La Pergola Hotel Restaurant In Bellagio

Friendly and welcoming staff. The room we had was fine, no complaints. The breakfast itself was nothing more than standard (good coffee, though), but the view you eat next to! Wow! Other places in Bellagio just can't compete with that

Very friendly staff, cheap compared to the rest of the hotels, nice rooms, but without air conditioning, but with a ceiling fan. Nicely clean. Quite okay pillows, and the possibility of adding a blanket and duvet if needed. The breakfast is quite indifferent. Small selection of yogurt with toppings, bread, some fruit. Croissant which is quite dry. Not fantastic, but the view was simply fantastic. Right on the water. I would like to come back to this hotel if I have to visit Bellagio again. Especially because it is a little away and peaceful from the more touristy part of the city.

The best about this place is a views from the room, if you have lake view room. Its also place to come and relax. However - location is too far and to get in and out, you are walking 87 un even steps up and down every time with about 200 ft elevation. The restaurant not working, may be in July- August?? Nothing around to eat, have to go up the stairs to the city. There is small sandwiches place close by. We saw people eat on the weekend, and when ask, the front desk said, yes, we have bar and food on the weekends only. Why not give this information to your guests? We were looking for dinner arrangements every evening!!! No elevators. Good wifi. Clean. The staff behave like they don't want you there. We ask for taxi - the lady at the front desk didn't even called. Said - no available, (she did help us with ferry time couple of days before, after we asked her again and again to check ferry times). We called taxi ourselves and got a ride in 5 minutes. Breakfast pretty good, but if you want eggs, its extra charge. Overall, the staff gives you very unwelcome felling. We came to relax, stayed 5 night, so we were expecting a little attention, especially for hotel so far from the center.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Pergola Bellagio Hotel. The view from the lake view room is sensational. Comparing the price with other hotels in the area, it is value for money. They offer free continental breakfast which is served in the lovely veranda by the lake, it is so good and easy. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are new and have been refurbished. The building itself was built in 1700s and has loads of character. The reception and staff were friendly, and helpful even some were able to speak limited English. The lady from reception helped us book a taxi for to the ferry station which was very helpful as getting Uber and taxi is quite difficult in Bellagio due to limited numbers and high demand. There is a 15min walk to the town centre, and its steps up and down, so be prepared. I could name a few things that could have been better: -the curtains in the room in NOT blockout, so sunlight comes in every morning. -there is no in-room tea/coffee facilities. -breakfast is served only from 8am to 9:30, which I think it would have been better if they started serving from 7am so people can eat and get out for their day. All in all, a great experience. Thank you 😊
