28/12/2025: We had dinner with friends. The place was down-to-earth, and the staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming. We ate very well; the meat was excellent, as were the appetizers. The price was very competitive.
21/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues, simple atmosphere. The owner was friendly and the waitress was very helpful and cheerful. The food was good, reasonably priced.
I'd gladly return.

11/10/2025: 5-star luxury? At Uncle Pippo's Shack Osteria, these things don't happen. €52 for two drinks, and we were served an aperitif with this spoon. I was both indignant and disgusted at the same time. It's out of the question to find these things in a place that claims to be 5-star luxury.
On the verge of calling the NAS, I left with €50 less and feeling nauseous, because I realized afterwards that the spoon was dirty, even though I was using it at the beginning!!! DON'T GO THERE.

30/12/2025: A very serious and unacceptable experience.
We sat at a table and ordered hot chocolates. While I was drinking mine, I witnessed something that literally put me off: at the next table, customers who had just left were clearing away, and there was some unfinished hot chocolate left in a cup. The barista, instead of throwing it in the sink, poured the remaining chocolate directly into the hot chocolate machine, then washed the cup as if nothing had happened.
This behavior completely violates all hygiene and common sense. After seeing something like that, it's impossible to trust what's being served. I won't be returning and I strongly advise against the place.
27/12/2025: We were there last night, and the aperitivo was incredibly expensive for what they offered. The staff should change jobs. The customer pays, and in this case, it's incredibly expensive, even for a modicum of courtesy!
The bathroom is worse than a service station. It's definitely the customers' fault, but for a place like this, the staff should be checking and cleaning. There wasn't even any toilet paper.

27/02/2026: I don't know if the photos of how I received the pizza are clear... I opened it and the three slices of salami were stuck to the cardboard, glued together by the cheese.
I called to complain and they told me they'd bring it to me in an hour and a half 😂😂😂 Absurd......... Mostly even paying in advance and.... hanging up on me as if it were my fault..... that I couldn't eat with my family that evening because someone had made a mistake and couldn't immediately correct their mistake...
They even told our family not to call again... I feel humiliated... (the bottom under the mozzarella even had a hole in the base dough, if you can see 🤨)
Rude.....
31/01/2026: Potentially good pizzas, but out of eight, seven were slightly undercooked. It's a shame, as some people didn't finish their pizza for fear of getting sick.

I called to order and was answered with rare rudeness. After an hour of waiting, I called back to check on the delivery, and to add insult to injury, the person, still very rude, arrogantly claimed I'd never called. Crazy management and RUDE staff!! If you want a stress-free dinner, order elsewhere.

Very large dining room with numerous tables.
Even though we had already decided on our menu in advance, the first course arrived after two hours, so some of us skipped the second course. That said, the food was good and the service excellent, with the waiters being truly friendly and helpful.
27/10/2025: Good food and a beautiful location overlooking the lake, but the service could definitely be improved. In our case, lunch turned into an interminable wait: appetizers arrived after an hour, first course after two, and second course almost three hours after our arrival. No explanation, just a vague sense of disorganization. Medium-high prices for an experience that felt more like a never-ending wedding reception than a restaurant meal. It's a shame, because the place really has potential.

06/03/2026: A quiet place with excellent service. I ordered gluten-free food, and the man was very kind and knowledgeable. I ordered pasta for a change, and he surprised me with a pizza topped like a gluten-free focaccia! The portions are very, very large.

10/11/2025: We were pleasantly surprised to find this place in the center of Lenno after visiting Villa del Barbianello. The owner was kind and welcoming, and the local dishes were tasty and plentiful. We had a great time.
05/10/2025: The outdoor seating was welcome, but perhaps with dimmer lights? 😍
We loved the local vibe, and the food was delicious.
Our friend was able to watch a local soccer game with some townsfolk 🤩😁

29/07/2025: Dinner with about fifteen friends. The appetizer platter was excellent and plentiful. The pizza was truly exceptional, with a perfectly soft and crispy crust; you can tell they took great care in choosing the right flours. The place wasn't crowded, and the service was friendly and quick. We had a lovely evening. The price was fair. We'll be back soon.
08/07/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch.
I opted for a main course with a side dish and a quart of draft wine.
The steak (as pictured) was half-burned and tough... that happens.
The focaccia bread was stale... I asked the waitress about it and she said... yes, I noticed 😳.
All for the modest sum of €16! (€4 for a quart of draft wine? That's €16 a liter?)
