17/01/2026: In my experience, the place is very poorly organized. To get a dish, you have to wait about 10 minutes... I arrived at 12:00 and left at 1:46. An hour and a half for exactly 7 dishes... I don't recommend it.

07/01/2026: The service was disappointing and slow, starting with the fact that you can only order three dishes per person, but only if you order them directly from the waitress. We also had to ask several times to order the next portion, and each time the waitress called her colleague to take the order. Relatively fast, but the first round of dishes arrived cold. The quality wasn't excellent, and the menu itself included many dishes that cost extra, which are included in the dinner price, and it wasn't always clear that the dish had an extra cost (we went for a holiday lunch). In the end, we didn't eat much, and the quality wasn't great. There was a long wait to order, then a wait for the dishes we'd ordered, and then another wait for the waitress to arrive to take the next round of orders. Not to mention the tables were dirty and caked on at 12:30.

07/02/2026: They don't have whole wheat pizza dough, and when it arrived, besides being quite small, it was also quite burnt. The service was quite good, except for the fact that they forgot to bring a bottle of water and took away my girlfriend's unfinished bread without asking. The place is nice, but from what I could see, it doesn't seem to be up to standard, as the emergency exit is blocked by a LARGE TABLE. The restroom is clean, although very small. I'll conclude this review by saying that if you're looking to have a bad night, eating poorly and risking your life in the event of some sort of accident (such as a fire), then Luna Rossa is the place for you.

10/01/2026: An absolutely surreal and unacceptable experience, an evening I wouldn't wish on anyone. We arrived at the restaurant 45 minutes late, solely because it's practically impossible to find on maps (a delay we notified the restaurant). Once there, we were seated in a small room where a birthday party was taking place with about 30 people and music was playing at extremely loud volumes, a fact never disclosed when we booked. We immediately asked to be moved to the next room, which was much quieter, but were initially denied. At our table, we also found appetizers already served before our arrival, which we hadn't ordered, without anyone having informed us of the set menu. At that point, we asked to speak to the owner, who arrived visibly annoyed and briskly told us that it was possible to change rooms, making a hand gesture that clearly implied "follow me or leave." This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable for anyone who works in contact with the public. Given the situation and the behavior, we decide to leave. It doesn't end there: we are chased inside the restaurant, where we again explain the absurdity of the situation and why we prefer to leave. Once we leave, while we're simply looking for another place to eat, we are chased a second time by the owner, who starts yelling in the street. Only after we ask her to tone it down does she claim that we "misunderstood" and that the gesture simply meant to indicate a change of room. In our opinion, the gesture was all too clear. The situation escalates further: about ten birthday guests chase us to the car, open the doors, threaten us, spit on the car, and hurl gross insults at us. Ten people against two, with a total lack of respect and civility. A very serious, intimidating, and illogical experience that goes far beyond a simple negative review. The restaurant and staff are completely out of control, an evening to forget and, in our opinion, worthy of a criminal complaint.

29/12/2025: Always a sure thing! Traditional, home-cooked food, plenty of wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

12/04/2026: Very nice location, we stayed 2 years ago. They apparently no longer welcome children: their website doesn't list them, and asking directly would be exorbitant. Same room, same conditions, for two adults €267; for two adults + one 4-year-old and one 8-year-old €460 (sofa bed and children's spa kit not available)... Just write "adults only" and you'll look better.

11/04/2026: We spent a few days at Tenuta de l’Annunziata and had a rather disappointing, mixed experience overall. Our rating is definitely leaning towards 2 stars, and we wouldn't book the hotel again. I can't understand why the hotel still has some positive reviews. The location is definitely a highlight: very quiet and idyllic, situated between Lake Lugano and Lake Como – perfect for relaxing. The grounds themselves are well-maintained and clean, and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The spa area is also lovely. Free parking is available, and we especially appreciated the option of having breakfast outside. Unfortunately, several aspects significantly marred our stay. The staff seemed very impersonal, and we repeatedly felt that international guests were given less attention due to language barriers and the staff's limited English skills. The service was inattentive – you had to actively seek out a second cup of coffee at breakfast. Breakfast itself was disappointing: a very limited selection, heavily focused on sweets, with hardly any healthy options. The scrambled eggs were also rather runny and not very appetizing. Further points of criticism: The outdoor pool was closed despite an outside temperature of around 24 degrees Celsius, which we found incomprehensible. The shower was also cold in the morning. The small, single-use packages for the toiletries don't seem particularly sustainable either. A coffee machine is available in the room, but the price of €5 per capsule is outrageously high. Overall, it's a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but the service and some details unfortunately don't live up to expectations.

12/04/2026: I ordered a fruit cake for six people in the morning and picked it up in the late afternoon. The lady at the counter delivered it to me already in the sealed package. I paid 42 euros!! I got home and opened the package and realized that instead of a classic fruit cake made with shortcrust pastry, it was made only with sponge cake! I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! 42 euros for a cake that was worth 15! Fruit cake is made with SHORTCRUST PASTRY! Never again!

24/02/2026: Excellent pastry shop with quality desserts. The cream puffs are excellent. A must try.

04/03/2026: A farmhouse surrounded by greenery and boasting spectacular views. Refined cuisine and a welcoming, rustic, and elegant atmosphere. Ideal for any occasion, from a dinner with friends to a wedding.

26/12/2025: UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE SERVICE I went to a restaurant for dinner with colleagues. A pregnant friend of mine, who is intolerant to peppers, was treated rudely: she found peppers in both her appetizer and main course (which caused intestinal discomfort the next day), and she also found the meat undercooked, despite having emphasized that she was pregnant. Moreover, after my friend's valid complaint, the waiter suggested she "go to the restaurant around the corner." This was unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid (€40 per person), and that they charged her even though she hadn't eaten anything in the end.

27/03/2026: The perfect place for a quality aperitif with branded wines or selected from a list of excellent Italian wines. It's also an excellent location for a business lunch or a dinner with friends, with excellently prepared hot dishes paired with wines from the wine list. All this in a convivial and fun atmosphere, enhanced by the helpful and attentive staff.

24/03/2026: I've been here a couple of times in the morning for breakfast and it felt right at home... Giulio is super nice and great at handling even the most annoying customers! Even though it's small, the place is really cute and clean, with so many different types of pastries. It's a shame I live so far from this place... anyway, I'll definitely be back. I really found myself in a very welcoming place and I even had a lot of laughs, which doesn't happen very often in the bars I've been to lately!!! Giulio's partner is also great, she's frank and direct! 👏👏👏

02/02/2026: 897 views from December 2, 2025, to February 2, 2026, for my review of a restaurant that has now closed and therefore lacks any real gastronomic information. I want to believe that these were people who, like me, care deeply about "La Moltrasina" for what it was and what it will be. Even though it is a profane place, crossing the threshold was like entering a magical place, peculiar to a reality far more attractive than a renowned "resort." The five stars are a testament to trust in the Cooperative and the many associations that support it, who will work for the best. Unity in diversity and Forward to Rebirth.

22/01/2026: I ate at Trattoria La Moltrasina and had a truly excellent experience. The restaurant is located on the lakeside, in a stunning location that makes the meal even more enjoyable. Everything is delicious, from the typical cuisine to the traditional dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The portions are generous, as you'd expect from a true trattoria, and the price is more than fair for the quality and location. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, perfect for enjoying authentic cuisine without frills. In short, a highly recommended place for a good meal on the lake and a truly satisfying meal. It's a shame it's now closed.

04/02/2026: We recently went for dinner and overall the experience was pleasant. The pizza dough is light and well-leavened, with good-quality ingredients. The service was also friendly and fairly quick, despite the place being quite busy. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quiet, unpretentious dinner. A few details could be improved, but overall it's a decent pizzeria!

31/01/2026: I was there last night, terrible service, an hour's wait for a pizza, the pasta with beans and provola was terrible, they didn't even offer us a bottle of liquor to apologize for the wait. I'll never go there again! I'd rather go to Mc Donald's.

06/04/2026: I'm giving two stars for the kindness and hospitality of the girls, but unfortunately the ice cream is really low quality, rubbery and flavorless, I had to throw it away. My criticism is intended as constructive criticism because, given the high quality of the nearby ice cream shops, the future is doomed.

14/02/2026: Very well located, close to the lake. Very friendly stuff, they found is a table even though it was crowded. In winter pretty cold inside. Good food but not excellent.

11/02/2026: All the reviews said they cater to gluten free but when we got there he said there was only gluten free risotto. This might be because of winter but the guy told us no one further down had gluten free when in fact the next open restaurant had plenty of options.
