as before, claiming it was new and the one I had ordered. This makes me feel mocked and disrespected. I reiterated that it was the same wrap as before. After you came back again, you told me it was still the right one. I showed the photo of what I wanted to order, but they told me that the piadina wasn't there and that it couldn't be the same as the photo, insisting that they were right. But this doesn't match what I ordered or what was shown on the menu.

10/10/2025: Disorganization at its worst. I waited at the counter to order. Three people were behind the counter, completely unorganized, each doing their own thing without ever checking in on the other customers. When someone finally noticed there were people waiting to order, they couldn't do so because someone else had to come to the table. During the entire time I was waiting, I observed that the order taker was only bringing drinks, not going to the new customers waiting. Other customers waiting at the tables outside were also annoyed by the service delay.

27/05/2026: So: I called, explained the pizzas three times, and they still delivered the wrong ones. Upon delivery, they gave me the wrong amount and pretended nothing had happened even though I'd called them. After 15 minutes, I had to call them back.

14/02/2026: Terrible experience... I think an hour's delay is unforgivable. Unfortunately, this is a situation that happens all too often. The unexpected happens, but it can't always be like this. We clearly won't take it here again.

08/12/2025: You call them at 5:00 PM, agree to home delivery at 6:45 PM, you call them at 7:06 PM to find out.... they tell you they're leaving, you tell them they can keep them (because they could have notified them) and they hang up on you!!!! How do you stay open!!!!!!

10/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here! Everything was freshly prepared, arrived quickly, and tasted wonderful. The service was friendly and attentive – we'd love to come back!

23/02/2026: This restaurant unfortunately doesn't give a very honest impression. We were late, it was already after 2 pm, but the owner kindly served us. Unfortunately, only to rip us off. A bad lasagna (€14), an even worse parmigiana (€16) whose eggplant wasn't fresh. Afterwards, no receipt, but a bill for €43. The reason given was the "coperto" (cover charge). We had ordered a 0.2-liter lemon soda, a cappuccino, and an espresso. I had even checked the reviews beforehand, but unfortunately not the "latest reviews." A mistake. There are so many good alternatives in the area!

17/05/2026: Treated us very bad at the entrance. Let us wait while other people just went in. Then one waiter told us "we well prepare a table".... While tables were free. One other couple waited behind us .... While again other people just went in and were seated. Conclusion: Just skip this place and enjoy the much more friendly ones close by.

13/12/2025: Zero is not allowed. 12/12/2025 Booked and confirmed 2 weeks in advance, we arrive, door open, dark and cold, no one present. On the phone they deny the reservation, a terrible impression with the guests. There is a limit to everything, even decency. You are pitiful.
