08/06/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was cold and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering her by asking simple questions about my stay. The room fell far short of expectations given the price. Cleanliness was not impeccable, and some of the amenities seemed poorly maintained. Furthermore, the soundproofing was practically nonexistent, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. When I reported some issues to reception, no satisfactory solution was offered. The lack of attentiveness and consideration towards guests is particularly regrettable. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment from beginning to end. I will not return to this establishment and I would not recommend it.

26/07/2026: We celebrated my friend's bachelorette party here and had a great time! The location is stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake and music that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The gentleman who welcomed us and showed us where to park was also very courteous. The staff was always kind and attentive. The food was excellent. The wait was a bit long, but we were with friends and had a great time, so it wasn't a problem. It was a wonderful experience, we recommend it and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

25/04/2026: Everything expired, I had to show the clerk the expired ice creams in his shop, kept in the fridge for 4 months after the expiration date, whoever buys them is not given the receipt, and a check by the ASL needs to be done 👎🏿

23/02/2026: ATTENTION ⚠️ if you ever drop your coffee/latte macchiato or anything you buy in this bar, know that when you order again because you dropped it and therefore didn't consume it, the owner will make you pay for both. Distractions are not allowed⚠️

03/06/2026: Ordered pizza over the phone, repeated the pizzas we wanted twice. One pizza arrived wrong. I don't know what mozzarella they use, but the pizza was terrible. I remember it much better... I won't give you good publicity. Never again.
