We went for lunch, great food, clean environment…. Personally I didn't like the service: (I'll start by saying that it can be subjective) the waiters don't give you time to finish your bite, they already take your plate away (in my opinion it's rude) and then they stand there watching you when you eat.

Excellent restaurant...friendly staff and very good food...nice and very refined atmosphere.

Excellent fish dinner in the elegant outdoor courtyard. I chose "Garganelli alla corsara" with prawns and calamari, courgettes and slightly spicy tomato, and I really liked them, very good, plentiful and light. The staff satisfied my request not to put garlic, fast and professional service.

Very elegant place, well looked after and pleasant both outdoors and indoors. Good food and good service. I didn't give five stars to the environment because unfortunately something needs to be reviewed regarding air circulation because you go out at the end of dinner with clothes that smell of food and it's not pleasant at all.

Family dinner with my wife and our 1 year old. We have been frequenting this restaurant for many years now, and what can I say, always a certainty regarding the environment, the service, the kindness and availability of all the staff. Abundant dishes, varied menu and good dishes, including desserts! Our favorite licorice creme brulee! The wine list also varies. Although we have been attending the Symposium for many years, a further leap in quality was made by the arrival of the new Director, Mr. Salvatore, precise, polite, attentive to every detail of the service, without ever being intrusive but present, ALWAYS! I highly recommend it to any couple or family, even with small children, as there is also a children's menu, and they are the first guests to be welcome.

I went with my family for my son's birthday. What can I say, we ate very well and were advised and looked after very well by the manager throughout lunch. Highly recommended. See you soon.

Courtesy and education and excellent food, the flaw...the preparation of the fish in the room is poor, the dish was presented with fish with flakes and bones not removed and the fish was poorly portioned.
