01/04/2024: I went there to get a bottle of water but a gentleman said it opened at 5. they arrive at 5 and he doesn't open the door for me and also sends me to hell with lots of insults. and he threatened us by saying he would call the police and he came to blows with another guy.

28/07/2024: Parto con la premessa che non sono solita a pubblicare recensioni,soprattutto quando sono negative perché spiace sempre dare pareri e giudizi negativi soprattutto riguardanti il cibo che è abbastanza soggettivo. Purtroppo,in questo caso,credo che non si stia più parlando di gusti o piaceri ma di obiettività. Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante ieri sera,5 adulti,piatti serviti e impiattati male,scarsa qualità,quantità al di sotto di ristoranti gourmet(che concedo solo a stellati),vino caldo,bicchieri del vino rosso sbagliati. Naturalmente ho fatto notare la situazione al gestore che mi si è scusato ed è stato molto gentile. Punto a favore la gentilezza.

11/08/2024: The food was very average, pizza with few toppings, no information about the surcharge charged for outdoor seating, additional problems with communication with the staff, incorrect summing of bills, dry bread served as a snack. I don't recommend it.

26/05/2024: One word disorganization. I have worked in catering for many years and I have never seen such a poorly organized environment. Guys annoyed given the conditions the owner didn't speak the language and was very rude both to us and to the staff. We sat for two hours, poor quality food and bad presentation but the real problem was the owner. I recommend going to a restaurant if you are hungry and short on time. If they don't want to close it would be a good idea to wake up. I repeat friendly but stressed staff

05/08/2024: First visit for a drink, tasty limoncello sprits with a complementary bar snack. Beautiful square next to the boat stop. Great view to the lake and the hils. We had several good drinks and dinners, and the staff was lovely! They are friendly and helpfull to the food allergy we have (shellfish) special thanks to Gerardo. You are a great host! 02/08/2024: Extremely rude staff! I wanted to have a drink so I sat down. I waited 15 minutes so I asked if I could order. The waiter said to order with his other colleague so I waited 10 more minutes. Then I saw his colleague helping other guests (that arrived way later than me). So I asked the manager: hi can I ask you something? He said: NO, don’t talk to me, talk to my colleagues and he just walked away. Other guests looked at me while this happened (because he was very loud) and I felt so embarrassed. Honestly I am very uncomfortable and upset. I left without getting the chance to order something.

19/08/2024: The fried food is very good, dry and crunchy (some people like it), only the restaurant needs to be modernized for a moment, the service is kind and helpful, the chef, just one piece of advice: the carbonara is better to respect the original recipe.

06/08/2024: Very slow service, took us 2hs to have to have the meal. The metal bottle of Coca-Cola is €5. I saw other tables been completely about the dishes.

20/07/2024: Very good food that wasn't expensive. Today I have grilled vegetables with gratinated cheese as a starter. It was excellent! Afterwards I ate a lasagna alla Bologne. This also tasted excellent and the portion was really big. Lasagna costs €16. I recommend this bistro. The outside seating and inside are very modern and comfortable. Greetings Ruben

06/06/2024: I come to this bar often and I usually don't have a bad experience. However, today my experience was very disappointing. I ordered an Aperol Spritz, which I usually pay 6 euros for, but this time I was charged 8 euros. It seemed that the staff took advantage of the fact that we were a group of young people, perhaps thinking that we were awkward and easily fooled. I find this incorrect behavior towards customers unacceptable. I hope that the management takes action to prevent incidents like this from happening again in the future

17/08/2024: Simple but good food, there are not many dishes but all of them well made, indisputable quality and guaranteed satisfaction. Really excellent prices in relation to the quality and quantity. Well !!

12/04/2024: I probably came at the wrong time. I went in to get a drink but after 10 minutes without a presence at the bar I left.

03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.

05/07/2024: I've never been served such a sad dish at restaurant.... My son of 12 can cook better. I'll let the picture speak for itself: dry fish ( had to be cod but was definitely not)with a crust around, which is much tastier from the freezer in the supermarket and some hot vegetables without any seasoning. Nothing of salt & pepper or olive oil as you had to ask for this separately.

15/08/2024: I told the manager that the milkshakes were too little but the manager ignored me and never answered me again and then I paid 1.90 for the milkshake
