11/10/2025: This hotel is not as advertised. There is no air conditioning in the offseason. If known prior to booking I would have made reservations at a different accommodation. However this was not communicated in person or online. Our room was at 26 degrees Celsius (79 Fahrenheit) in October which is not acceptable with no circulating air. I placed my complaint with that staff and they assure this would be corrected. However it was not. We were told to open the window (that does not fully open) and to use the fan and that most guests prefer 23 degrees Celsius which is not what it is set at. I will be requesting a full refund due to the fact that there is no air conditioning available during the off season despite advertised amenities. For an accommodation located at the “pearl of the lake” I expected more. Especially considering the price. Save you efforts and book elsewhere.

23/03/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. What should have been a nice meal with friends turned into a frustrating and dishonest situation. First of all, we were charged different coperto (service fees) at the same table — some of us were charged €2, others €4, with no explanation. This already raised concerns about transparency. Then things got worse. We were served a small Coca-Cola, but charged for a large one. When we pointed this out, it was clear that the price on the bill did not match what we actually received. On top of that, one of the dishes we ordered was incorrectly entered into the bill as a completely different (and significantly more expensive) item. When we approached the staff to calmly clarify these discrepancies and asked for a correction, we were met with an incredibly rude and aggressive response. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, staff members started raising their voices and dismissing our concerns, saying “it’s only one euro” — completely ignoring the fact that this was about honesty and fair treatment, not just the amount. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but dishonesty and disrespectful customer service are inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to carefully check their bills if they decide to visit — and frankly, I would not recommend this place at all.

15/04/2026: An open buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, sushi, fruits, desserts, and drinks 👌👌 My favorites were the shrimp, various fish and seafood dishes, and desserts. There were also many salads and pasta options 👌👌

14/04/2026: I often go with my parents to this all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. I really love sushi and it's really good here. There's a bit of everything: starters, meat and fish main courses, and desserts. There's something for everyone. There's also a playroom for children and ample parking.

23/09/2025: A very cozy and pleasant café! The staff was very friendly and the service quick and attentive. The food was delicious and the house wine delightful. We were there with our dog and stroller – everything was easily accommodated. Overall, very tasty and reasonably priced.

11/09/2025: A truly unique restaurant that I wouldn't want to miss. Everything was great from start to finish. I loved it. There's plenty of parking nearby. Unfortunately, the restaurant will be closing its doors forever at the end of September 2025.

28/03/2026: We were invited to a friend's birthday party and were pleasantly surprised. Both savory and sweet pizzas were delicious. The staff was young and friendly, and the atmosphere was spacious. Highly recommended.

21/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We went for a pizza tour, but in reality, we saw very little pizza. Few options were offered, and neither savory nor sweet pizzas were ever brought to our table. The most absurd thing is that it wasn't just our problem: the entire restaurant complained about the same thing, so the staff was perfectly aware of the situation. When it came to the bill, even though it was clear the service hadn't been up to par, they only took the cost of water off our bill. A decidedly inadequate gesture considering what had happened. It's a shame, because the idea of ​​a pizza tour is nice, but handled this way, it really makes no sense. I don't recommend it.

17/03/2026: Passing by chance, I stopped for a sudden craving for ice cream... Given the time of year (March), I found only a few flavors, and the lovely waitress let me try their "Colomba" flavor 🕊 I was a little skeptical about these "new" flavors, but as soon as I tasted it, I was amazed by its deliciousness!! It truly felt like eating a slice of this Easter dessert... I've never tried it at any other ice cream shop, and I've seen so many in my travels. PS: Naturally, it's homemade.

30/11/2025: Custom cakes and pastries, privately customized, straight from the Arabian Nights! I remember a few years ago, my then-girlfriend was stunned by the creativity with which the cake was created. Her friends and relatives were captivated by the creativity with which it was created. The price, however, makes it worthwhile, even if it's easy to digest, while also increasing its quality. Congratulations!

16/04/2026: Everything was perfect. We went for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. The place is beautiful and the food is top-notch. I chose the full menu (paccheri with swordfish, seared tuna with seasonal vegetables), including water and bread, for €35 for two. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

28/03/2026: Location... Family style small hotel with a strong 90s vibe to it. Basic breakfast. Rooms are old but exceptionally clean. You are literally on the lake! The restaurant next door is the best food in miles radius.

13/10/2025: Fixed-price lunch (€14 for a first course, second course, side dish, water or 1/4 cup of wine, and coffee), a varied menu, and good quality food. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and the staff is courteous and prompt. Well done.

17/03/2026: I arrive at Como for work in the morning and usually stop by for a coffee and a croissant. Normally I order at the counter, but this time the staff let me order at a table, which was great. As for the cappuccino today, there was so much foam that there was hardly any coffee in the cup, which wasn't the case before. I think I might need to find a different cafe next time.
