17/08/2025: A noisy place, karaoke until midnight, with no regard for public order. Terrible.

14/08/2025: We were three people for dinner, and ate in the small room near the bathrooms. The place is nice, but unfortunately, there were crusts of plaster on the bench and the adjacent table, and the women's restroom wasn't cleaned properly after lunch. That said, the food was truly delicious; the nettle risotto and Calsù pasta were excellent. The wine list was superb, but the wine list was limited. As for the service... despite the excellent willingness, young people who are learning need to be personally supervised, otherwise mistakes become unpleasant, whereas they would be perfectly acceptable for beginners. The price was fair. The music needs to be reviewed, given the type of place.

30/05/2025: We went today for the first time for lunch and I have to say it was a really nice discovery. Clean and tidy place, really exceptional staff not to mention the quality of the food which is excellent. We will definitely be back, thanks Franco for everything.

10/09/2025: The room had an unbearable chlorine smell. The source of the smell was likely a wall next to the bed, where we found extensive mold growth (possibly treated with chlorine). Furthermore, the room didn't even come close to the rooms advertised on the website. The rest of the hotel facilities also didn't resemble the one on the website. We reported the room's deficiencies to reception, whereupon the gentleman responded very rudely and without any apology. We were offered a different room, but since we had lost all trust in this hotel, we decided to leave immediately. The hotel stopped responding to emails requesting a price reduction. Neither the condition of the hotel itself (especially the rooms) nor the way it handled problems like these is worthy of a 4-star hotel. This is unlikely to be an isolated incident, as can be seen from other reviews. Nevertheless, the hotel appears to continue to (knowingly) allocate the specifically affected rooms to other guests without remedying the defects (harmful mold, etc.).

22/11/2025: A simple place that takes you back to a time when locals would gather in bars to chat and feel at home. Highly recommended for those seeking simplicity and familiarity.

21/08/2025: Simple but cute bar with excellent service and very friendly staff. I stayed for 7 days and it's become my go-to place for breakfast. Very friendly staff and the red-haired lady is adorable.

30/11/2025: Waiting time for pizzas is at least 1 hour... the dough is good, not excellent but good, the ingredients are poor quality, bordering on shameful... the environment is quite clean and the service is adequate... but overall a negative experience.

26/09/2025: The pizza was average; I've had much better. However, we were very surprised by the final price. The pizza had a different price on the menu than on the bill, and an additional €5 coperto for service that wasn't included? I could understand if the waiter was friendly, kind, and chatty. But he took the order and brought it back, and we received an uncut pizza, so we had to make it ourselves. We had to ask for the bill ourselves. Ultimately, we paid what we'd normally spend at a restaurant, including desserts and drinks. The price-to-quality ratio was terrible.

13/10/2025: Nice hotel with a good and varied breakfast! We got a room with a view of Lake Garda, very nice. The location is good with local restaurants nearby and the staff was nice. We would have liked to have stayed longer here!

12/10/2025: The view, as well as the hotel as a whole and the service, are fantastic! A 200-meter walk takes you into the village's pedestrian zone, with excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel is very well run and very clean! We didn't miss a thing at breakfast, nor in the room. The pool is fantastic, the bar is very good, and we received first-class espresso, which you can even enjoy on your own balcony. It's actually perfect, except that the hotel owners are unfortunately helpless when it comes to the parking problem. The staff, however, are making the most of the parking misplanning and bravely accepted my suggestion for improvement.

Unfortunately this time I only had the debit card, I asked to pay by card and the answer is this! ” “We don’t have the POS for home deliveries” Excellent, they make me leave home with 8 people waiting for me to eat the pizza at home. Result = I went to pay immediately in the shop, inconveniencing myself for your mistake, I didn’t receive an apology, on the contrary, annoyed, you repeated to me that you don’t use the home POS and we all ate the cold pizza. Customers lost due to your mistake, next time inform the customers that you only accept cash.

12/09/2025: I had a wonderful dining experience at the lakeside restaurant. The refined dishes, carefully presented, delighted my palate. The staff was always courteous and helpful, ensuring impeccable service. The atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. 12/09/2025: Just had the value menu - absolutely delicious and fantastic value for money! Service was friendly and welcoming. Selected the local wine, Benaco Bresciano Rosso, and was not disappointed. Meal for two with wine was £65. Location is next to the main road but it did not spoil our experience.

27/03/2025: It used to be much better. The quality has dropped significantly in recent years, both for dine-in and takeout. I used to go there often because it was close to my house, but now I prefer going to Desenzano or Montichiari. I strongly advise against it.

31/10/2025: We still can't understand the bad reviews (just like last year). The ambiance is great and fits perfectly with the Italian lifestyle. In our opinion, the food is more than satisfactory. To put it simply... it tastes delicious! 🤤 The service is very warm and friendly. We felt very well taken care of here once again. (As a result, we ate here twice this year.) Shout out to the two lovely waitresses! ✌️ We'll be back next year. 👌
