16/06/2025: A very unpleasant welcome at 2:30 p.m. when I asked if it was possible to eat after cycling up Sormano. I can completely understand why the kitchen is closed, but there are ways to address people. When I think it's the beginning of the season and they already seem exasperated by tourists... I'm a nurse, luckily I don't talk like that to my patients. If you can't stand people, you should change careers, sir. I didn't even stay for a drink, the welcome was so unpleasant.

29/05/2025: Great view if you sit outside but the noise of the motorcyclists is unbearable and they do everything to make themselves heard. I only drank a beer outside of the aperitif formula. Friendly and kind staff

21/03/2025: Kind managers, family atmosphere. Pizza dough excellent for cooking. For my taste the mozzarella was not optimal, but the smell and consistency (it always remained soft and melting) signified high quality. Unfortunately I am now more predisposed to industrial type mozzarella and this also applies to other foods and unfortunately I am not the only one. So I didn't like the cheese but because of my problems, not because it wasn't up to par. Just for the size of the place I would make a note: really very small and this could create problems for the waiting times at the tables and it is slightly compressed, for the photos they played on the depth and on the long tables, but this does not detract from the quality, then in good weather they also have an external gazebo.

01/06/2025: Every server, manager, and chef in this place needs to be fired. Wow. I’ve never had an experience like this before. 2 people around us left within 10 mins due to the lack of service and the menu. Another sent food back. We order a beer and a spritz. Never got the spritz. The steak was 4 mediocre pieces of sirloin. I’d maybe pay the 10 euro cover charge to order a beer and enjoy the view and that’s it.

17/04/2025: As for pastries, it's good, but for the rest it leaves me rather perplexed; If you decide to offer customers the opportunity to drink a spriz, giving some appetizers wouldn't be bad, I hadn't been to this place in a while and I remembered it being very different. I left disappointed and I don't think I'll come back again. She is defrauding herself, I don't call anyone with a whistle and I haven't been served anything of what she says. Frustrated will be the people who tell lies.

11/05/2025: Avevamo voglia di un gelato e ci ha incuriositi l’insegna di questa gelateria che parlava di prodotto artigianale – e di solito questo è sinonimo di qualità. Così ci siamo fermati un sabato verso le 8 di sera. La posizione è davvero bella: la gelateria si affaccia sulla strada principale e da lì in pochi passi ci si può sedere su una panchina con vista lago, che non è affatto male per gustarsi un gelato. Quando siamo arrivati, davanti a noi c’era solo una signora che ci ha detto di essere lì già da un po’, ma che nessuno si era fatto vivo, anche se aveva provato a farsi notare. Dopo un paio di minuti è spuntato un signore da fuori, ha aperto le porte-finestre del locale ed è entrato – senza salutare, né spiegare il ritardo, né tantomeno scusarsi. Insomma, capito che era uno dello staff, ma davvero zero entusiasmo. Quando è toccato a me, ho preso una coppetta media (3 euro) con nocciola e cioccolato. I gusti sono scritti su delle lavagnette dietro al bancone e le coppette hanno il prezzo segnato vicino. Il gelato, per fortuna, era buono: bella consistenza e anche il sapore ci stava. Però ecco… il servizio lascia parecchio a desiderare. Un sorriso o un minimo di attenzione in più non guasterebbero. Peccato, perché il posto ha del potenziale.

The Karawhy very fun and engaging, we had a lot of fun. The service staff very professional and kind, a special mention for Giulia available kind and witty. Beautiful evening spent in the company of my friends.
