The view alone is absolutely worth the visit, but what really made the difference was the extremely courteous staff, always kind and helpful. Excellent cocktails and delicious appetizers. Recommended!

The pizza was mediocre. The lasagna was soggy. The pasta was just okay. We suggested splitting the bill, but they refused.

A few days ago we went up on the funicular and when we got off there was this bar with incredible views of Como and the lake. We ordered Aperol and soft drinks, but since it was cloudy and they said it was going to rain, they served them in plastic cups, which don't taste the same. I asked them to please give us a glass, and the manager rudely refused, even though they were serving pitchers and glasses at other tables. So we didn't enjoy the drinks as much as we'd hoped, and since they were expensive, they would have been better.

Even though the menu does not cater for my wifes allergies, the waitress and Chef went beyond to make sure she had a meal. Thankyou Carol, you made it a 5 star experience.

30/03/2026: The pastry shop is located across from Lake Como. We had a proper Italian coffee and the pastries were all exquisite. The owners provided excellent service and the view was unique.
01/01/2026: I went to this bar today for breakfast with friends and it was a truly pleasant experience. Creamy, well-made cappuccino, with beautiful latte art, and fragrant, delicious croissants, also carefully presented. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for starting the day in good company. The service is kind and attentive. A place I'll definitely return to for another breakfast ☕🥐
