03/08/2025: I wanted to make a reservation for lunch today. My phone was dead. I booked elsewhere.
I stopped by the restaurant anyway to see if the phone problem was temporary or to possibly get a new contact for a future reservation.
I was treated very rudely by the lady setting up the tables outside, despite my extreme kindness in asking
for explanations.
Good manners, in this circumstance, were completely lacking.
Luckily, the valley is full of businesses where you're greeted with a smile.
If the phone stays off, it really won't be a problem for me.

01/05/2026: Historic pub. It's a shame the appetizer snacks vary from table to table. I got chips, while the table across the way got sandwiches.

The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to recommend quality drinks and pairings. The cocktails are creative and well-balanced, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The selection of coffees and snacks is also excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality. An ideal place to socialize or enjoy a relaxing moment.

02/05/2026: Unfortunately, the most disappointing meal of our Lake Como trip. I ordered the gnocchi, which tasted like something that could easily be replicated with supermarket ingredients, nothing special about it. The hospitality was equally underwhelming, and to top it off, the bread basket arrived with a half-sliced piece of bread that was clearly left over from another table. Not the experience you’d hope for.
02/05/2026: I dont know about the other dishes, but do not order chicken cutlet on the menu. Very underwhelming portion for the price. Tiramisu was a bit watery. Service was okay.

01/05/2026: It's a tourist trap; they grab your hand to make you eat. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I ordered a Milanese cutlet that wasn't cooked; the chicken was raw. My family ordered a Caesar salad that wasn't either. Just chicken and lettuce! I definitely do not recommend it!

07/01/2026: I bought two clouds on January 2nd and was assured they were fresh that day. I ate them the next day with relatives and they were at least a week old... I know the product very well; I've been buying it for at least 20 years at all Beretta stores, depending on where I am.
I've never found the product that old. But what really makes me angry is the mockery of telling me it was fresh that day. During holidays and lockdowns, it might not be fresh, but just say so and I won't buy it.
I made a bad impression on people who were trying the product for the first time.
There's no point in putting an ingredient sticker dated January 2nd...
I hope it doesn't happen again...
04/11/2025: €14.90 per kg for a Swiss braid, since it wasn't fresh, you could tell the customers and charge half if they want to buy it, you scammers

02/04/2026: It's not the first time I've stumbled upon this pizzeria by accident... I ordered a pizza that arrived burnt and inedible, and I could hear constant noise from the kitchen!! ... I don't think I'll be back again.

30/12/2025: A very serious and unacceptable experience.
We sat at a table and ordered hot chocolates. While I was drinking mine, I witnessed something that literally put me off: at the next table, customers who had just left were clearing away, and there was some unfinished hot chocolate left in a cup. The barista, instead of throwing it in the sink, poured the remaining chocolate directly into the hot chocolate machine, then washed the cup as if nothing had happened.
This behavior completely violates all hygiene and common sense. After seeing something like that, it's impossible to trust what's being served. I won't be returning and I strongly advise against the place.
27/12/2025: We were there last night, and the aperitivo was incredibly expensive for what they offered. The staff should change jobs. The customer pays, and in this case, it's incredibly expensive, even for a modicum of courtesy!
The bathroom is worse than a service station. It's definitely the customers' fault, but for a place like this, the staff should be checking and cleaning. There wasn't even any toilet paper.

Very large dining room with numerous tables.
Even though we had already decided on our menu in advance, the first course arrived after two hours, so some of us skipped the second course. That said, the food was good and the service excellent, with the waiters being truly friendly and helpful.
27/10/2025: Good food and a beautiful location overlooking the lake, but the service could definitely be improved. In our case, lunch turned into an interminable wait: appetizers arrived after an hour, first course after two, and second course almost three hours after our arrival. No explanation, just a vague sense of disorganization. Medium-high prices for an experience that felt more like a never-ending wedding reception than a restaurant meal. It's a shame, because the place really has potential.
