18/05/2024: Having stopped the date for a baptism, I arrive to order what I would need. We were not told, neither me nor my mother-in-law, that orders were not taken on Saturdays because she has deliveries. The time he wasted looking at the diary and telling us that he wasn't taking orders and that he would have done everything already. I wouldn't waste time coming there with a six month old baby if I had the information like she kept claiming!! Plus the gentleman, I think her husband who criticized me for how I was dressed.
I'm shocked. Months ago to block the date I hadn't been treated so badly!!! That's no way to do it!!
I can't say anything about the food yet since I haven't tried it yet...
14/05/2024: Mrs. Alletto prepared vegetarian foods for me which were greatly appreciated by my sister-in-law who came from Friuli!

21/06/2024: Io e mio marito siamo stati in questo locale qualche anno fa e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la scorsa settimana ci siamo ritornati e abbiamo trovato una situazione disastrosa, pulizia questa sconosciuta! Locale semivuoto, tempi di attesa pazzeschi, cameriera supponente, è finita che ce ne siamo andati senza cenare... state alla larga!!

19/08/2024: Arriving somewhat by chance at this restaurant one afternoon after taking the funicular, we were very well received and seated directly. We had carbonara, they were excellent for a fair price.

We ate a fish starter, a very delicious salmon pasta and a really good seafood pizza.

Ma il cameriere urlante, il servizio inesistente, il cibo non certo memorabile, l'arredamento privo di un minimo gusto, il conto furbetto, fanno di questo crotto, un posto in cui non torneremo e non consiglieremo.

Quello che c'é si mangia ed é tutto molto buono ! Aperto solo venerdì, sabato e domenica con una scelta ristretta di piatti ma assolutamente di alta qualità. La polenta "uncia" è eccellente ed i secondi (a seconda di cosa si trova) per noi erano coniglio, molto buono, e cinghiale ottimo !!! Vini della casa onesti e prezzo corretto !

20/07/2024: Italy is the kingdom of pizza. We are in the homeland of pizza. So I will start with the classic - pizza napoletana. The dough was thin and well baked( it's important for digestive). My favorite combination is mozzarella and anchovies. It was tasty, juicy and affordable.
04/07/2024: I frequented it occasionally some time ago, and I must say that I always had a very good time. The pizza was (but I suppose even now) very good.

Accueil moyen et très limité en anglais, nous n’avions pas réservé et on avait l’air de les prendre au dépourvu alors que la terrasse était peu remplie
Au vu des avis très bons, nous avons été déçu par les poissons, que du surgelé sauf 1, mais la cuisson était moyenne
Accompagnement de légumes grillés, 4 morceaux pour 4 euros !
On avait commandé un apéritif et tout est arrivé en même temps sur la table avec les plats et le vin, on a eu l’impression qu’on voulait nous faire partir au plus vite
Bref, on aurait peut-être dû essayer le restaurant juste à côté ou reprendre la voiture et faire 4 km
04/08/2024: Cena davvero ottima (squisito il luccio !). Personale cortese ed attento per tutta la serata. La location permette poi di cenare in relax assoluto.

19/07/2024: Comfortable environment, friendly staff and tasty food. We had pizzas and cutlets and chips and it was all very good. If you want to have a lunch or dinner in a quiet place, this is the ideal place!
11/07/2024: La pasta alle vongole è fa migliorare necessità diciamo di una maggiore "spinta". Pizza buona, ambiente tranquillo, proprietari cortesi e servizio rapido (nonostante ci avessero comunicato che avremmo dovuto aspettare, il tempo di circa 30 minuti è risultato adeguato e minore del previstp).

23/08/2023: We were walking around Como in search for lunch and found this gem. The staff was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, not even the dog. The food was very fresh with a wide selection of taste. Honest pricing given the location. We’ll definitely return.
18/07/2023: Ho pesso una stella per la delusione di essere arrivato ed aver scoperto che, a causa delle ferie dello chef, le tanto decantate cruditè di pesce non erano disponibili sostituite con menu da bistrot italiano e quindi burger e carne...ho quindi cambiato location. Tornerò quando ci saranno i piatti descritti.
